Excellent spot for breakfast & lunch. All sandwiches, cakes, and bread made fresh every day. Hot and cold sandwiches available. Tea, coffee, and soft drinks too. Lots of free parking available but can get busy at certain times. Recommended

Great shop except no scones nut plenty of other delights to buy

Oh my word those long jam and cream doughnut fingers are heavenly! I've yet to try a Copenhagen slice, but it looks good. My partner had a chocolate éclair and all I got was " mmmm. Mmm" 🤣

Very poor service and very rude stuff would not recommend this place to anyone other stores are very goog but never come to this one again

Tricky car parking lets the retail unit down. Chatwins usual high quality confectionery, however, makes the confectionery the best one can buy!

only eaten because we were hungry. the sausage were tasteless as was the bacon. the only good thing I can say is the mushrooms and toast were really nice.

A bit pricey but the food is amazing, the Carvery wraps are outstanding and the Copenhagen slices are delicious. Staff are always friendly and the place is clean.

Driver kept driving up and down on road behind house, then called for address and then was rude at the door.

Excellent choice of cakes, I had a freshly made up salad roll, my choice of filling.

Absolutely brilliant!! We hadn’t realised you had introduced full English to the menu and it’s perfect. So much so, we need more of those sausages. 😁. Thank you once again for making our work lunches perfect.

My food was stone cold because the driver was 35 mins late! The food was stone cold and soggy, we couldn’t eat it and the attitude of the driver was disgusting. Normally chatwins food is amazing but we couldn’t eat it this time

The carvery baps were very nice but didn’t have any cranberry sauce on them.

can't fault the food quality , it's great. however the delivery time was very poor. i ordered at around 11am with an 11.45am time slot for delivery - it actually arrived at 12.32pm !!

A very small breakfast for the price paid, sausages chewy, bacon undercooked and egg hard, no butter on toast either

There wad a distinct lack of cranberry sauce on the turkey bap! nothing at all like the photograph.

Arrived 15 mins later than first stated estimated time but can’t really moan as the Yorkshire pudding wraps were still hot and very tasty.

Love the egg and bacon baps on a Saturday morning treat 😋 👌

Got the totally wrong toastie - which seemed to have a jar of mustard on.

Didn't receive what I ordered . I ordered a breakfast with extra fried egg and white doorstep toast but received breakfast bap.

Wouldn’t recommend the expensive salad boxes, very small portion and over priced for what you get. Smallest bit of chicken and salad, they should add pasta salad or potato salad to make it a more substantial meal or provide you with some bread. For what I paid I was still hungry.

Food was cold .breakfast was delivered in poor packaging.sausages and bacon very chewy and unedible. Toast was supposed to be thick but was thin and rock hard.threw it all away not fit for a dog to eat

High quality regional bakery. A little on the pricey side but worth the price.

Ordered bacon bap & sausage bap both arrived with the rest of the order in carrier bag squashed & nearly cold. Not very happy, very poor for the price. Had to wait for over 45 mins not impressed.

I have had this sandwich and enjoyed it many times today I ordered one not sure why but it came with large portion of onions and gravy on it was horrible and hardly any turkey Hate onions so spoilt it for me If you change your sandwiches please update your customers

I love the food they serve here, it's more than worth the price. It can get very busy, especially around lunch time, so service can be quite slow but I suppose that happens when you make sandwiches from scratch. My favourite is the hot pork and stuffing baps absolutely mega.

Extremely disappointed, dripping in Greece and hard bacon I didn't even feed it to my dog, in the bin it went VILE!

The delivery driver was really polite and closed my front door for me after he passed me my delivery so I didn't struggle which was really nice

Unbelievably slow service and overpriced food

Called in a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I waited ages ,3 members of staff one serving the rest completely ignored me ? I finally got served but the customer service was shocking !

Food was ok. Steak in ‘premium steak’ pie was very dry. Worst latte I’ve had in a long time :/ Vanilla slice was nice

So disappointed with my toasty today. We stopped ordering some time ago for the same reason - CIABATTA used for toasties aren’t a classic ‘toasted sandwich’!! Bring back your beautiful sliced loaf PLEEEEEEEEEASE!! The dog enjoyed my toasty today as I couldn’t eat it due to it being like cardboard. Expensive lunch!!

It so different from the other chatwins in and around our area it serves hot sandwiches on a scale and salads which appropriately mixed and sandwiches made to order which is a great experience I think they should do up the other shops like this and I think it would make a good profit

Absolutely AWESOME!! Driver took off without our toasties - shop called me - we had it sorted in 10 minutes and had sausage roll starters and toastie main course!! 🤣🤣. Thank guys - AMAZING xx

Overpriced sausage rolls, lots of pastry and not enough sausage meat. The egg custards were beautiful but again overpriced for what they are 🤷🏼‍♀️

Called in last week and a lovely lady prepared me a bap then when I asked if she could sell me a couple of slices of the meat separately for the dog, she duly obliged and didn't even charge me. Wonderful. Fast forward to today and same thing but a young girl serving. I asked for a beef bap with onions and mushrooms. No stuffing. She then started to butter the bap and added stuffing. I told her I didn't want the stuffing and she offered to take it off. I said no you might as well leave it on. I then asked if she could sell me a couple of slices of meat for the dog. She said no so I asked if she could just ask a more senior member of staff. She then said to another lady 'I can't sell the meat without a bap can I?' Talk about a leading negative question. The other staff member said no it has to be on a bap. I was astonished at how poor the service was. Seems like a generation thing to me but I suggest customer service training would be money well spent as I wont be going back and I left the bap on the counter and cancelled the order and will tell many people about this negative experience!

Great food, quickly delivered.

Passed this place today and just the outside look says quality, I had a steak pie, never tried one like this, it was packed with steak and gravy it's a must, the pastry is just perfect and not gluey or crumbly, I live in mcr and I would drive out to this place, the meat and potatoe is nothing like any other, Jones Pies used to be my absolute favourite, now this is my place to go and £5.15 great value for money, and friendly happy staff

Went this morning as going for a day out, opens at 9am went in at 9.20 nothing ready apart from sausage rolls! Everything else will be 30+mins... really poor tbh why open at 9am if nothings ready.

They get busy as they make good food/products & I can understand if they feel tired after the days & weeks of providing good customer service. As it can be busy as the food quality is good. So have a bit of patience & understanding Well done Chatwins Remer St. Come one & all you won't be disappointed

I hate to do this - but I ordered toasties at 12pm and they arrived at 1:15pm, cold and soggy. I am a huge lover of Chatwins and I’m truly shocked ☹️

Staff in no rush to serve you but the food is amazing think they need a few more staff to help speed things up
