Chaiiwala in Derby

Waited over an hour to receive my order. To make matters worse, my order was given to someone else. I’ve been to a number of Chaiwala franchises and I must say, this was by far the worst experience.

When I order food he didn’t bring chai tea I had to ask him . Food drink nice

Left me waiting for 2 hours then cancelled the order

Hi dal and roti is my favourite… but bring the keema back on its own … the old style crispy chips used be better just the masala chips and the crispy samosa the little ones .. the new chip not tasty as much as the ones you used to make .. ok ..

Driver started getting rude with my girl when she forgot the code and had 0 professionalism and she was very upset and i hope some consequences are dealt to him

The food was cold and paratha was crispy and hard in places. The coffee was nice.

Ordered paratha omelette wrap, the paratha is that frozen crap you get in a pack, not freshly made paratha. I could have made a better one at home. Not impressed. Overrated rubbish!

Excellent customer service from KAVISH. The food arrived so quick and it was nice and hot too.. the taste is divine.. their desi breakfast is amazing and I asked for extra Nutella in my wrap and without any questions I was served with extra Nutella in my Nutella wrap. Highly recommend this place. Would deffo love if they have more street food options.
