Burger King in Wiltshire

Was a long wait from ordering to the food being ready at the counter. Tables were clear of any previous customers meals, but the floor was in need of a sweep in the table area.

No staff , poor service, poor food. Definitely not fast food

Over priced, extremely poor quality of food and service. Chicken more like a salt sandwich and warm, cold drinks. No ice. Automated order system, broken and very slow service. Clearly, we won't be back anytime soon!

Service was slow, front of house was filthy with overflowing bins and uncleared dining area, which the staff openly ignored. Food was hot and of expected quality. Let down further by not acceping American Express. Avoid in future.

Possibly the most understaffed I have seen any Burger King. And they're usually understaffed anyway. This appalling for a BK at a service station!

Asked chicken burger without bacon but served chicken and bacon and when we reported it the attitude was really bad….. never going Burger King again

Waited 15 minutes for a so called fast food restaurant when it wasn’t busy, 2 maybe 3 people waiting. Chicken Royale with cheese had no lettuce but bacon although no bacon was ordered. Chips were cold and the sprite drink was soda water. Only positive was the guy who served us, seemed to be the only one behind the counter doing everything. 1 member of staff visible isn’t good enough for a Services stop off. Reading previous reviews it seems a common thing so won’t be visiting Burger King here again. Poor

Visited Leigh Delamere Burger King eastbound today, food was cooked to order, staff were friendly and service with a smile. Dining area was clean and tidy when we sat down to eat.

Food mostly cold. Burger gave my son food poisoning. Avoid!

Went through drive through had to wait 15 minutes for burnt food. After waiting 15 minutes staff came out and was abrupt and rude, shoved the food in our window and made a sarcastic comment about my parking this was Sunday the 28th of April! Disgusting staff

Entire restaurant was dirty. I had to clean my own table. Food was average. Pack your own sandwich rather.

Literally sat in here right now as I'm eating my share box and typing just come from a long day of being short staffed, on a long trip home for the weekend. ordered a share box and a burger meal. Its very clear the staff are overwhelmed as there are only like 2 or 3. yet they have the attitude and willpower of a full team! They are very friendly and going as fast as they can! it seems like everyone understands as since I have been here people have respectfuly waited. I only hope that customers before me have been patient too, as their patients will be rewarded. the staff are Alfie Clifford Callum Hardy Ruben Day. From one person who has been short staffed to another team who are. Thank you very much! People don't say it often enough, but your effort and dedication is noticed by people.

Absolutely pointless having a drive thru, not staffed and no sign saying not in use, won’t waste my time again.

No queue so expected a good fresh meal. Burger was cold bun was cold and chip were half full due to not enough in the tray to fill the bag by what I saw. No communication by staff other than order number and that was it

Why are you making burgers with very stale buns. Absolutely disgusting and even the fries were nasty. I usually enjoy these burgers if nothing much else is on offer but not at this store.

Dirty, slow, over-priced. It's about 88 pence per chicken nugget. You have to wait over 25 minutes for them. The place is dirty and messy. The service is almost non-existent. I'd recommend the KFC or Pret next door!

Wanted to leave a review about the staff more than anything. I had added milk and sugar to two cups of hot tea and was wondering how to get this and our burgers to the car as I was struggling with crutches; straight away Eddie Tomlin (the gentleman who served me) with a smile, said he would carry these to my car, above and beyond! So kind, thank you. I recommend you for a rise!

The worst experience I’ve had at ANY Burger King Waited 20 minutes for food and when I mentioned it I was met with a “no you’ve been waiting 10 minutes” in a horrible tone calling me a liar and proceeded to tell me it’s on the screen when I had a receipt in my hand which said the time I ordered! And to make matters worse the way he spoke to a customer when he asked for ketchup was just awful 6:30pm West bound services Leigh delamere

We were there over 40 mins waiting for food, which was cold, wrong order, one wasn't vegetarian but should have been, one burger covered in hot sauce. Lots of people waiting, unhappy, 2 young staff trying to cope and stressed. Customers could hear swearing from the food prep area, and we have to wait 10 mins for a refund. Such a terrible experience and caused us a delay in our onward journey. Nothing good to say about the experience.

really shocking experience. over 20 minute wait at the drive through and i was the only person in the line. everything in the order was wrong except the drinks. missing items that i had to remind them of, meal/item sizes were wrong and i ordered vegan nuggets which could’ve actually been vegan but seeing as everything else was wrong i didn’t even trust it , and felt horrendously ill after only eating a couple. absolutely rubbish. do yourself a favour and don’t bother.

THIS IS THE WORST! After waiting over 20 minutes for our food and watching the teenager workers messing around and not cooking, we asked for a refund. It wasn't busy in there so was no reason for it to take so long. The refund took a further 10 minutes to do as the staff was clueless. Today I had a notification from my bank to say they had refunded me the £31.90 I had paid, but they took a further £34 from my bank account somehow. It really is criminal. Whilst there other customers was also unhappy. I'm glad I never ate their food because the staff just didn't give a toss. Avoid them like the plague.

