Ordered from here at 7:20PM food arrived 2 hours later its less than a 10 minute drive. I paid for sauces and didn't receive any. Called in multiple times no one picked up until the the 8th time calling. Absolutely terrible experience

interestingly enough, the only time i order from this prestigious establishment is after a night out. and without fail i always get abit of cabbage in my tower burger … icl im not even complaining cuz i appreciate the crunch however it is abit uncalled for.

Worst takeaway experience I've ever had and it's not even close. First they cancel my order for no reason without contacting me, then I reorder and it takes too long and they make up am excuse of there being an accident which I did not buy. Delivery driver did not apologise at all for being late. I got the beef burger which they advertise as 100% beef which it absolutely isn't. It's the cheap beef patty's that you get from local supermarkets. Not to mention that it was so unnecessarily over salted. The chips were the smallest portion I've seen and they added peri peri salt to it when I did not ask for this. No sauces were given even though every other takeaway I've been to gives at least one for free. Will not be returning that's for sure.

I’m usually a big fan of this place but on Monday 21st October I ordered 12 grilled wings in the evening. I woke up the next day at 06:00 with salmonella and since then I’ve been bed bound.

Was good in the past, but gone down hill massively. Salad in the burger is rock hard, almost like raw cabbage. Fried chicken was soggy on the outside and somehow rock hard inside. Almost like it was cooked yesterday and reheated in the microwave. Would never usually complain but was seriously bad.

The worst service, I ordered 12 spicy wings and it took 25 minutes and saw 2 people get served spicy wings before me. Go to runneymede chicken and ribs instead. If I could leave 0 stars I would

Ordered via Uber Eats which have an estimated delivery time span. At end of time span I tried calling to get an update but the phone line was cut off. Requested and update via Uber Eats but never received one. Food finally arrived over an hour later. Driver was unapologetic and couldn’t explain why restaurants phone was unavailable. Only ordered from here due Uber offering 30% discount. Even with the discount it turned out more than my usual Peri Peri chicken place which is a lot cheaper and much nicer food. Will not be returning.

I was really looking forward to eating grilled chicken with peri peri. I was not impressed. The chicken was hard and hardly any peri peri . It was a complete waste of £16 . I always wondered the reason this business was always empty. Now I know why. I was a mug to stop. I will never step a feet in this business again.

Absolutely awful tonight, waited 35 mins for food, Chips were still frozen and chicken in the burger was just outrageous! Used to to be great quick food but now very bad should be closed down asap, do not order!
