Chang Cheng in Croydon

We've been using the Chang Cheng for years. I can recommend their deep fried tofu in black bean sauce, the salt'n'chilli tofu and the stir-fried broccoli.

Very nice experience, very kind staff, they also offered us tea.

Other half got some dinner on the way home from here for the first time. I have no complaints. Not the greatest but I enjoyed my dinner and if my local isn’t open I would consider ordering from here again

Take away only. Food quality isn't as good as it used to be.

Used these for years. Never fail. I can fully recommend Singapore Chow Mein! Hot & spicy, just how it should be!

Lovely food. Just bought egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and chili fries. Everything was on point. Especially the chili fries. Their egg fried rice comes a very close second to my ultimate favourite - Fiveways Fish Bar. Will definitely be a regular feature.

Great food the best takeaway by far when it comes to chinese in croydon

We were searching for a good Chinese nearby and decided to give this a shot. I'm so glad we did. The food speaks for itself. But the service is also worth mentioning. We enjoyed our kung pao chicken, Singapore fried rice and fried squid. Thank you for exceeding expectations on a fair price. Hard to find that these days. Keep up the good work. You have gained a new regular!

Not used them for a while but tonight ordered just some duck rolls. Very disappointed. You normally get a small pot of the sauce to dip them. It was a quarter full so only enough for one roll. Looks like I need to try somewhere else. Avoid this place as had gone down hill big time!

The staff are very helpful and the food is ALWAYS good. I would really reccomend the singapore rice noodles and the kung po chicken!

Overpriced, usual dirty Chinese where they don’t give you cutlery, when I ask for napkins he gave me one singular napkin, no prawn crackers, no chilli oil ,no manners.need to put these stingys out of business I’m sick of it. spending £20 for that? Not worth it at all.

Singapore fried rice and salt and pepper prawns was so tasty just the right spice , good portion for one , will try more dishes this evening , so pleased I found a decent Chinese since moving here , so far so good Chang Cheng . You have a loyal new customer , thankyou

The best Chinese takeway in Croydon back open! In the wake of the current/ongoing pandemic they have now reopened after 3 months with quality takeaway Chinese food as before. Clearly taking respect of the current climate the company have invested in a consumer safe shopfront and now continue to provide the best Chinese food to the surrounding area.

Last night we were has to wait outside of the store in late night at the cold over 35mins for our order after 10mins they constantly said 10 minutes to get ready I felt the whole neighbourhood received they dinner since I get mine I will never go there again

The food is usually good but today something went wrong. I'm up weak shivering and sick with vomitting, diahorrea and shivering. clearly I did not get fresh food. the special fry rice was stale. I will not be going back 3am and running for my life in the toilet!!!!! cook fresh food.

Always been very happy with the quality, lots of taste and good size portions. Its our cloests Chinese takeaway and I wouldn't bother trying anywhere else.
