We had an amazing time to celebrate my birthday. All the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. The food is amazing. So many options on the salad buffet and the meat served at the table was delicious. My personal favourite was the honey pork, minted lamb and cinemon pineapple. My son was so happy when he had a magic act performed at the table. I cannot rate this place enough. It has been on my bucket list for ages and I'm sure to be visiting again.

We had lunch here and had a lovely meal. The service was excellent. The salad bar had a huge selection of dishes so you are guaranteed to find something you like. All the meats brought round were cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Very tender meat. The garlic bread was amazing. Service was pretty good. The salad bar seemed nice but was far from a priority for me.

We went for Christmas dining. Couldn't recommend Chamas enough. The staff were great, the gorgeous food kept coming as did the requests for more drinks. The restaurant was busiest we had seen it, but the service and atmosphere was fantastic.

We had a family lunch on Tuesday, and what an amazing experience, staff were so welcoming especially Ilona and also shout out for the Chef. The Buffet bar was amazing so many tasty treats and the meat was so succulent and perfectly cooked and loved the grilled pineapple. Would definitely return when next in town.

Went with a group of friends. Rushed from start to finish. Unacceptable food for the price. Then put a £29 service charge on without asking. Very poor.

Nice lunch with plenty of choice on offer and good drinks

Had a lovely afternoon for an 80th birthday family meal. The all you can eat salad bar is fantastic and the meat was delicious. The meat waiter was friendly, funny & polite. The waitress ilona that looked after us was brilliant, she took our coats and hung them up out of the way, she was always asking us for drinks when were getting low, finished plates were taken away. Thank you ilona for serving for us, you are a lovely person and fantastic at your job.

Came today to celebrate my 21st with my family and our waiter Harry was wonderful, he explained how it works for those who hadn’t been before and was very patient with our large group! The servers bringing the meat round were also very polite and we all had a really good time☺️ I really appreciate the candle in the dessert at the end of our meal too, it was a really nice way to spend my 21st x

First visit for my best friends birthday - not disappointed! The food choice is extensive at the salad bar. The garlic mushrooms were splendid but I'd prefer a bowl as the sauce goes all over the plate 🫤 - just personal preference. The meats were brought round regularly and staff very attentive. Only issue was the pork & gammon was a tad dry. Lamb, chicken and garlic bread - wow ! Would definitely recommend. No photos as too busy enjoying ourselves

This was my second or third visit, and this time I managed to leave without being uncomfortably stuffed. The meat is served up quickly enough, but in portion sizes that allow you to enjoy it before the next offering arrives, rather than it all piling up. Decent salad bar, friendly staff, but what let it down today was the server just plonking the wine bottle on the table, not even opening it or pouring it for us, let alone enquiring if we wished to try it. Other than that, it was a good visit.

Pricey, but excellent. I've been a number of times, and the service and food are always top notch.

My first time visiting the restaurant last night and it was great. The food was superb, a great variety of meats would continue to come. They cooked the meats to how you wanted and all you had to do was ask if there was something specific you wanted to come back. Harry’s service was fantastic. Intuitive, funny and friendly. Hope he managed to find all of his tiny stars he was looking for last night. The cost too was super reasonable! If anything it should be slightly more expensive vs the service and quality of food.

This is one of the best places to eat, it is expensive though. But considering the food still good value for money.. our evening was a little ruined as they had some big wedding on upstairs and lots of vans and other things going on

I visited here today for the first time, I went with friends who highly recommended it. I didnt think it would be to my taste, but i was pleasantly surprised, the food was delicious. I tried the different meats which were served often and plentyful. They were all succulent and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely dine here again😀.

This restaurant was recommended to my partner and I but we did not know what to expect. First get your salad from a huge display then await the meat delivery by turning up or down your drinks mat. 8 different meats with a delicious pineapple to refresh your pallet. Eat as much as you wish and well looked after by Harry. Great place. Don’t miss it. Harry and Jane

Went here whilst on a business trip and was not disappointed! Unreal Food and fantastic service (Harry and Jordan were great lads!) The Garlic steak and Minted Lamb were the highlights of the lot for sure!

Perfect, food was amazing, wish I could have fitted more down my gullet! Meat was tender and tasty and the salad was refreshing. Garlic bread was delicious. The pineapple was offered but I dont like it. Would have preferred water melon, that would go down a treat after eating all that food but to be fair i didnt even think to look if they had that. Went with my son and daughter in law as a third wheel 😂 servers were fun and boy do they work hard, they never stood still! Harry checked on us throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed. Great service. Will definitely come back. One small thing was the noise, a couple of times I struggled to hear our conversation but there were a couple of birthdays so it was just people enjoying themselves. Great value for money too for the service and amount of food. They do ask if you mind paying a 10% service charge when they give you the bill but to be honest, I would probably have left a good tip anyway. It's well deserved. 👌

Have been eating at Chamas for a few years now. I meet my son here for lunch and he won’t go anywhere else. The food is excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. A special thank you to Ilona. She is always so cheerful and welcoming

Restaurant was really nice inside and food was amazing. I love how meat is carved at the table. Service was mostly good. We did have a large group and the odd individual was missed at times. Was a really good evening. Quality of the food and freshness was impressive.

Brilliant every time - somehow the food gets nicer with every visit - the honey pork is absolutely amazing! Salad bar - possibly the best salad bar I’ve ever been too - adding watermelon is a genius idea as it goes so well with savoury 🤙🏽 The front of house team are brilliant - whether it be the waiters/waitress or the chaps giving out HUGE slices of steak, lamb, chicken, honey pork, gammon and cinnamon pineapple - everyone deserves a huge well done! Let’s not forget the kitchen staff for the skill in producing such amazing snap 🤙🏽

It is hard to do Chamas justice. The salad bar is the best I have ever seen in restaurants of this type, with some surprises you won't find elsewhere. When the various meats arrive they are all perfection, and keep coming constantly. For a dining experience Chamas is already second to none, but then I have to go on to mention the staff... The jewel in the crown of Chamas is the warm friendly staff that make you feel welcome. Constantly they chat to you and help make the evening more memorable. The epic servery skills of Juan are also on another level. He has the good meats and his goal in life seems to be making sure you are well-fed, and entertained by his charming manner. The man is an absolute diamond. We will be coming back to Chamas again and again - You should too!

Visited Chamas for a farewell retirement meal with work. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to go. The food, service and ambiance were first class. Absolutely amazing food from the grill and the side salad bar. The waiters were very attentive, friendly and polite. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Brilliant 👌

Came today on 30th July with my Nan, absolutely amazing and hilarious service. The gentleman serving us the meat had a great sense of humour, tempting us to more food and was lovely in general. Atmosphere was quiet and quick service, lovely feel.

So much more than a meal, a total experience. From the meat to the salad bar everything is top quality and plentiful. The master carver Paulo could not do enough for us, supplying tender juicy meat in abundance. Will certainly be a frequent flyer here despite the 3hr round trip

Just been for my sons birthday, (didn’t tell them though as he didn’t want any fuss!) Enjoyed it, staff are nice especially the “meat men” Next time I think I’ll get meat first and not go to the salad bar..as it’s very filling just with the meat alone.
