Ordered from a friends house food arrived with mould on and some of order missing have been a customer for over 15 years not any more customer service was disgusting

They just trown a load of meat into a small box the is soaked in fat no chilli sauce just disgusting the Fat has soaked through the box and threw the paper. Totally disgusting. I won’t be buying from you even my dog turned he’s nose up it’s in the bin ..

How dare you deliver me a box of so called food literally pouring with grease out of both boxes. I have never known anything like this. A waterfall of grease covering everything pouring out of both boxes. Inedible and vile. All in the bin.

Order never turned up.. Called the restaurant and were very rude down the phone to me. Refusing to refund me. Never order from these again.. Shocking

£14 for a large chicken shish! It’s under £10 everywhere else! They have hiked their prices up massively, champagne prices for lemonade food. I walked out without ordering, went on just eat when I got home and got large chicken shish plus two bits of fried chicken and chips delivered within half hour for £13.50 Food gone downhill and prices gone uphill big time. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is a great takeaway for kebabs .Also tried chips,pizza,and onion rings before . Lots on menu. Book online to get a discount when ordering. They deliver too.

Ordered Takeaway Delivery took ages - 1 hour and 18 mins Food arrived not very hot Portion sizes have decreased- not so much meat (I think the shop is under new management). Sauce covered everything and dominated the taste and they got the sauce wrong! I ordered bbq and got goodness knows what! Very poor and won’t be in a hurry to go back - I will e using another Kebab Shop!

Best kebab place in Southampton! Asked for delivery as we were out of the delivery zone and they kindly did. The portion sizes were huge and smothered in sauce and extra fried veg which we asked for (other places are very stingy!) absolutely lovely food and the garlic mayo is banging.

Portion of chips were completly soggy, not a single crispy chip in there at all. Tomato placed in the salad after I didn’t order. Why ask what I want, If you just put in what you want anyway. Not usually a disappointing place to buy from, but if I’m paying £30 for food, I want to be able to eat all of it.

Food was soaked with grease, undercooked chips and dry kebab meat.

Very hit and miss these days. The size of my mixed kebab was shockingly small. Tasty tho but not worth the money.

Very nice chicken kebab and chips only criticism is when they ask you do you want any sauce and you say yes they badly give you any and when you pay for a tub of Mayo you'll be lucky we get it they leave it out more often than not

Ordered from here whilst out on the motorbike. Havent ordered in a long time due to moving out of the area... what can i say, incredible! Lived up to my expectations and certainly did not disappoint! Ordered a mixed grill, lovely and hot, fresh chilli sauce and meat was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be taking a ride to grab another soon

Shockingly horrible mixed kebab. Charged £14 for something that was definitely not edible. The kebab meat if that what it was, was full of grease along with the rest of the so called ‘meat’ AVOID this place. I certainly will not be using them again. This was a delivered order. I have been in the past after a visit to the pub and they will rip you off if they notice you are a bit drunk. Not very nice people at all. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on these crooks.

Isn't a terrible kebab shop, food is okay at best, but definitely is not my first choice. Usually go to the Charcoal Grill in Portswood (the LEGIT Charcoal Grill), but if in a rush I end up here. Kebab tastes below standard, the chilli sauce is wayyyy too hot. Also, if you would like your sauce in a pot on the side rather than splattered all over your food, they charge you 80p just to put it in a foam sauce cup which I think is completely unreasonable and shows how much they give a damn about customer service. When spending over £15 on a couple kebabs, they should have the decency to put your sauce in a pot for free like every other kebab shop in the UK does- they would rather charge because they don't care about their customers. However, the chicken was nice. That's probably about it.

Burgers and kebabs are great! Always receive mine hot and fresh and the portions are big! 🙌 guy on the phone is always lovely and polite! Also delivery is super quick normally get told 40 mins and recieve it in half the time, if you are looking for something tasty I would definitely recommend!!

Food arrived cold baguette rubbish sorry won't be using AGAIN

Food from here always used to be fab. Best kebabs around. But food tonight was not good. Not hot at all. Garlic bread was just a cheap baguette cut in half and a bit of cheese and garlic butter inside. Disappointing.

The wait was rediculous for how long ago I ordered food. To be told driver was on way when phoned aswell which was a further half hour after that we got the food which is a 5-10min max drive to me. Bread for kebab was all hard just really not happy. Won’t be ordering again

Used to be best place for kebabs now they don't give a dame no pride no love spent good money for combo kebabs that my dog couldn't eat I'm not giving any stars and I want be going back shame. Looks like I've got to star it.

I ordered my food at 5.20 and it arrived at 6.40. I called them at 6.20 and was told the driver left at 10 minutes ago. The order is wrong, instead of delivering meat and chips, they gave me cheesy chips. I’ve tried calling them and they are ignoring their phones, which tells me they have messed up on a lot of orders. I’m never using them again, shocking service, they don’t even deserve the 1 star.

They sent me a beef burger not a chicken sandwich so the I rang them and told them but the man was very rude and started to shout

So I pay for a large chicken and Donner kabab with garlic mayo cost 8 pound and when I got home to eat they out chilli on it and they where closed so I just went back in to be told I shall have to pay for it again even though I'm allergic to chilli

Looking at the last comment , I have bad a very similar experience. Was told 25 mins, now and hour and a half later and still have not received my food. Would like some compensation towards it but oh yes you are not picking up the phone! What a company.

After being told the food would be up to 1 hour, we tried to call 1 hour and a half later just to be hung up on or redirected! Finally decided to drive down there, on new years eve, to be told that they were busy and were delayed due to new years, they tracked the driver who was apparently 2 minutes away. Never been in a shop and been spoken to so rudely in my life. Manged to return to freezing food, tastless meat. However, looking at the reviews on here it does not look like they return any attempts at making complaints! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered at 8.30 said it would be around 30mins....just turned up now at 10pm ....COLD...tryed calling get no answer ..will not be ordering from them again.....

Food hasn't even arrived, after being told an hour and a half ago it was on the way its now saying delivered but still no food. How do I go about getting a refund? You won't answer the phone 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've tried lots of ways to contact you but I wish to make a complaint and get a refund, I put an order in at 7pm on Friday and was showing it'll be here between 7.25 - 7.45. I understand you're busy and would have accepted half hour late, even up to an hour but it turned up at 9.30pm. By this point we didn't want it and asked for the food to be returned. In that time I tried to contact the restaurant 5 times and had no answer. Absolutely awful service. Please can you let me know how I arrange a refund? The money has been taken from my credit card
