Abbiamo cenato in questo piccolo locale in famiglia. Pizza margherita buona, impasto digeribile. Prezzo circa 12£ l’una. Non c’è grande scelta di pizze “semplici”. Il ragazzo in sala era da solo e si è dato un gran da fare tutta la sera. Se cercate una pizza è una scelta consigliata.

Excellent quality and tasty pizza. You can tell they care about the quality and make everything fresh.

I liked the vibe of this place, the pizza oven looked cool in the takeaway section. We sat in for food next door. I wasn't too keen on the pizzas though, the cheese was too think and chewy and toppings weren't very flavourful. The garlic dip was a saviour.

Team were so accomodating and friendly, service was fantastic and pizzas were sooo good! The dining area is quite small so you can’t make a reservation, but if it’s busy it’s worth waiting for or get takeaway

Este pequeño restaurante italiano no acepta reservas , sí se sienta si hay asientos libres y lleva a cabo. Habíamos preguntado si podían sostener una mesa para nosotros y el chef nos dijo que volviéramos en 20 minutos, lo que hicimos. Desafortunadamente no había una mesa libre todavía para 4 personas, así que nos preguntó si queríamos subir a una habitación cómoda con sillas grandes y cómodas y una mesa de centro (creemos que era la sala del personal). Efectivamente tuvimos una experiencia gastronómica privada. La pizza era fantástica, el servicio era fantástico y era un ambiente tan brillante en nuestro pequeño ceñido. 4 entrantes, 4 pizzas y 6 bebidas £ 100. ¡Muy buen valor en mis libros!

This is a tiny little restaurant packed with personality. The lady serving us was charming, and attentive. The pizza was top notch, one of the best we have tried outside Italy. Can't recommend this restaurant highly enough.

I have been to Cheese and Tomatin 3 times, once when I was taken there by a friend. It was so good that I took my work colleagues there which was also great. However, the third time when I took my wife and son was very disappointing. The pizza was still great but the service was terrible. When I received my pizza I had to wait quite a while to see someone again to get some chilli oil and never saw the waiter/waitress again until the meal was done. We were also only offered one round of drinks and would have loved another round. The pizza was that good that I will go again but if the service is as bad again it will be my last. I'd rather eat a mediocre pizza with great service than a good pizza with bad service.

Delicious food, fast & friendly service and a nice atmosphere.

We are from Germany and are on a trip through Scotland. We stopped here to enjoy a delicious pizza like the ones I know from my home country, Italy. It was simply amazing—super fresh and super tasty. We can only recommend it! We would come back here anytime! Thank you!

Got a recomendation from a local to give this a try, and we were not disappointed. The venue is small but cosy and the staff were lovely! We we blown away with the food, the haggis and black pudding pizza a highlight. Good choice of wines as well. Will be going again when next in the area.

Great atmosphere, delicious pizza!

The food was good and my wife, who is picky about her pizza, was pleasantly surprised with her meal. Staff was a little overly attentive as if they wanted to hurry us along. We like to order drinks and relax before ordering our entrees. Overall it was a good experience if a bit rushed.

The pizzas were excellent and the service was friendly and attentive. We got 10 pies from their menu and we were not disappointed. Wood fired. Nice setup. Cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this as a great takeout.

Excellent Neapolitan pizza in a cozy atmosphere, I don't know what you could ask for more.

Cheese & Tomatin are the number 1 pizza restaurant on Trip advisor and rightly so. The pizzas were great and very tasty. We had a Diavola and carnivore creation with a side salad which could almost have been a main and a small garlic bread which was more than enough for two. Unfortunately we live about 500 miles away or we would be regulars here.

Very tasty freshly made pizza. We took it as a takeaway and it took less than 10 minutes and we had our pizza. The service was very friendly and also took requests into account. I can only recommend it!

Cheese and Tomatin in Inverness is an absolute gem! As a vegetarian, I've had my fair share of pizzas, but nothing compares to the Mediterranean pizza I had here. The flavors were perfection —fresh, savoury, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was just as impressive, with a warm and welcoming vibe that made the whole dining experience unforgettable. If you're in Inverness and love pizza, this is a must-visit spot!

Wow, las pizzas son increíbles, elegimos un Pepperoni y un Mediterráneo. . . deeelicious! Son de sabor fresco con ingredientes de calidad fina. Fue bastante triste de terminar. El personal era muy acogedor y atento. Los precios son muy razonables y lo recomendaría a todos. La base libre de gluten estaba encendida. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo. Gran selección de pizzas, cerveza, vinos y refrescos, oh, y vistas increíbles de las montañas, ¿qué más se puede querer? Lo siento, no hay evidencia fotográfica, demasiadas ganas de comer 😉 ¡Date un capricho, no te arrepentirás! Volveremos a comer aquí.

