Absolutely great shop staff are always nice must recommend if travelling to Salisbury for a weekend.

Ordered via deliveroo. Never arrived. Delivery time just kept going up, up, up & up. Checked the shops opening/closing times to see they were now closed! They never cancelled my order, I had to cancel it myself. Waste of 1hr 50 mins waiting for my delivery!!

The riders number did not work, the stores number just rang and rang. I instructed deliveroo to give the rider my number but did not receive a call. I waited for 45 minutes in the cold, outside my house. My order never arrived. Charlie’s store is excellent, but please do not ask them to deliver, this is the second non delivery by Charlie’s store, not only will I never ask for delivery again, I would urge you to use BP on the app, they deliver on time, every time.

Can't speak highly enough of Carlos and his team who run Charlie's. Always a friendly welcome with good prices and late opening hours.

Bought a peanut lion bar got it outside 2 moths out of date took it back in replaced it with another from selfe that was 1 year past it's sell by date at this point he refunded my money but in am a,cement he put the lion bar back on the shelf to resell

ABSOLUTELY LEGENDARY, well known for good quality, low price confectionery with all the boys from bws.
