got given an 1:30 ETA on my delivery to which it was still late by 20-30 minutes with no communication from the restaurant, with no surprise my food was very cold to point where the cheese wasnt melted on my cheesy chips. however one good aspect of it all was the Delivery driver she was lovely and apologised for the delay on the food.

Not necessarily the restaurants fault, could be the distance from shop to my door but everything was soggy from packaging to the chips. Even the salad was leaking everywhere. So think that’ll be the last order from here for us due to everything being soggy.

I used to love this place. My go to place for a takeaway. However, the last couple of times I have ordered from here, the cheese on chips have been cold, to the point where the cheese isn't even melted. I feel at the moment, it is very hit and miss whether the food is hot or cold.

Should be called chips with dona, i as even tho large, had more salad than chips & extremely more chips than the few slices of dona meat. The food was tastey, but def had larger small portions bigger than this large, all that salad yet so little meat

Delivery is a bit slow however the food was hot, exactly what we ordered and delicious. We had a chicken kebab which had a lovely flame grilled flavour and my husband tried the 1lb burger which was huge!

Ordered from Just Eat....kebab was delicious....Hotdog was absolutely shocking...sausage looked like it was long lost, suddenly found..., a week later & slapped in a bun!!! Disgusting!!!!

Asked for chilli sauce in the shawarma wrap lettuce, onions and re cabbage. Got a coleslaw mix with garlic mayo, my oartber cannot eat mayo as she finds it repulsive. Meal went uneaten

Always fresh and full of flavour food available here.value for money and customer service is second to none food is always delivered within quoted time and piping hot. Drinks always nice and chilled and desserts are also on.the menu. Would highly recommend.

Asked for no sauce in Veggie burger and it arrived with mayonnaise in it.

After a long day shift at work all I wanted to do was chill and eat so i orders a chicken kebab with salad chilli sauce and garlic mayo through just eat it came pretty quickly only, it 9nly came with a pitta and chicken nothing else. So I called them and explained what was missing then they came back with red cabbage, onion lettuce and slaw I mean where is the tomatoes and cucumber? I will most definitely won't be ordering from here again 😒

ordered 2 chicken, 3 Donna meat kebabs and a kids chicken nugget meal, but received 1 chicken, 4 Donna meat kebabs along with kids meal. last time I ordered they forgot the drink to go with the kids meal.

Cash only is not going to enable your business to grow do yourselves a big favour please and start taking card payments because your food is good plus repair your front door so it opens and closes without lots of customer effort please.

all the times before this order have been very good this time how ever the food was just a little slightly warm to cool and the hotdog bread was not fresh other than that it was ok but could not eat the hotdog roll

No sausage for my kid, burger was falling apart and buns burnt. For the price of kebab I would of hoped for more meat. Tbh pretty shody take away. Gotta cook kids meal now cause of the meals.

This place does very good quality food and good value for money. Have recently moved out of the area so wouldn’t know what their to date quality is. But over the 3 years I was ordering from them, they were very good.

Food is reasonably priced and cooked to order. Very clean shop and friendly staff. I had a burger which was yummy. My Husband had a Donna kebab which was cold but apparently tasted good.

Much better order today, we thought we’d try again in hope it was just a bad order and it must of been. Food had arrived within 30 mins, all food was piping hot and was enjoyed by all.

If it wasn’t for the fact our food was still edible and having hungry kids I would of sent this back! 2 hours for delivery, the food could just about be eaten as it was basically cold and the portion sizes were a joke.

Always good food from here and delivery time very fair, however the person who delivered to us this evening was the most ignorant and rude person. Appreciate it can’t be the most exciting of jobs but to open the door to someone who just grunts “here” and practically throws your food at you is just darn right disgusting

Absolutely perfect. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn't disappointed. I had a small Donor Kebab with salad, coleslaw & garlic mayonnaise with small chips. The portions were more than enough. I also had strawberry cheesecake to follow. The quality & flavour of my meal was excellent.

Delivery time was one hour 30 max turns up later than that, called shop to ask about it, told it left ages ago. Turns up!! Stone cold later than the max time and charged £3 delivery charge!!! Can’t say how it tasted as it no longer resembled food or anything edible. Onion seemed fresh cheese on chips was as tough as Bruce Lee. Didn’t call the shop as seemed pointless as it was when I asked where my food was. Total let down save your money don’t order here

Food is shocking. Large chicken & lamb kebab portion was enough to feed a toddler. Chips taste like reheated from the night before & piri piri chicken strips are dryer than the Sahara desert. As for delivery time allow an extra hour so pre order before your feeling hungry & you won't be disappointed.

Got the order wrong tonight, it was missing the Doner meat from the chicken burger. Chips were a little soggy too. Usually don’t have an issue

Food tastes good...but asked for salad on chicken kebab..I was wondering will it turn up..as it wasn't on it...talk about small portion got to get something else to eat now... delivery driver needed a sense of humour..talk about a misery...had a face that could melt an iceberg....all in all small portions.. expensive...unable to read a simple order form( good luck )...food tastes good....