Definitely best pizza here in Inverness! As a Neapolitan I can only recommend a little less "mozzarella" on the pizza, choosing one of better quality! For the rest everything was great, from the very friendly staff to the well-kept place!

Best pizza I’ve had in the UK, as close as you can get to the real thing. Did not expect to eat perfect pizza all the way up in the Highlands.

Great pizza restaurant in Inverness. This was pretty much the best pizza place I got from while visiting the UK. It stays hot for a while and is done in 5 minutes. Please note that this place has limited seating, so don't come here expecting to eat out without a reservation.

We are Italian and wanted to try this pizzeria. We were surprised at how good it was. This is the real Neapolitan pizza! Light, digestible with the cornice. The vegan cheese option is really appreciated. Very recommended

One of the best pizzas I've eaten so far. Great dough, generously topped and original. Plus, the starters (bruschetta and garlic bread) are huge and the prices are very good for it!

I was in search of Gluten free pizza and happened to find this small, quaint restaurant. Happy to say the pizza did not disappoint and probably ranks high on the GF pizzas I've tried around the world. If ever in Inverness again, I will definitely pop in here. Note, the place is small so you may have to wait but at least for the GF pizza, it's worth the wait (also heard someone else say theirs was good too!)

We stopped in at this location of Cheese and Tomatin after visiting the Aviemore location a week earlier. I can say the pizza here is as good or better than many a slice I have had in Italy, including Napoli. The crust is fabulous. The side salad is equally enjoyable. If you like pizza this is the place to get your fix. Tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis but on a nice evening you can always get takeaway.

Si vous cherchez une pizza pour vous nourrir, c'est le bon établissement, par contre si vous désirez una buona pizza italiana passez votre chemin. Pâte molle, sauce tomate sans goût, comme tout le reste. Elles sont certes bien garnies, bel aspect, mais alors insipides Dommage... Bon accueil, sourire, rien à dire. Cadre agréable. Really keen to try this place out based on reviews. Tried many times to reserve a table as their website recommends. Just rings and goes to answerphone. Undaunted we walked there to be told that it’s “first come first served”. Fair enough - but why use your own website to misdirect your customers? Surely they can update it to say that reservations are no longer possible? Anyway, it was busy so we went elsewhere for a drink. They shut at 10 so arrived at 9 to be told they were closed. Apparently 10 is when they actually lock the doors. So what is the point of stating a closing time? Why not show a “last food orders time”? It really is not rocket science. Have given them 2 stars because the food is obviously good, but since they do their best to stop you eating it, that’s the best I can give? Staff seem great. This is a management issue.

Decided to give this a try tonight as we have moved 2 mins round the corner. Ordered online for a 7.25 pickup. When I came to pick up seems like the forgot about the order which was fine I didn’t mind waiting but due to this I believe it was rushed. Came home and the pizza was soggy with the base being undercooked and toppings falling off the pizza. Very disappointing considering the £30+ spend. Shame as I have only heard good things! Be a while before I return unfortunately

If you want to enjoy a good pizza, I think you should visit the place, eat twice at the place and some delivery points out that it is our favorite, good dough and top ingredients. I hope you visit it. We returned again today June 2024, definitely a pizza with irn bru is everything.

We ended up with a takeaway pizza that was very nice. But… at 8.15pm we tried to get a table and were told that none were available and that they were finishing service shortly so no more sittings. This was despite advertising that they were open till 10pm. There were so many people walking in asking for somewhere to eat but clearly this restaurant is making way too much money to provide food after 8.30pm. Plus there were tables that were clearly finished but not being moved on. Disappointing to say the least given TA reviews, but MacDonalds was smashing it with people that were being turned away from various restaurants in the area that couldn’t get tables anywhere. Remember to book well in advance but don’t cancel less than 24hrs as they take your credit card details. Frustrating indeed 😳

Very quick service, and small but pleasant space. We ordered the special burrata pizza which was substantially tastier with the olive oil they provide (garlic and spicy), as it is a pizza with more neutral flavors. We also ordered the “Spanish tapas” pizza, which we found to be tastier and more intense. The pizzas are very well filled and the ingredients used seemed to be of good quality and we would return to this restaurant.

Fantastic pizza and cozy atmosphere with great service. Food absolutely delicious — truly authentic Neapolitan pizza. Really, really tasty. Fresh ingredients and beautiful dough! Recommend the side salad as a sharing plate. Very generous portion size for desert; and can speak in favour of the tiramisu, which is made fresh in-house on the day. Great value for money, too. Highly recommend if you’re in Inverness!

I will do it short. Best pizza I ate since years. Also great and nice staff. Can really recommend the garlic cheese bread and the 4 cheese and walnut pizza. We loved the sourdough they used here. If we ever travel to Inverness again we will come back.

Classic wood fired pizza in a gorgeous little offshoot of the main town. Both inside and outside seating available. The pizza came out SO fast and hot.

