Chatime in Manchester

I really enjoyed my first time trying bubble team and feel I am going to try more of their options ! The drink arrived pretty fast and even the straw did not spalsh and go eveywhere ! PLenty of room to sit down as well.

Went specifically for bubba tea , it was nice . We ordered 3 teas with same things and 2 with another things to avoid confusion and make it easy but they managed to get one of each wrong ! By putting extra ice in one and also more sugar in the other and they weren't busy .. the tea was good but needs to pay attention to get orders right

The drinks were fine, it was the service, asked for another straw so I could share with my 5 year old, the guy said”how come” when I asked for a straw? Seriously? “How come”?!! Then he said, you need to pay for it, I would not mind paying for it if you said at the start, you need to pay for it, is that ok, I would definitely paid for it! Bloody funniest answer ever🤣🤣” how come”?!!!!!!! Omg!!!!!! No wonder ohayo was busier! 🤦🏻‍♀️😆

Chatime es la cadena de Bubble Tea más grande del Reino Unido y su menú es realmente extenso. Tomé el té con leche matcha, que sabía a gloria. ¡Podía tomarlo todos los días! Puedes elegir los niveles de azúcar y hielo, yo elijo sin azúcar, pero a pesar de eso, todavía era dulce. Tienen la opción de té con leche tradicional que se hace con leche en polvo, así como Tea Latte que es con leche fresca en su lugar, y también versiones de mousse que tienen mousse encima. De todas las tiendas de té de burbujas en Manchester, Chatime tiene uno de los menús más extensos junto con Gong Cha. Su aplicación es útil para ordenar colecciones, aunque no entregan muy lejos, pero están en Deliveroo. Los precios son promedio para el té de burbujas y la aplicación le permite acumular puntos de fidelidad, lo cual es útil para los fanáticos. El personal también es agradable. En general, una gran tienda de té de burbujas con algo para todos los gustos. Recomiendo el matcha.

De mala gana, me arrastraron sorprendentemente bien. Recomiendo el sabor a lichi con té verde. Había una tableta de computadora para iniciar sesión en su pedido a la autoservicio de mi primer té de burbujas. Era escéptico, pero disfruté completamente la experiencia. Era . ¡No puedo esperar a regresar!

The bubble tea from here was amazing the best I have had for a long time BUT the service on the other hand was not if the tea had not been as good as it was would of given it a 2! The guy who served us got our order wrong which was fine that does happen but he then tried to question what we ordered when I said one of the drinks was right and one was wrong trying to make out we had ordered what he had made and we did not! He also did the same to a family in waiting for their drinks and he also questioned them when they said their order was wrong and I heard him saying to the girl making the drinks I did not get the order wrong. Yes people do get orders wrong and thats ok its about how you deal with it when it happens and being made to feel like you asked for the wrong thing and you were then being an inconvenience is not good customer service

The best bubble tea in the city, by far. I go here every time I attempt to recommend bubble tea to friends of mine. Many converts! Highly recommended

Customer service is very bad, the guy messed up my order and refused to change it, they gave me the order of the guy in front of me and refused to accept that this wasnt what I had ordered. I was by myself and four staff members were telling me off, I felt that this situation could have been handled more maturely by them.

I love this place but while waiting in the line he skipped me not once but twice. After that he told me to go to the other cashier which was automatic. I have been waiting for 1 hour and am leaving because no one could get me order. Very disappointed.

I have been to this place a few times now and have never thought to write a review, so here I am... Absolute perfection, as an addict of bubble tea I can see absolutely no flaws in this place at all.. They serve exactly what you ask for and each time it's spot on, I usually get the ice cooler, extra sugar and regular ice, large, so delicious. Perfect for anytime of the day, brilliant in the summer but I had one today despite it being freezing and raining out, but that's how seriously good the drinks in this place are. Highly recommend to anyone that loves bubble tea or is new to trying it. Don't walk past Chatime, go inside you won't regret it.

I don't usually write reviews but this one I think I have to as I felt like I wasn't treated like a customer. I was in a hurry when order my drinks. The girl served me had an attitude that she doesn't want me to be there. I ordered my drinks with pearls and she said I had to wait 20 mins. Then I said it's okay I don't need it then all she heard is it's okay and thought I can wait. I waited and noticed she wasn't doing anything that's when I asked her 'could you please do my order?' Then she gave me an attitude and said 'you said you could wait. When you said it's okay means you want it and you can wait'. Then she kept telling me that it was because of me saying it's okay. Well I said I dont need it and you can't hear and now it's all my fault. It's okay I get it miscommunication happens sometimes but HER ATTITUDE IS UNACCEPTABLE. I was the one saying sorry so I can calm her down so she could do my orders. The glance in her eyes and her attitude is the worst I have ever seen. I personally work in customer service area and I know no matter what happens I-the one that is serving the customer- should say sorry first and explain the situation. Not with this girl as she clearly was annoyed that I was there. Moreover, the drinks in this place are not as good as other Chatime. now plus the attitude from their employees. Well done!!!

If you need something sweet while walking around Manchester you should try Chatime! Doesn’t matter if you want a bubble tea or a froyo! Both amazing 😍

We waited over 20 minutes for a drink and only received it after asking why it was taking so long. Other customers were frustrated too. Not impressed and would not recommend.

21:30 something Tuesday evening, Outside not that warm.... fancy a hot drink, not normal bubble iced tea. Remembered friend’s recommendation, no sugar because red bean itself was quite sweet. 10/10! Great, very filling stuff.

Ordered two drinks from here, one taro tea with pudding and chatime milk tea with blk pearls. The milk tea was ok but the taro tea was really powdery. When I drank it, I had bits of powder stuck to my mouth that I needed to spit out. Won’t be ordering again.

The best place to go for authentic Taiwanese bubble tea in Manchester! It has plenty of seating area to chill with friends or take a break after a shopping afternoon/city visit. Friendly staff with good standard of customer service. Nice energetic atmosphere.

So much choice of flavours, so many bubbles.... so many levels of sugar, its no wonder this place is popular.... the even accept deliveroo so I assume this will mean they are busy all day every day...ther's always time for chatime.... awesome
