Ordered food from charcoal grill radstock which a person came to my door asking for the £57 for the food, which I gave thinking he was going back to the car and brining back to us but then drove off up the road, me having suspicions I then got in the car to block him from driving off as there is only one way to get back out asking where was the food he said the order was yesterdays and just collecting money he then rang his boss and saying there would be another person delivering it, demanded the the money back as no food no payment which he had no choice but to give it back. Will never order from this company again please be aware of this company they are scamming.

This establishment is a disgrace take advantage of young honest people who are trying to earn a honest way of life but neglect to tell them about the advance business insurance you have to have to deliver food and potentially destroy the 3; year of apprenticeship and inspiring natural honest legitimate life style he uneffortly lives after having a affull romodle for a big brother

Everytime I order from this place for a delivery I get sick. I thought it was a one off thing but now I know it's not. Ordered again on Monday, have been rushing to the toilet every day and now it's Thursday. Such a bad stomach again.

Not happy with having to book a time of our choice then be nearly 2hrs late after that time , food never seems to arrive hot , not happy with the service Absolutely disgusting behaviour when asked for a refund now being nearly 3 hours and was shouting back and banned us from ordering and put the phone down, still waiting on a refund!!!

Always friendly welcoming staff. This is the only place I will buy my pizzas from. Nearly every Saturday we drive over to Radstock from Bath for a decent pizza. Highly recommended 👌 👍

If I could rate no stars I would ! Im fuming with the way the boys spoke to me over the phone. It’s nearly an hour late ! I phoned 7 times then they finally picked up. The first bloke wouldn’t let me speak. The second bloke said it’s on the way. I replied with ‘ I ordered this to be delivered for 7:20. It’s now 8:07. He responded with ‘ we have one driver’ I said well why didn’t you call and let me know that. I then said I will not be paying the full price. He said well you won’t be getting your food then and he ended the call. I’m fuming with the way they just talked to me. I work in a fast food shop. I would never in a million years speak to a customer the way they just spoke to me !!! I totally understand if it’s running late because you’re short staffed but next time let me know ! Not difficult to pick the phone and call ! Driver was lovely. I understand it’s not the drivers fault so I wasn’t angry but I refused to pay full price and he said then give the food back and i refused so I paid half !

Absolutely disgusting food and rude service. The place is filthy and needs a visit from the food standards agency. Really should shut down.

Absolutely disgusting we ordered from there on 08/12/2023 and the food was appalling it was freezing cold and opened my daughters cheesy chips to find long black hairs in it absolute vile

Horrible place, absolutely horrified with the men in the phone screaming at me saying I can't have my food and it's being cancelled because I called up to ask where it was due to waiting over 1hour + for it to be delivered. Wish I cooked a meal from my freezer

Rude staff, grubby premises, mediocre food.

First time ordering & last,I ordered the value box 1 ,1piece of chicken that looked like it had been cooked and re-cooked & cooked again for good measure in oil that gave it a strange taste,a few slices of chicken kebab meat?I think,chips also cooked in the same funky tasting oil ,no salad as it states it comes with, no option to choose which salad or add sauce...only reason I gave them1 star was my husband had a cheese burger, that came as described & he enjoyed it,garlic mushrooms were nice,& it arrived on time

Been using for about 12 months order every week and never had a problem, cheaper than any other kebab shop in the area and the boss even goes to the shop for me on route real legend, best service I ever had.

Attitude of guy on phone was shocking , food arrived at our campsite, the guy delivering was great , I said the customer service was bad , opened our kebab and no garlic mayo as requested, so very dry , couldn’t get to the shop as would of seriously kicked off £20 later , was told £20 minim order but website 18.50 for delivery , so not impressed, but I will visit the premises in person don’t you worry hate being talk to like shut and defo don’t like eating second class foid

(update 3*) I visited to get food I went in and stood for a couple minutes with no one serving another person walked in and finally someone came out to serve when the food was being cooked the staff seemd ok just what you would expect from a takeaway. The food was nice so would be a place I would consider when in the area. The carpark area is not good your garenteed to get blocked in which I was but luckily a van beside me moved so I could get out. (original 3*) A ok fast food takeaway in radstock. Whilst the food is fast the place needs a update as starting to look a bit unwelcoming it looks like it hasn't had anything done in many years if at all. Parking can be a bit difficult depending on the time. Still great to have charcoal grill in radstock and it looks to still do well as always see people in there.

Usually it’s a 4 star from me for here. The only place I order my kebabs from, but when you order a kabeb you usually order a sauce, as I do. I ordered a charcoal grill special kebab with Salad separate and extra chilli sauce and extra garlic sauce. @£17.50. My kebab arrived with no sauce at all. I called them, he said he would send it out, he was actually rather rude shouting saying he was too busy, that’s why it had been forgotten. No sauce arrived. Kebab went cold while waiting. I won’t be ordering from here again

Absolute rubbish, meat was dry , hardly any chicken in the kebab , hardly any sauce on all orders doner meat dry as a bone ,and chips ? Well stone cold .

