Hajra, customer service skills are second to none. Made us feel welcome and made us a wonderful tea.

We're addicted to this place! The karak chaii is amazing and the rose falooda too. We've also started ordering their breakfasts and so far nothing has disappointed! The team are lovely too and always ready to help with the community.

I don't understand how this place can mess up every online order we make, from my last 4 orders from them on Uber Eats they have missed an item every time. Most times they forget the toast, paratha or roti so we have to eat the desi breakfast with spoons, ruins the meal. This time I made a note on the order to say please don't forget this. So this time they forgot the karak chaii instead, it's now negligence from the staff there to mess up 100% of the time. The workers there just don't care.

Nice service at the counter.Hospitable and accomodating. Sania especially and Ankur and other staff in general are really good, hospitable and accomodating.Follow instructions readily and willingly which makes for a pleasant experience.Will keep on updating review as per the future visits and services offered. Oh no, Chai standard has certainly gone down recently. It is not as delicious as before. Probably a less thick and milky compared to how it used to be. I will advise them to check it with holborn branch as their's has improved dramatically. The best chai is offered in holborn hands down. Creaminess and sweetness is missing from this chai here lately compared to holborn branch............ It is nice although I must say I would rate its chae better than food delicacies. To be honest prices are a bit high for the quality and quantity they offer.Yet it is a nice cafe for tea and some nice sausage rolls here too but I am not highly impressed by typical breakfast and other food items that I have tried.Sizes and portions are smaller for the value of money. You can easily have a very decent breakfast at other desi outlets which are far cheaper.

ok,so I've been coming here for a few years,chai is second to none but there's 1 serious problem with this place,9 out of 10 times they had run out of pink chai with still at least an hour of trading time left (around 10ish)I don't know who runs this place but if I did and I lost out on potentially an hours worth of money for just not making enough I'd want to do better,not sure where the problem lies but I'd have that sorted sharpish,if you want a pink chai don't waste your time coming around 10 or after. **UPDATE : I've now showed up a few random times late and there has been pink chai available and it's been hot! thank you very much!

I bought it gulabjamon cheese cake and kunafe cheese cake she gives me 4-5 days old food how i don’t know how many days old food makes sick since yesterday I was just had small bite

Hi I am Uber delivery rider I have received a order from chaiiwala they not ready food waiting time is 35 minutes today is Saturday worst service

I paid £8.50 and they served me small shana paratha with 2tsp of qeema!! Can you imagine! The entire order was a scam and literally cold food they served! They refused to refund! Scam company both of them!

We ordered food and it was quite disappointing. The shakshuka looked like it was already been eaten by someone else, the cheese naan was small, cold and with not much cheese in it, same as the Nutella wrap, the cassava chips were missing the dip . The only positive thing was the chai.

Don’t eat here if you don’t want food poisoning. I ordered the cheesecake which was served from a box, showing it wasn’t even fresh and was deffo old! It was DISGUSTING to even eat. Rock hard, sour taste.. left me with bad food poisoning. Never want to end up in a Chaiiwala again..

Usually enjoy their normal Karak chai (Strong Tea) which is good 👍 but I don't know why whenever I had sugar free Karak chai that's always not quite hot, what I Tea lover wants is piping hot tea specially in winter. Hope they will work on it. Otherwise their food is okay 👍

I’ve been ordering from this chaiwalla for a long time today for the first time I had some problem with my order but Rianna really helped and was so generous she even came especially to give the order we really appreciated it thank you Rianna

It was alright. Small place, busy staff. Staff were accommodating of other customers requests. Felt the curries were too oily-swimming in it and this made eating with paratha messy. I wouldn't have ordered had I known this, as well as the parathas are frozen supermarket purchases.

4 stars - Pink chai and karak chai are very tasty and comforting. I tend to go here for the drinks as I’m always satisfied with the consistency in their taste. The kebab roll is basic, kebab wrapped in Shana parantha if you’ve ever tried those. Better off getting it from your local kebab shop, tastier and cheaper. However, I really enjoy their desi breakfast, which I would recommend. The halwa puri is yummy too! I enjoy spending time here socialising with friends and appreciate their customer service. Update: chocolate chai mousse tastes like heaven, it is basically ganache. Don’t have the chai taste but I love it just as it is. Makes me drool just thinking of it. The kunafa cheesecake was basic, was expecting more excitement in my mouth. No toilet which is inconvenient, but they allow you to wash your hands. 3 stars - Had to minus a star as I asked for loaded doughnuts but also to add sugar and for some reason they can’t add this as an extra or just sprinkle some on. It’s either sugared doughnuts or loaded doughnuts (with just chocolate). Can’t have both. Clearly for some reason they can’t accept this request, which is quite ridiculous. Like a little sugar is going to hurt anyone’s pocket.

