We like ours wrapped in paper how they should be but lately chips are sticking to the paper and not picking up a whole chip 🍟 sometimes mushy it’s ok if not sharing but we do……. Albeit still one of the best chippys in Cheltenham

A decent enough chippy, a good range of options apart from the obvious fish and chips. Prices are about average.

My partner ordered this online as we’d had food before and it was nice and reasonably priced….how things have changed!!! Food was lukewarm and the portions sizes were poor for the amount spent on the meal. 12.99 for cod and chips,£4.99 for a pie …A PIE !!! All in all a meal for 3 people cost nearly £40 ….absolutely ridiculous. This was ordered whilst I was out and I can assure you if I’d have seen the price before hand I would have cancelled it.get that costs have gone up etc but this was extortionate

Delicious food and very friendly staff. Their chicken wraps are the bomb and very cheap for the quality and quantity you get. It's very clean inside and the staff is professional fast and very friendly. I don't usually give reviews to chip shops but this one is outstanding very much recommended.

The cod fish was beautifully fresh. The chips where cooked to perfection with tasty chips. The vegan nuggets were very tasty and cooked just right. The portions are nicely generous.

Batter on the sausage not as crispy as last order. In fact texture was as though it had been reheated. Chips again not as crispy and freshly cooked as previous order. Batter on fish again not crispy - quite soft & claggy. Very disappointed in the quality of the food this time around so will be giving ordering from Champion Chippy a miss for a long while.

The chips were ok, but the batter was too thick, greasy, and underdone. The mushy peas were tasteless and watery.

I ordered food at arrive at 17.45 and it arrived at 18.05 ….. food not hot curry sauce all spilt over the box of chips….. ordered 3 pieces of fish only 2 arrived …. For the amount of money we paid for large chips was a disappointment as not many chips at all and not the best quality mainly scraps….another lessoned learned NEVER EVER AGAIN ……response on the phone re missing fish oh can you come and pick another one up ……NO THATS WHY WE DID A DELIVERY ……NO DRIVERS according to the restaurant…. Maybe they should take orders

It's a good chippy hot food Normally pretty good, but last night chips were a little soggy not there 10/10 standard.

No delivery drivers apparently so not the shops fault the food was lovely

What i had was good but only half my order arrived 2 x fish cakes that i payed for did not get delivered. Tried to phone them but the phone way consonantly engaged. Not very happy..

Everything we got was STONE cold, tiny portions for the large price. Sausage had no batter on it. Overall very very disappointing!

I was very glad to receive my order quickly, however, the delivery indicator on the website was not in sync with reality so I was not prepared with a cash tip for the delivery person when he arrived. Sorry, delivery person. I would have liked to have given you a tip.

Very poor quality chips some not cooked properly staff uninterested will go elsewhere.

Chips tasted old and cod/ batter was not as good as usual. The meals were both luke warm. Very disappointed not up to usual standard.

I was taking food from the restaurant and I did find piece of hair inside the box. The restaurant workers are very unfriendly and un respectful with the customers. I don’t recommend it!

We ordered off just eat and delivery driver delivered wrong order the chippy boss came and delivered our order himself and apologised.

Time was moved back from the original estimate but as it was kept updated it wasn’t a problem. All good this time, no complaints from anyone. Delivery driver was awesome too.