Absolutely fuming I bought dinner and ordered extra salad on my meals… got barley any salad and the chicken wasnt cooked and they hang up when calling to complain, either get glasses and learn to read or shut down

Ordered lamb donner and a margarita kids meal. Never fails to keep us coming back. Delivered hot, wrapped well and tastes delicious. Delivery driver is friendly also. 😀

I honestly don’t know what was worse the food or the service. Chips soggy, lamb doner was stale and hard an to top it off the staff was extremely rude for no reason .AVOID

Ordered a chicken shish and a lamb shish kebab on 26/5/22. When the good came the chicken wasn't great and the lamb was disgusting, inedible. I called up to tell them and he offered me another but I said that I didn't want one as it would most likely be the same only to be told that he wasn't refunding it and he hung up!! I called Back and was hung up on again🤬🤬 I have been a customer here for at least 15 years and was treated appallingly. . won't be ordering ever again. Avoid

Absolutely detest the mentality of these establishments. Made it clear from the beginning that they may not be able to deliver to clutton. Tho they have in the past. Ran through the order. “Sorry we can’t deliver to that address”… wasted both our time. If you provide a service communication is key to business. And I dread the phone call to this place. Foods average. Delivery is shocking.

The one 🌟 is for the chips, everything else is lack lustre. Pretty rude

Ordered not long ago, got our food was missing a drink and our chicken pieces were half blackened and half white, god I feel so sick 😷 definitely will not be ordering again!

When you’re drunk and hungry these guys will sort you out, I just feel sorry to the person who uses the bathroom after me in the morning but oh well it was good on the way in

My son loves there kabas would b a 5 but the only issue he has with them is they don't cut the pita bread right and it all falls apart but I don't stop him from eating it

Charcoal Grill saves the day! Had a really bad experience last night with the Rice and Spice restaurant in Radstock, they took SIX! hours for a home Dilivery. In the end we gave up and called Charcoal Grill. Within 25 Minutes our food was dilivered piping hot and with a great smile from the owner. On average we used Charcoal Grill once a month and they never fail to dilliver. A great little takeaway and family run business. Well done all the staff. Your service is fantastic! AAAAAA++++++.

Exceptional. Highly recommend this great friendly family run business. Consistently fresh food and fast delivery service with a smile! Our family love their chicken, kebabs, cheesy chips and pizza! Huge portions. Salad always crisp and fresh. This place continues to highly rate well above others in the area.

Absolutely brilliant service & cooked from fresh in front of you, cooking area is kept spotlessly Clean. Staff have always been very helpful & polite. Food has always been great value & this is the Only place i go for a kebab as nowhere else i have tried does the chilli sauce exactly as i like it. I usually just pop in & order but have also used Home Delivery, food has always been ready quickly & upon Delivery food is still hot enough to enjoy.

They're nice guys will always do what you ask them and they don't take long. Always been a regular.

Fantastic staff ...feels family run...the main guy was absolutely fantastic...you can sense his passion in what he does... I had the £16 special...it was huge!!! Salad etc...way to many fries... nice work guys

Came here this evening to order a pizza but didn't even get as far as getting out the car! As I pulled up a member of staff was crouched down in what looked like a kitchen / store room with the door open smoking a cigarette! Completly put me off so I drove off, will never return again

Food is lovely but the man placing orders is very rude and aggressive. Talking in broken English (I know he can’t help that) but if I missed what he said and politely said pardon, he’d go mad and say “why you keep saying pardon, you not understand me or something”. Generally nice tho !

Never anything particularly wrong with either the food or the place, it just is what it is. I'd love it if they wanted to be the best in all the land but quick, hot(ish), food pays the bills. P.S was that dried thyme in the garlic mayo? If so perhaps try it yourself, the usual stuff is great and there's no need to mess with a good thing

no friendliness and not fresh meat

Poor - very dry and no flavour, just disappointing. Ordered a mixed kebab and was so tasteless, especially the donner. Chips are soggy .....very little salad. I'm not sure eating from here again.

Used to be good but I've just had a stale bun and undercooked chips. I wasn't expecting haute cuisine but this was barely edible. Will not be going there again.

If i cud give -10 stars i would just orederd a kebab went down to collct it and they was a disgusting blue chair outside well suposed to be blue but was actually black nd covered in fecies and went inside to till nd then seen some sort of bug on the chopping board looked like a cockroach tbh. Overall In my opinion its absoulty disgusting nd should be ashamed to call them selves a takeaway nd staff was extremly rude to me plz ovoid here unless u want diarrea nd vommiting