We waited 20 minutes with no sign of our food. The same was happening to other customers who had waited longer than us. Meanwhile the staff were messing around wiping down the ceiling and stuff?! We asked for a refund and rather than getting our money back then have taken money again today.

i never give reviews but im leaving this here out of the need to tell everyone to NOT GO HERE and save your money and the disappointment that will come while eating here. the bun was so dry and crumbly, fries were undercooked, service was slow. honestly the worst bk ive ever had and possibly the worst rated bk in the uk

On holiday, best Burger King I’ve ever been to, staff so friendly, management so helpful, would definitely recommend. Quick service, very busy but accommodated us very well.

Dirty tables, not enough children's options on the screen menu and when we asked about a kid's cheeseburger option, the guy said he would go and find out. He never came back! Rude staff and terrible customer services...avoid!

The food was lovely and cooked exactly as expected. The price was a bit on the higher side but at the same time, it is a motorway services so I will hardly hold it against them.

Actually the worst place I have ever been. I’ve could’ve gone to a grave yard and got better customer service skills. Food order was missing items. Everything was cold and the only cold drink you could have was a capri sun! Never seen anything like it in my existence…. They closed the drive through just after we went back through to complain, no apologies for the lack of everything it’s supposed to have. Avoid at all costs! Wouldn’t even give it a one star but had no choice😅

If you wrap a veggie burger in a bun this dry and stale... the outcome is very very bad. Some things shouldn't be eaten no matter how desperate and hungry and in need of a break you are. This was one of them. (Made even worse by having had the best veggie burger so far made with pulled mushroom in Bern train station the day before.)

Usually BK is relatively good and basic fast food on the go, but this food just did not, well - go. Fair to say it barely moved out of the kitchen considering we were waiting 10 minutes for it? It was the slowest service we have ever received, the ginger gentleman was rude, blunt and just generally did not care. The lady serving the food with the long blonde ponytail was talking to her friends whilst at work and people waiting for their order, and the other 3 staff members were on their phone at the back of the kitchen in plain sight. One lady pushed a bin across the kitchen and then proceeded to prepare food with the same gloves? Wouldn’t recommend that and neither would the food authorities and health and safety teams. There was no fizzy drinks or cold drinks available and the only thing you could drink was a capri-sun? Wow. How “adult-like”? All in all terrible experience by lazy teenagers who don’t care about a workplace and taking advantage by sending selfies to their friends and a company who are happy for management to not even enforce such behaviour. 1/10 food, service that didn’t exist and maybe the ginger guy that was working needs to learn how to say thank you, or maybe he is just born rude. This is one of the terrible & awful experience in my life ☹️ Disgusting place to eat in all over the UK🤮🤮 If there is a option to put 0 star then I might do that !! We are 2 friends today 30.06.2023 at 1:46 afternoon ordered 2 vegan Royale meal and some more. Firstly, the boy ( infront) served me 2 chicken Royale meal instead of my ordered Vegan Royale meal. Then I came to the counter and showed him, he then told me wait 10 minutes, after 10 minutes he came with 2 vegan burger with beacon 🤦‍♂️🤮. Again, I told him I have ordered you vegan burger, he then start arguing and straight away told me he don't know how long it will take to make vegan burger, I was waiting another 10 minutes but finally, he didn't serve me food and I have left the restaurant without food at 2:30. Hope in my rest of life I never have to go to a burger King 👎👎 That was the service!! This is Burger King 🤮🤮 Stay away from this place 🤮🤮

Slow service, no cola or any fizzy drink. Limited items and except from burger or chips they were sold out. One of the worst experiences ever.

I am not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this was the worst cheeseburger I have ever had. Roll was dry and gherkin non-existent. Thankfully the chips were tasty but I was annoyed given that we paid £15 for two meals. Next time I'll choose somewhere other than Burger King.

Slow service, only thing colder than the burger was the drink with ice! Cheese on the burger wasn’t even semi melted. Avoid.

The food is generally nice but our receipt didn't come out the machine, and we didn't get our chips but overall it's quite nice. And the cola had more ice than liquid! And I put no pickles but there was still some in there!

Slow jumbled staff to busy with the freezer to cook ended up waiting 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 loaded fried all in all not worth the wait or the money

The terrible reviews are justified, cold coffee because the milk steamer had broken, bun dry and crumbly, my partners bacon double cheeseburger was cold and wouldn't have been out of place in a dolls house it was so small, definitely nothing like the pictures above the counter. This was all delivered by the most surly and unfriendly girl, which for 50 pence short of £20, was far from good value for money. Won't be visiting Burger King again until I hear better reports improve drastically. Paul and Kate

Burger broiler was broken so only chicken available, although they don't bother to mention this until you try to order. Service was absolutely awful, the people 'working more I tent of messing about and chatting than actually doing anything. The counter and tables were filthy. Food also took a stupid amount of time to make despite there being only two customers, including myself.

