Let down by how slow they serve.on occasion I have walked out but food very good

Delivered on time still hot highly recommended

normally spot on.but coffee was cold and I think driver tipped up bag

I ordered a latte drink with my food and It came and was all inside the bag and leaked everywhere the delivery guy just laughed at me and said he's very buzy I'm not happy about this

sausages were burnt. bacon and egg was nice but the sausages wasnt nice at all but we order all the time with these so this is the first time its happened.

There was 2 items missing and when I called the restaurant they said they had packed 4 bags and we only received 3 from the delivery.

Absolute best pastries and pies. Staff consistently miserable

Added a note for there to be no cranberry, but it arrived with it all over.

The estimated delivery time on ordering was 15 to 30 minutes, this kept changing and the order arrived after 1hr 10 mins. I had to go out to the driver who was trying to deliver the order next door, despite the numbers being clearly marked. On opening my delivery I discovered that Chatwins had sent the wrong cakes.

No cranberry sauce on Turkey, no horseradish on beef

£20 of this order was missing. The driver kept shrugging, claimed he didn’t understand me. Tried to call chatting but the number seems to have been disconnected. First and last time I order from these. Absolutely appalling.

No pork on my wrap just bacon and sausage!!

Nice yorkshire wrap.. but the stuffing was all one ended and no apple sauce.. which was little disappointing 😞

Went in here because I was wanting a pork pie, ordered 2 and saw they had hot sandwiches, so I ordered a beef barm with onions, stuffing, apple sauce and mushrooms, all this came to about £11, but I enjoyed every single bite, beef was tender, sandwich wasn't dry even though I didn't have butter on it. The pork pies were absolutely beautiful, succulent meat and the pastry wasn't dry, nice and crisp. Server was excellent. Only thing I would say is to make the pork pies shorter but fatter, I had to unhinge my mouth to eat it. If I'm back that way will definitely stop off for another.

Excellent spot for breakfast & lunch. All sandwiches, cakes, and bread made fresh every day. Hot and cold sandwiches available. Tea, coffee, and soft drinks too. Lots of free parking available but can get busy at certain times. Recommended

You didn't deliver the food and didn't eve tried to contact customer, just waited 10 minutes in reception.,not enquiring where is the location. Very bad attitude and marked as delivered by not delivering.

Oh my word those long jam and cream doughnut fingers are heavenly! I've yet to try a Copenhagen slice, but it looks good. My partner had a chocolate éclair and all I got was " mmmm. Mmm" 🤣

Very poor service and very rude stuff would not recommend this place to anyone other stores are very goog but never come to this one again

Tricky car parking lets the retail unit down. Chatwins usual high quality confectionery, however, makes the confectionery the best one can buy!

only eaten because we were hungry. the sausage were tasteless as was the bacon. the only good thing I can say is the mushrooms and toast were really nice.

A bit pricey but the food is amazing, the Carvery wraps are outstanding and the Copenhagen slices are delicious. Staff are always friendly and the place is clean.

Driver kept driving up and down on road behind house, then called for address and then was rude at the door.

Excellent choice of cakes, I had a freshly made up salad roll, my choice of filling.

Absolutely brilliant!! We hadn’t realised you had introduced full English to the menu and it’s perfect. So much so, we need more of those sausages. 😁. Thank you once again for making our work lunches perfect.

My food was stone cold because the driver was 35 mins late! The food was stone cold and soggy, we couldn’t eat it and the attitude of the driver was disgusting. Normally chatwins food is amazing but we couldn’t eat it this time

The carvery baps were very nice but didn’t have any cranberry sauce on them.

can't fault the food quality , it's great. however the delivery time was very poor. i ordered at around 11am with an 11.45am time slot for delivery - it actually arrived at 12.32pm !!

A very small breakfast for the price paid, sausages chewy, bacon undercooked and egg hard, no butter on toast either

Arrived 15 mins later than first stated estimated time but can’t really moan as the Yorkshire pudding wraps were still hot and very tasty.

There wad a distinct lack of cranberry sauce on the turkey bap! nothing at all like the photograph.

Didn't receive what I ordered . I ordered a breakfast with extra fried egg and white doorstep toast but received breakfast bap.

Got the totally wrong toastie - which seemed to have a jar of mustard on.

Wouldn’t recommend the expensive salad boxes, very small portion and over priced for what you get. Smallest bit of chicken and salad, they should add pasta salad or potato salad to make it a more substantial meal or provide you with some bread. For what I paid I was still hungry.

Food was cold .breakfast was delivered in poor packaging.sausages and bacon very chewy and unedible. Toast was supposed to be thick but was thin and rock hard.threw it all away not fit for a dog to eat

High quality regional bakery. A little on the pricey side but worth the price.

Ordered bacon bap & sausage bap both arrived with the rest of the order in carrier bag squashed & nearly cold. Not very happy, very poor for the price. Had to wait for over 45 mins not impressed.

I have had this sandwich and enjoyed it many times today I ordered one not sure why but it came with large portion of onions and gravy on it was horrible and hardly any turkey Hate onions so spoilt it for me If you change your sandwiches please update your customers

I love the food they serve here, it's more than worth the price. It can get very busy, especially around lunch time, so service can be quite slow but I suppose that happens when you make sandwiches from scratch. My favourite is the hot pork and stuffing baps absolutely mega.

The delivery driver was really polite and closed my front door for me after he passed me my delivery so I didn't struggle which was really nice

Unbelievably slow service and overpriced food

Called in a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I waited ages ,3 members of staff one serving the rest completely ignored me ? I finally got served but the customer service was shocking !
