Absolutely Delicious! 😋 I had the burger here and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The patty was juicy and flavorful, cooked perfectly to my liking. The bun was fresh and held everything together without getting soggy. Toppings were just right – fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, melted cheese, and a special sauce that tied it all together beautifully. You can really tell they care about quality. I’ll definitely be coming back for another!

Wings with a Wild Personality These sweet chilli 🌶️ The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and absolutely coated in that sticky-sweet-spicy sauce. It’s like a flavor rollercoaster you never want to get off. Grab napkins—you’re gonna need ’em.🥵

Absolute disaster. We ordered the mango habanero chicken burger with cheesy chips and a spicy Mexican beef burger with chips. Chips were definitely from yesterday and over/refried. The cheesy fries are not cheesy, it is chips lathered in mayo and a buffalo sauce. The chicken burger was a processed chicken patty that didn’t look like chicken so that went straight in the bin. My husbands beef burger was the both the driest and blandest burger he has ever had with raw onions it’s about 5 minutes away from us but still came cold. Also ordered for early lunch so there really ain’t any excuse. Ruined a nice lunch we had planned.

I ordered mango & Habanero flavour instead they send plain wings without any spice or even sauce. Same with the burgers.

food great but service was absolutely terrible. only two members of staff working and my party of 5 were the only customers. asked for trays twice and didn’t get given any for the entire duration of our meal. they also wouldn’t open the toilet door for us, forcing us to walk down the street to find somewhere else. i asked for ketchup and they said they were all out, ten minutes later they gave another customer a pot of ketchup right in front of my eyes. they allowed us to place our whole order before telling us that a third of the things we wanted were unavailable. didn’t provide us with any napkins nor did they check on us once during the meal, bearing in mind our order was about £90. i’ve never ever written a review of complaint before but this service was awful.

I recently dined at Cheatmeals in Ilford and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes and a great variety of options to choose from. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I particularly loved the all the dishes on the menu . Overall, Cheatmeals exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

I placed my order at 15:32PM, there was no update since I placed my order and even called the restaurant where is my order but the restaurant said there's no delivery rider and they can't their restaurant rider to deliver my food. Such a waste of time and money and I paid for my order for £20. This is all bullshit!

Ordered sweet potatoes & 6 sweet chillie wings. Fries were meh.. They didnt even bother to dip the wings properly.

I usually really like cheat meals but something is completely off with their burger build here. I get a cheese crazy usually but the cheese wasn’t as melted as usual and the patty wasn’t as nice. Not sure if it was a one off but I won’t be going back to this branch.

I’ve been to a few of the different Cheatmeals branches and this has definitely been the worst. When they opened up it wasn’t as good as the original but I knew it was a cheatmeals smash burger and at least tasted very similar. It seems they’ve swayed away from the original Cheatmeals path and decided to make burgers in their own way. I regularly get the Cheese Crazy Beef - it’s no longer a smash burger but just a normal beef patty, the cheese isn’t melted properly and all in all it’s much smaller and flatter than the other stores. I used to rave about Cheatmeals being the best burger I’ve had but I guess I can only say that about their Borehamwood branch because this was terrible.

Don’t buy from them , ordered 4 iteams received 1 absolutely atrocious the more often you buy from them them the more they violate , I complemented the fries once the next time I bought it was way smaller - GREEDY shop and during Ramadan have shame

Used to be good but now their food tastes burnt and the cheese chicken burger had no cheese! This place used to be so good, I don’t know if it’s the staff or the supplier but it tastes rancid now!

Ordered food from Uber eats. The loaded chips and fish burger were very cold. Middle of the fish patty was not defrosted properly and cooked. The texture was disgusting and cold. Very disappointing to spend £18.

Used to be good, but recently the quality went down. I paid ~£15 for a burger and a hot dog. The burger patty was overcooked, and the caramelised onion were burnt; same thing for the hot dog. I guess it depends on who’s working, but for the price they charge you expect better

Don't expect this from Cheat Meals... Everything was super oily and it was old oil.. It tastes and smells different, leaves a nasty taste in your mouth... It's shocking they would do this to customers and honestly I would ask if they would feed this to their own family?

Food was not as described. Your offer of buy one get one free on the loaded fries and chilli cheese bites was not honoured, only received one of each. No lettuce or fried onions inside the burgers just patties only no sauces no pickles. Refund please

The new menu was a mistake, they had a lovely selection before. I discovered this place randomly and it became my fave place to get a burger and would of gotten a 5 star if they didn't change the menu. Some alot of items are unavailable to order especially online. Tried some of the new stuff and it just feels like such a downgrade, I'll have to find a new place I guess.

I ordered a meal burger they charge me 8.49 £ and it’s come with out drink ! Small burger! I wouldn't recommend that place.! McDonald’s burger bigger that ! They make small burger 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It was quite enjoyable the food and the ambience of the place was well put together. Staff are very friendly.

Chips were undercooked and soggy. Didn’t fry enough. Even the chicken burger was undercooked on the inside. I understand you have buy 1 get 1 free offer and you may be busy but cmon. Wouldn’t eat it for free if you gave me food like this. Had to chuck it in the bin as It was bad. I’ve had burgers from you before and they were fine. After this never again!

Use this place fairly regularly, but very disappointed with my order today, chicken burger looks like they ran out of their usual good quality stuff just got a pack of breaded chicken steaks from iceland, and half of the fillings were missing. All very good promoting with 20% off but not if the quality is compromised! Also took more than 15 minute to get my order.

Always order on just eat around school time and always get it right. Seriously once or twice courier has messed up and they go the extra yard to solve it themselves. In this day and age just the most basic thing of getting your order hot and correct is rare! Even the most basic food.. So thank you guys. Also the food is top quality.. Worth the price. Thank you to Sana for always providing amazing customer service.

£0.99 Cone Ice-cream. Cheat meals say beat that to all ice cream shops in London. They also have a variety of milkshakes which are worth trying. Do check out this place.

The service is quick and friendly, making it a perfect spot for a quick bite on the go. Shazad was super friendly and provided myself and my family with great service! Prices are really good and the portions are generous. Definitely worth a visit!

Alhamduliah a fantastic shop, always clean, and a quite atmosphere. Their food is soo fresh, the wings, burgers and chips..making my taste buds boujee! It's also family friendly and has a free old school arcade. Most importantly the staff like Shazad provide a fantastic service. My son was not well, he came over with his colleague cleaned up, offered him drink and replaced the food that was ruined. No question just action, this reflects the standard at cheat meals. The name is sus but not the quality.