I ordered the veggie wrap for an office lunch £5 (which turned out to be roughly the size of my mobile phone), thinking it would be something nice and substantial enough for my lunch break. It was nice unfortunately, the portion was way too small for an adult. One burp and it was definitely gone. Not worth the money. It would have been better to serve two or three for that price. Too stunned and hungry to remember to produce a photo

Food was good, I ordered the English-ish breakfast l, sadly they had run out of sausages. Karak chai was really nice and not overly sweet.

Ordered one extra roti but never packed , same thing happen 3 times in one month . staff need training . very pooooor service

The Chai was not worth the price tag. It feels like there's a lot of water added to it and less milk. Masala chips were really soggy and not fresh if you are looking to takeaway. However the decorations in the shop are good. Food is the main thing that must be in focus rather than just creating a good atmosphere.

Fantastic place for to eat. Delicious halal food and some nice hot drinks available. Inside is rather tight but its a nice looking place and kept clean and tidy.

Every time I come here they never have the drinks which are displayed on the menu. And the drink you do order be prepared to wait 15/20 for that. Is it worth it? If you don’t serve chai latte why is on the menu?

Chaiiwala kindly donated street food to Haven House Children's Hospice for our Dad's group. The Dad's were treated to veg and chicken kebabs, butter chicken rolls, crispy aloo pakora, pani puri and a flask of chaii tea. Some of the Dad's had fun demonstrating how to fill the pani puri's! The food was excellent and enjoyed by everyone. The staff at the Walthamstow branch are lovely. Thank you Chaiiwala!

hi tried shakshuka, and aloo pakora and really loved it, fresh and tasty was served by isha lovely staff.

Best place for Chai or Coffee lovers especially for Asians.

The food and drinks were very nice. I had the English breakfast, but I found the omlette too salty, and I didn't like the bacon. I also had the mango bubble tea, which had a nice flavour but was quite heavy, so I had a weird texture. Nice atmosphere, but very small space and can get busy very quickly. I recommend getting the loaded chips, chicken butter roll, or the breakfasts.

The chai is absolutely amazing. If you go to India, there's men randomly selling chai on the roadside, and this is the closest I've had to that version in years. Food seems to be authentic as well, but that's just going off the pictures.

We recently moved into the area and popped in here for lunch. The food was really delicious and excellent value. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we will definitely be coming back here!

Ordered Sunday breakfast from the walthamstow branch. Shakshuka the best tasting dish ordered. Portion was very small-1egg and 3 tbsp of sauce. 3 of these would make up an adults portion. Butter chicken wrap - had flavour but was dry The kebab roll was meaty and the mint sauce was nice and fresh The pink chai cake was light and fluffy - yum

A truly delightful gustatory experience. Their signature karak chai was hot and reminiscent of exotic locations. In addition I tried another tasty dish which I think is called Hawa puree...awesome. I'm heading back there soon.

The prices are going crazy. I used to buy regular karak tea for £1.99. Then they bump it up to £2.25 a short while later £2.50 and now £2.75. All in a span of few months. I am taking my business elsewhere. I am not going to pay these prices for a small cup of tea. You are charging unfairly and if I want to spend that sort of money. I would go to Starbucks or cafe nero etc.

Chaiwala walthomstow is the place where i can feel at home. Great service, great people , and lovely ambiance. Aman is always so welcoming. Like his mame he spreads peace. Ankur is another person who gives you special treatment. Highly recommended .

Mother's day mess up (waited over 1 hour still no food) uber Restaurant woman was rude uneducated and seems like she's either a student or asylum seeker Chaiwala no no Pickup ok Delivery forget it If you can't handle the breakfast orders then get more staff or just don't open till lunch time....

I placed an order through Uber eats and half of the order was missing. Called the Uber driver thinking maybe he’s given me someone else’s order but he came back and confirmed he only had one order from chaiwala. I then called chaiwala and spoke to their supervisor (Esha) who tried to blame the driver and said she packed my order herself.. very disappointed as it cost me so much and I didn’t even get the food. There was nothing she could but was happy for me to leave this review, her excuse was that they’re very busy. It’s a joke.

Chaiiwala has the best location here ever. Aman’s and Ankur’s customer service is impeccable. I flew all the way from Los Angeles just to try this location. I got the paratha and loaded chips and rose ice cream. Do the same thing and thank me later.
