I’m usually a big fan of this place but on Monday 21st October I ordered 12 grilled wings in the evening. I woke up the next day at 06:00 with salmonella and since then I’ve been bed bound.

Food (burger/chips and fried chicken) was undercooked, staff were very dismissive when ordering, I will never eat here again

Was good in the past, but gone down hill massively. Salad in the burger is rock hard, almost like raw cabbage. Fried chicken was soggy on the outside and somehow rock hard inside. Almost like it was cooked yesterday and reheated in the microwave. Would never usually complain but was seriously bad.

The worst service, I ordered 12 spicy wings and it took 25 minutes and saw 2 people get served spicy wings before me. Go to runneymede chicken and ribs instead. If I could leave 0 stars I would

Ordered via Uber Eats which have an estimated delivery time span. At end of time span I tried calling to get an update but the phone line was cut off. Requested and update via Uber Eats but never received one. Food finally arrived over an hour later. Driver was unapologetic and couldn’t explain why restaurants phone was unavailable. Only ordered from here due Uber offering 30% discount. Even with the discount it turned out more than my usual Peri Peri chicken place which is a lot cheaper and much nicer food. Will not be returning.

I was really looking forward to eating grilled chicken with peri peri. I was not impressed. The chicken was hard and hardly any peri peri . It was a complete waste of £16 . I always wondered the reason this business was always empty. Now I know why. I was a mug to stop. I will never step a feet in this business again.

Absolutely awful tonight, waited 35 mins for food, Chips were still frozen and chicken in the burger was just outrageous! Used to to be great quick food but now very bad should be closed down asap, do not order!

2024: huge improvement in any deficiencies in 2022. Chips portions are great and so fresh and tasty KFC style 10/10 Chicken pieces vastly improved. Huge and so tasty and cooked great. 10/10 Service was 10/10 Food was very hot 10/10 Got plenty salt, pepper, wipes 10/10 Only 2 sauce for 12 piece chicken 2/10:( Great experience 10/10 My new best place for eatout. Thank you 2022: 3/5 overall Overall takeaway experience for meal for 6 people. Average taken before with variations greatly depending on the person subjective opinions and desires: 10/10 parking at the back. Plenty of space 10/10 clean and ambient chic eating area 10/10 eco green with no paper menu. On their app and menu on the board. 2/10 for the large 4 boards so high get neck strain 4/10 choice of the combination in the set meals e.g no chips with full chicken meal! No burgers in any big meals! 7/10 very good serving customer service. 10/10 speed of items done but 4/10 food not hot. 3/10 the wing though nice and spicy was not much meat not very tasty and very very salty. 6/10 chicken pieces. Good but size and for me after taking of the thick batter of so early like a jacket for others they find it was not cooked fully and the batter is so so thick and salty that you "unzip" it of to eat the chicken else cantor take it off with teeth or with cultury. 8/10 fresh potato thick cut chips that though half to usual was adequate. 5/10 chicken fillet burgers.. For myself i loved it but the other person found it overcooked and dry and not juicy they are only half. 0/10 no sauces! 0/10 no tissues or wipes given! It was overall as takeaway not bad i do not think I'll go back again. Other better less dairy and better battered chicken and not so so salty and less boney wings. I would pass by in the afternoon and wow or is so busy. I saw many went for the grill peri peri chicken so i think next time need to try that.

They don’t use gloves - disgusting.I just had the most disappointing meal 😞 The food was like cooked the day before and served cold. Chicken 🍗 leg and wing meal chips were so undercooked I genuinely think I have food poisoning now. The chicken was cold and tasted really fatty what isn’t normal for wings. Quality of the food was probably the worst I’ve had at a takeaway..chips were very undercooked. I would never recommend this place.

Would recommend this place. The prices of the food are decent especially since the sauce is free and you can ask for as many as you’d like. The food was very nice and the oreo milkshake i got was amazing and filled to the brim. The staff were polite

Been here twice now, on the first occasion we ate in, had grilled chicken and that was fine although the server gave us two knives each because they ran out of forks?? Who does that? Tonight we had fried chicken to take away and to say it was dry is an understatement. This was dry enough to make the Sahara look wet. I called and explained the situation and the guy stated he'd just started his shift (he could've done) and offered me some free chicken next time I go. I won't be back: the first bizarre two knives incident was one thing but the chicken was not fresh, far from it no wonder the place is empty the people either haven't been trained or they don't care and the service and the food reflect that. I'm fed up of subpar food places charging through the nose for rubbish. Disappointing.

I could have give 5 strat but food took more then 3 hours to deliver! Yes 3 hours!! Food was good and testy. Good portion apart from the chips, it was very small portion. Burger and peri grilled chicken was good. Customer service was good very friendly. However I had to call 3 times to get delivery update. Recommend? Well- I would for value for money and test but not if it takes 2/3 hours again next time.

The grilled chicken is a must-try. I think it is one of the best grilled chicken in town. Taste better than Nando's. I also like the fried chicken..but in my opinion, grilled chicken is better. I like it extra spicy and they made it just to my taste. The marinade tasted a bit tangy. With slight charred around the chicken, it just adds to the flavour. They made it to order so we waited for quite some time before getting our chicken ready. Price is reasonable. Service is a bit slow in peak hour. Overall good experience.

Food arrived cold after waiting over an hour. When we rang we were told there were no drivers and they would cook fresh. Food wasn't fresh and arrived, dry cold chips, hard bun and cold inside and halloumi wrap inedible. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you want a hot meal, half decent meal.