We arrived at 17:00, so when it opens, and the tables weren’t even set. The waitress said that they already were delayed with the service… We got our ‘pizza’ 5 minutes after ordering and we got raw dough with an awful lot of melted cheese. Of you’re used to real Italian pizza I wouldn’t recommend this place. I can’t imagine the chef has ever been in Italy! This was sadly a waste of money.

Very quiet but friendly staff. Had the special which had a sauce made out of Cabbage with brisket and a meat feast. Enjoyed trying the special but prefered the meaty one. Nice chewy crust and lots of cheese.

Decided to visit due to very good reviews, can honestly say the visit exceeded expectations, a very warm greeting by a wonderful ambassador for the business, we decided to start with a bruschetta which was very tasty, lovely mix of balsamic glaze and fresh tomatoes on a perfect sourdough base, then came the pizzas best I’ve had for a very long time and very filling, I opted for the diavolo perfect mix of manchego and mozzarella with very good quality salami cannot fault it at all and my partner was equally satisfied by her selection of vegetarian delights, can honesty say any visit to Inverness would not be complete without a pop back in to this fabulous little restaurant, thank you to all 😊

Fantastic little place on Stephen's Brae, great atmosphere and great service. Ordered a haggis and black pudding pizza, which I was frankly quite sceptical about, but to my surprise it was absolutely amazing, both pizzas were! The desert was absurdly sweet but you can only expect that when you order a pizza covered in Biscoff spread and Nutella. The Tiramisu was fantastic, very akin to the type you get in Italy (not drowning in booze). Even if not ordering pizza, definitely worthwhile to visit just for coffee and desert.

I went to Inverness from London for one day and I have visited this restaurant. The food is exceptional! The pizza was the best I ever had in my whole life. The dough is sourdough and all the toppings are so fresh and tasty. Cooked to perfection. Also, the service we got from Angelina was excellent. She deserves to be praised. It is obvious she loves her job. She was very pleasant, attentive and professional.

The family at AtlasAdventured highly recommends dining here! After a long day of traveling, we arrived at our hotel in Inverness fairly late and we were starving. While our stay had restaurants on site, we were with our toddler and in need of something a bit more informal. Pizza sounded like the perfect option. After some research, we decided to check out Cheese & Tomatin. Such a great choice! The inside is cozy and smells delicious. They have a great food and drink selection, and there is also a kids pizza option. Our server was great giving us recommendations. We were wanting something traditional, and something unique. She recommended the 4 Cheese Pickled Walnut Pizza. It sounded so strange, but we are open and willing to try new things. It was so delicious! Super cheesy, the perfect amount of blue cheese, and the walnuts were so different, and so addicting. Our Diavola was very greasy, but delicious, and the kids pepperoni pizza was perfect. The crust is so good! Thank you for opening up our taste buds! We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

I came here with my son during the October holidays in search of great pizza. And we both definitely found it, pizzas and starter garlic bread perfectly cooked and the service was very welcoming. It’s a cosy wee place but defo where you want to visit after some sightseeing around the city. And considering Inverness is filled with tourism the prices in this place don’t go along with it, we were fed and watered for a great price. You need to try this place

Refreshing visit- we were able to tuck in and take a load off after traveling and hustling a long day. It felt cozy, warm and welcoming. The server was very informative and provided great product recommendations. Loved the fresh side salad (the sundried tomatoes and olives made it practically its own meal) and the pizza was incredible! Very rustic, fresh, high quality. Not a crumb left!

Was here with a friend (on a Thursday in November) and it was great! They offer take away and sit in. We got a cozy table in the small, warm restaurant and a very friendly and helpful waitress. She recommended the Nduja Pizza and I loved it. My friend had the Pizza Diavola which for him was just the right amount of spicy with the extra chili oil they offer for free. We also had amazing garlic bread as a side. When I asked her about local whisky she gave a detailed recommendation too. We felt welcomed and will definitely come here again on our next vacation!

Wanted to visit for so long but was either not open on the nights we were in town or were busy. Well worth the wait. Delicious pizza!!!!

Best pizza I’ve had, north of the border

Maybe the best pizza I’ve ever had. Our waitress was lovely, and we didn’t wait long at all to get our food. The restaurant is very cozy and a great place to warm up from the cold. Cannot recommend enough and will be coming here again next time I’m in Inverness.

As an Italian, I was absolutely amazed. This is REALLY REALLY good Neapolitan pizza by Italian standard. Service was also really friendly. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

I’ve lived in the Highlands for 4 years, and can’t believe I’ve only just now stumbled across this gem. Quite possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had, and that is from someone whose had the chance to taste some of New York city’s highest rated pizzas in Bleecker Street. Prices are fair and the environment is intimate and welcoming. Even as a regular diner here you’ll never grow bored as they change their specials weekly. To say their selection is artisanal would be an understatement.