The service here was bad. The service was slow and people had problems with screen as were plying up and creating people frustration. The food was okay but not amazing.

I went into the services due to traffic on the motorway. Bought myself a burger and some chili cheese bites. 20 minutes later I felt awful. When I walked through the door at home I ran straight to the bathroom and proceeded to be sick untill 5am the next day. This food gave me food poisoning. Do not go here.

Just awful. Everyone there waiting 45 mins for food. The servers were so slow that piles and piles of food were gathering on the waiting area, but nothing being packed and given out. Everyone angry and some asking for refunds after waiting so long. Train your staff better. Worst fast food experience of my life by far

What a shame. Nobody there had cleaned tables for an age. Mess everywhere you look. 3 staff on shift obviously just keeping up with orders. The queue to order was long as a group of kids had just arrived so queued at the counter. 1 guy serving. "Card payment?" He asked, yes, "over there" he said pointing to the machine. Efficient enough with getting our food apart from having to go back to the counter to get BBQ sauce which was missed from our order. Plant based burger was just a bit flavourless. Fries were decent.

Quite Blatantly Awful! The service was terrible the person who served me gave me the why are you here look before telling me that they no longer take app promo codes or blue light cards the counter was covered corner to corner in fries, drink spillage and hairs so much so the manager had to step whilst on a break in the emptiest Burger King I have ever seen to remind him to clean!!! The wait was 20+ even forgetting 2 items in a basic order, bun was dry patties overcooked and tomatoes left out. In the end I had to pay £17.98 for burger’s

Worst Burger King Wopper I have ever tasted I mean we was the only ones there how come the burger is cold when I ate it

I had to wait yet I got a cold burger !? I was too much in a rush to ask for a hot one so had no choice but to eat it. However I will not be going back again.

It was inedible, my son ordered a whopper with bacon & cheese plus cheesey bites. The whopper bun was dry & crumbly the bacon wasn't cooked & was mainly fat, the whole thing was soggy & disgusting!!!!

Leigh Delamere services. Waited for 20 minutes for a Whopper, fries and coffee. Worst Whopper ever, no onion or pickle, just limp lettuce and one slice of tomato. Won't be going back there!

On our way back from Bristol, stopped for a meal. Opted for cheeseburger meal deal. To put it bluntly the worst meal I have had in many years. The burger was cold, it tasted awful. The onion rings were cold. The only thing that was warm were the fries. When we asked which coke was zero the low IQ individual behind the counter was arrogant and rude to my wife in his reply. This place has a dirty third world vibe to it and should be avoided at all costs.

Terrible Burger King. 6 items were wrong, missed 2 onion ring sides, but added in a random cheese chilli bites I didn’t order, then mixed up the flavours in our drinks, order a cheeseburger without mustard and pickle alas mustard and pickle were ever present in there sad and depressing form between patty and bun. Staff were just chilling no care in the world and were giving out loads of refunds so clearly not the only ordered that was wrong. I just wanted my onion rings really.

Refused to take a cash payment for an order (because it was busy) but continued to serve customers paying by card.

Couldn't even eat it. Terrible.. The buns disintegrated in my hand. Hardly any bacon and it was cold in the middle dispite a 15 minute wait. I was literally confused. Put me off burger King for life. Can't believe you can charge that much for such poor quality.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Ordering machines not working, food took 20 minutes to be made when it was basically empty for 3 people. Seating closed. Food was all COLD 🥶, pricing was ridiculous especially considering they only offer water and the fry bags were only half full. Food was thrown in the bags and ingredients were missing. Chips oversalted. I can't imagine anything that could have gone worse.

You’d think for those prices the cold drinks would be available and the area would be sort of clean? Wrong. Absolutely horrible. Disgusting tables with hair on them. Infested floor. Hateful, hateful place.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I waited for an order for 45 minutes, and they missed most of the items in the order. No cold drinks were available except for still water; the hamburger was just a bun with meat and nothing more. Definitely no return to this place.

Sadly as others have stated, poor attitude to customers, food was cold and we were waiting around 10 minutes for it at that. Staff were more interested in closing up and going home. We visited at 9:45

Worst Burger King burger I’ve ever had. Tiny, dry patties, cheese barely melted and no sauce or salad/pickle whatsoever. To be fair, my order came out in no time at all, but perhaps if they’d taken a few more minutes it would’ve been possible to make a better burger. Needs some serious quality control.

Lost my order, had to show them the card transaction just to get a replacement. Wasn't offered anything to make up for the poor service. Avoid. Edit: They also forgot to put through the replacement order!!! Incredibly bad service. Got a full refund instead and went to M&S instead.

I found that the staff on duty were sullen and had a ‘don’t care attitude’ When asked to correct our order which was wrong the next burger we got was incorrect also…… Cleanliness! well leaves a lot to be desired as the majority of tables were not clean. Floor unswept and don’t bother asking for serviettes if there’s none out as the staff didn’t know if they had anymore or not. Would not recommend stopping here unless you really have to.
