Service was shocking. Only one guy serving. Weren’t able to accommodate people in the restaurant due to takeout deliveries. I only ordered a breakfast wrap and a drink and waiting over 30 mins. Wasn’t worth it!

I went to Feltham Chaiwala ! The chicken sandwich was Tatty . I could have a better street food . Also the service is poor , they need to hire better staff .

We went for a quick dessert here but were quite disappointed. The masala tea was very nice but the desserts were tough and tasted stale. Would not recommend for desserts but it’s okay for drinks.

We went to Chaiiwala yesterday for breakfast. Food was extremely rubbish! Chana tasted horrendous and omelette was so bland! Parathas were cooked from frozen! Aloo pakoras were raw and burnt. Over all displeased with my spend. Will never go again! Infact we had heartburn upset stomach and acid reflux the whole day!

I ordered the English-ish breakfast with a karak chai. I was very impressed with the service, quality of food and tea. I will definitely be back and also recommend to others.

Very good dining experience! The menu offers a delightful array of flavorful dishes and drinks. I had the “English-ish breakfast” which was very tasty. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return to explore the rest of the menu.

So I ordered Keema and Paratha and to my surprise the size of the kheema is ridiculous!! It’s a size of a small ice cream cup. Can’t believe people can do this and it’s costing £8.45 with tho parathas. I’ve had in Hounslow. The quantity was a lot but this time I ordered at Kilburn and I’m in shock

Food choices are vast. The taste is good but slightly oily. Service is very slow. Check your order before leaving. I paid for 2 apple pies which were not added to my bag. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home. I tried calling several times, no answer. I was furious, not because of the money but because I was one of 3 customers and the service was very slow and she left out part of my order. would I go back? at this point, I would say no This was the Brent Cross Chaiiwala

Bethnal Green Branch Disappointed to visit this branch and maybe experience differ from place to place. I made an order for a Chai Latte. The drink was sweet and clearly from a packet! Maybe my expectations were high and thought it would be made fresh since they promote it to be authentic street food and drink. And for the price, I could have bought those ingredients and made it myself at home. Ordered the Cheese and Chutney Toastie. What a disappointment too. It was a Toastie on a Tesco Brown Break and couldn't even taste the cheese and it it was smothered with the Chutney and for the price I paid for it, what a rip off. Having looked forward to visiting this place, what a letdown. Guess it’s true what they say "don’t believe the hype"

Chaiiwala Greenford..hit and miss. Sometimes the kadak chai is spot on, Other times it is weak or stale. This is a franchise so should always be the same.

Lovely can’t fault it- modern food re invented but with the same old richness of gorgeous curries.

Tea was great but the cheekcakes were yuk. Left a disgusting taste in our mouths. We had two varieties . Gulab jamun and one other that my wife chose. Both were rocked hard. Don’t make the mistakes we made and waste money on there cheekcakes

The staff was not friendly at all. We were told there were no free tables when we found one after we decided to check ourselves. Chaiwala's Tea , coffee and food is good but the cups are absolutely rubbish as compared to other cafés , it's massive hole on the lid which cause spillage when we drink while walking or driving.
