Chaiiwala in Derby

I’ve been coming to the chai wala branch for about 3 years now lovely staff and their cinnamon tea is lovely ,Raja is an asset to the team !!

Butter chicken with chips and a cup of tea was excellence.Thank you Raja for the superb service.

I went there with my brother. It was so good to be around there. There was one girl whos name was aqsa, she treated my very well _ thank you for the service it was lovely.

i had a really nice experience here the food was nice, atmosphere and service was really good mainly the person who served us; aqsa was very friendly, welcoming and also good with her job, five stars for her alone.

This is mine and Atiya’s second home we love this place, Aqsa’s customer service is splendid

Excellent customer service from KAVISH. The food arrived so quick and it was nice and hot too.. the taste is divine.. their desi breakfast is amazing and I asked for extra Nutella in my wrap and without any questions I was served with extra Nutella in my Nutella wrap. Highly recommend this place. Would deffo love if they have more street food options.

Desi breakfast Food came out really quick, good service. Tasted hot and fresh.. Would be nice if there was toilet and wash facilities as these are essentials.

Walked in sat down waited for the 2 girls to come back out from the back kitchen. But never came back out to the counter, sat there for about 7/ 8 minutes, and I just walked out thinking what terrible service.Disapointed with service of this franchise....would give a 0 if I could.

The paratha was dry and burnt and the extra add on of spring onions I paid for was not added. Disappointed in the quality.

Worst customer service ever they seem to have no ingredients in the back slow service even when i was offered an alternative item to the menu that was also wrong waste of time and money all i could hear was the women in the kitchen fighting amongst each other which was not proffesional at all for customers sitting as we could hear everything really bad experience

I ordered Keema and Paratha but received a note saying "sorry Keema is Finished" and a pot of baked beans and a pot of chana, I didn't want Beans or Chana, it's so ridiculous it made me laugh, it's a joke!

Never ordering from this place, ordered on deliveroo and came with missing items n the portions are very small it’s not very good and they couldn’t refund the items they didn’t give us, there’s no beans just sauce

Went in to get breakfast, the food was cold and I found hair in it. When I asked to talk to the manager he was extremely rude. Really bad customer service!

Came into Chaiwala yesterday and there was a guy with long hair working, he was absolutely rude. He took ages to serve me because he was on his phone. I got a pink tea from him it was freezing cold on top it was half a cup with stuff floating in it. Stay well clear of that place, it’s gone down hill. The past staff were so much better.

Counter service person behavior was rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional and serve cold tea!
