I had a complaint about food I'd purchased . I was not happy at all with a patronising reply and was left knowing that I will not purchase anything from them again

So nice to finally get a non generic bakery. Really polite helpful staff - great home made feel to their produce and service with a smile - even if I was awkward (a little )

Came here accidentally when looking for the shop. Staff were very friendly and gave me the correct directions😀

Bought two cheese and onion pasties. They did look very nice and the service was good as well. However these pasties turned out to be potato covered in flaky pastry. Both my wife and I agreed that they were very bland without any indication of cheese or onion . Definatly a severe case of false advertising

Very poor. Had a sausage roll and cheese pastie with the slightest hint of cheese. My wife had a meat pastie with 4 pieces of meat in it. Served by a woman who never smiled once. We wont be coming back but with your attitude to customers I doubt that'll bother you

Absolutely disgusted to find out they are no longer doing Jam donuts i cued up in the cold to get some of your lovely jam donuts to be told you are no longer making them

Great staff and really good food

Good food but terrible service. Just been into the Nantwich shop for take away Coffees to begin with there was two men and a woman with children already waiting to be served by one person behind the counter.Then a second women came out and loudly shouted who's next ?Because she was looking directly a at me I answered by saying that the lady with the children was waiting before me the women then loudly repeated herself again before going to serve the lady. In the meantime more customers arrived who were not so polite as to wait so the women who was serving when I first entered the store simply ignored me a served the other customers . When she eventually got to me she just abruptly told me to go upstairs form my take out Coffees. Being more aware of customer already waiting and politeness to customers should not be too much to expect because shouting and behaving abruptly is simply not acceptable.

For longer than I can remember I have bought fabulous cream cakes from Chatwins. Without a doubt the best cream cakes you can get anywhere! Sausage rolls and small pork pies are a delight. My wife loves your Multiseed loaf but I would give it to the birds. You can't please everybody with every product but Chatwins have enough variety to please most. One thing I urge you to change is the annoying sign in the Nantwich Square shop. It says form one queue but is by the hot food at the far end so everyone squashes into the back of the shop. Just get rid of it!

This is the second time we have tried your steak pies and can honestly say they are the best pies we have had we live in the Wigan area but will be calling in your shop next time we are down your way

We are so lucky to have Chatwins Bakers ! Everything is delicious and fresh .

Very surprised when I called into your Sandbach bakery/coffee shop, to be told that you don't cater for people who are allergic to dairy products. I wanted a soya latte, don't do soya or even oat milk. So I had to have black tea which I don't really like., or fruit tea. So because of this I couldn't have toast as you don't do dairy free butter. This seems very strange to me in this day and age, that a firm as large as you doesn't care for such customers. Needless to say I won't be going into a chatwins again.

Food is handmade aswell as that the people working there are amazing

Food tasty,lovely pies & pastries-staff 1st class.Only gripe dreary, gloomy decor in seating area of cafe.Dark grey walls?! Definitely needs brightening up so that folk can see to read a newspaper at the very least.

Have regular buffets from Chatwins, great food and friendly professional staff.

Food nice, staff friendly. The cafe though is a depressing place in desperate need of decorating to make it light, airy, attractive to non pensioners.....

selling what looks like a meat roll but naming it as a pasty, please check what looks like a pasty. other wise nice meat roll .

We love your pies but there is just a little too much salt in your Steak Pies.
