Very friendly staff and top noch service the food is just right

The pizzas here my favourite usually i get the meat feast or the mexicano

Food was absoloutly spectacular perfect the chips were crispy on the outisde and mushy on the inside. Burger was made to perfection crisp chciken and fresh woth a kick of spice. Please try there food!

firstly i ordered my relatively small order which took way over an hour too arrive after already ringing and the staff saying it would be another 2-3 mins it proceeded to be another 15-20 i demanded money back and they would not give it me and were rude and disrespectful and had the cheek to start arguing with me but also has now left me being very ill so i am absolutely appalled by the service and if you are thinking about ordering don’t!!!

Hello, I ordered food from here and it took over an hour and an half to arrive (I was promised 20-50 minutes maximum). When confronted on the phone, the customer service employee was boisterous and completely unprofessional. The food was below par and I had an overall poor experience. In the future I will never ordered again and wouldn’t recommended to anyone.-Unsatisfied customer.

i have ordered myself a nice little meal told it will take 30 minutes it had been 1h so i rang up asking how long it will be i was told 3 minutes it was 30 minutes later and the food came it was cold and stail i rang up for a refund and the person was disrespectful towards me i would definitely not order from here again

I’ve been coming to Paps for YEARS! You won’t find another takeaway as consistently amazing for food.

I have always had good food. Tonight 22nd March 2024 was dreadful. Chicken kebab was awful and the chips had clearly been reheated. I would generally give 4 or 5 out of 5. Today i would have only given1 out of 5. Food was really poor and so disappointed. I felt sick and had to throw the food away. Sorry guys. You have disappointed for the 1st time tonight

Tidy and clean place. Food is good. Personally the best takeaway around town. However, ordering over the phone is a bad move. Not ready on time, had to walk out. Very poor.

These guys always have good delivery times, and exact orders . Pizzas are well topped and tasty. We always have contactless delivery and connot fault. Always our go-to choice.

Lived in the area for 2 months and a friend told me about this place last weekend. Today is going to be 2nd visit and I will most likely only come here from now on. The food was soo fresh and tasty and we ordered 10 before closing last week. Delicious flavours, lovely staff. We love grills, Turkish and Greek food so this takeaway is perfect for us.

Normally a good takeaway, but tonight our order was 50 mins late, that ruined the stuff we had in the oven to accompany our food, and when it arrived it was luke warm at best. I will seriously consider whether to buy again ☹

Never fails to deliver on quality and to our house. Cant find better chicken anywhere else IMHO. Use this place a lot for family gatherings with big orders always come right first time. Cannot recommend highly enough.

BEST WINGS GOING Love watching the NFL and good spirt needs good wings. Paps do the best wings in all flavours and their combo rolls are bang on. One very happy New Zealander here Delivery is always fairly quick and the price is very decent for the quality

Fantastic pizza (hot and spicy with donner) Peri Chicken wings are lovely but the peri peri is all one flavour no matter what you order, volcanic is not spicy at all but they still taste amazing so that’s ok Donner meat….change your supplier it’s terrible, get yourself a portion from kebab range and see the difference…and there’s is bought in Overall I quite like it here but avoid the donner

Food is excellent, chicken kebabs are the best in the area by far. However, PLEASE do something about your packaging. Polystyrene packets for every item? Terrible for the environment and there's much better options available.

Kebabs are lovely, not greasy and tasty. Food is always hot. Delivery does take awhile but you are aware of that when ordering.

Best Kebab in Sandbach hands down. The meat is delicious and still hot when it's delivered. The salad is so fresh, they even thinly slice the lettuce which is perfect.

Cant fault paps yes they got our order wrong but on ringing to explain they stated they will send a fresh order out 20 mins later order arrived thank you up until now never had issue but wont stop us ordering 😋

Very nice pizzas kebabs and chicken. That is everything I have had and all good. big portions so good value for a family.

*edit* They seem to have removed the BOGOF deal for pizzas and replaced it with 2 for £20 deal. Which although not terrible puts them in the price range of pizza hut/dominoes with their BOGOF deals and at that point they can't compete. Think this was a bad decision and they'll be losing our families business. They still do good food but the limited selection and smaller portions means they now loose out to everyone else locally. Real shame. Amazing value for money, great food and great service. Their pizza's are the best in the "bach" and if you get their Wednesday deal you can get 2 create your own pizza's with 5 toppings dirt cheap, well worth it. And their peri peri chicken is without question some of the best, as you'd bloody hope it would be lol.

Me and my fiance have just finished our food and usually I regret getting a take out because as soon as I've finished eating I feel groggy and horrible regretting purchasing the food.... BUT!!! this food was amazing best tasting takeout I've ever had you should open restaurants because I felt like I was dining out. kebabs are packed with flavour with succulent meat and fresh vegetables and amazing grilled peppers and mushrooms the chicken burger was better that kfc, chips are perfect. And on a nother note I suffer with anxiety and agoraphobia and the delivery driver was more than happy the climb to the third floor to deliver, other delivery drivers have been aresy with me and refused but this guy (sorry I don't know your name) was so helpful and even smiled and wished me a good evening. This is the only place that I will be ordering from in future sorry mr delivery man in advance 😂🤣. 20/10 *****

best peri peri chicken in Cheshire

I have been loyal to Hot Spot for many year, but I got sick of them getting my orders wrong, and the standards have dropped dramatically. So glad we tried Paps, I don't think we will ever look back. Great choice of amazing food which is consistent, and friendly staff. I recommend trying the whole peri peri chicken, it's as good as nandos, maybe even better.

Amazing food order pizza from here all the time and it’s alway great best in town for service and food no matter how long delivery takes I am always happy to wait as the quality is perfect would 100% recommend to everyone especially pizza lovers!!!!

The food arrived way over an hour late. When it arrived the peri peri strips where in fact southern fried strips, which considering it has peri peri in the name is beyond a joke, the lettuce on the burger was actually brown so had the burger had to go in the bin, the other burger was so over cooked it tough and barely edible, the fries where also disgusting, soggy and luke warm. 90% of the food went in the bin. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Very tasty food and of a consistent quality. Delivery can take quite a while to Middlewich however.

We called at 8:45pm for two meals. At 22:00 nothing had arrived. When I called they had no record of our order and blamed it on system failure. No offer of discount just an apology....not good enough!!!
