Have been here before, the food was very nice. Unfortunately on this visit I found the Chicken Tikka Masala had too much sauce, chicken pieces were far to big, & didn't like the taste. Won't be visiting again. Staff were pleasant.

Really lovely restaurant, beaitiful decor and im sure if you love indian food you'd love it. Im not the biggest fan but got what i knew and liked what came out was different than what im used to and a lot hotter, which may just be ignorance on my part, id say give it a shot!

They have put the name Bollywood (Indian name) but either their chef is hot Indian or they don't know anything about Indian food at all (opened by non-indians). I ordered 8-9 times from them and different vegetarian items, not even single item tasted like Indian food, not even remotely. Every single item was sweet and tasteless, no salt, no spices, nothing about Indian. I rather recommend to order someplace else to get Indian taste.

First time I’ve had to wait so long with this place, I was waiting for 90 minutes in total. When I called them several times they could only apologise for being busy with no kind of goodwill gesture which I feel isn’t the best customer service.

Overall, the experience was good, but the side salad was disappointingly small for the price. It's a shame because it's often the simple, inexpensive details that can impact a customer’s perception

The meat was so dry in every dish and to the point we could not chew it. So we ended up taking all the meat off and just having the juice. Food was full of oil. Always have eaten from here but gone down hill lately

Usually our best takeaway each week, however a little disappointed this week & feedback is good for consistency. We had 2 mint sauces missing, Bombay potatoes hard/almost like leftovers. Sheek kebabs were the smallest miniature versions we had ever received, same for the Lamb tikka portion size. Salads, including onion salad looked & smelt out of date…not sure what slipped this weekend :(

Couple of the dishes were only luke warm, and meat a bit dry. Slightly disappointing, as not the usual high standard we get from Bollywoods. Still good flavour overall.

Food was not nice at all! The wrap was dry and flavourless the nan bread crumbled we threw it away.

Missing mango chutney. Phoned the restaurant & was told to "look for a little pot of brown sauce" as if I've never seen mango chutney in my life & somehow the error was mine. Very poor response.

Food use to be a lot better. Presentation is nice and packaging is great but the taste was a bit plain and bland this time. This is our go to Indian restaurant after trying many but it disappointed this time

Had an Asian event happening here on 7th May. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice and cozy but I have to say the food was ON POINT. Everything teaste so fresh but I was on a diet but for that day had to let go because of the food, went in for 2nds LOL 😆. Price per person could have been a bit less but not complaining. 👍

As always Bollywoods food is absolutely beautiful and keeps hot for a long time, so makes it even more worthwhile and great value for money everytime!!!

Great place, beautiful seating area, would be great for parties. So yummy food, but unfortunately I'm not happy with waitresses. All are slow, make you feel that you "bother them" when you need anything.

Food was ok. Stone cold when it arrived, needed 3 mins in the microwave. Korai wasn't spicy at all, I think they forgot the chillies or think they needed to cater to an English palate. The rest was ok, but I wouldn't rush to order from there again.

Not the best Indian I’ve had but was ok , I had the korma was a bit runny and not much taste

This place is beyond disappointing, none of the food is authentic. They seem to put coconut and half a cup of sugar in everything. The first time I’ve had a yellow korma. Even the garlic naan was more sweet than garlic. The meat was tough, there was a group of us around 18 people and 15 of us all had upset stomachs the next day.

I recently visited Bollywoods restaurant with a group of friends, and I must say that it was an amazing experience. Despite arriving a little late, the staff were very welcoming and did not rush us out or serve up fast food. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the staff were brilliant. I would like to thank Bollywoods for providing us with a wonderful evening that we will remember for a long time.

Food wasn't the greatest but as the for the service, horrendous, and i quickly understood why the restaurant was empty, i still gave them a go and ordered lamb bhuna, chicken jalfrezi, king prawn tika, prawn puri, tarka dhaal, the bombay potatoes, garlic naan, plain naan, and pilau rice, so i can confidently say i gave them a proper go, the food just didn't hit the spot. I must say due to their service i would not be going again, they were not attentive at all and the manager did not even care about the business, i wouldn't recommend anyone to go

Do you have a new chef ? the food was not as good as usual. The naan was flat and cold and the butter chicken was so thick it stuck to the roof of my mouth !

Good food as always, though have knocked a star off this time as the onion bhaji's looked and tasted as thought they were last weeks leftovers. Everything else was spot on as usual.

The listing suggested a 35-50 minute delivery estimate. After placing the order the anticipated delivery time was 50-70 minutes, and it just about arrived in that window - despite being a very short distance from the restaurant. I had only ordered 1 starter, 1 main and 1 side so it wasn't even a large order. The food was good but I think I'll revert back to my usual restaurant choices after giving this one a chance.

I nearly didn't write this review, as normally I love the food. Tonight's unfortunately was as tasty as ever, but my chicken was quite overcooked, so stringy and chewy. Very sad to say but was was well under par of usual 😕

It’s okay paid 15 pound for balti chicken masala but ther was no spoon no bread no salad nothing just a soupe with 2 small peace lamb and du peace chicken for 15 pound ? That’s not how u do business

Delivered quickly and food was hot but other than being hit the food was terrible not good at all the meat (lamb) was tough as old boots and the sauce had very little flavour
