I have visited Chaiiology a couple of times now. The tea is excellent. I have tried the tandoori, karak and pink chai and they are all perfect. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I look forward to trying some more food and drinks from the menu next time I visit.

Visited chaiilogy for the first time. We ordered karak chai and tandoori chai. Chai was fantastic. Very good service and friendly staff.

There seems to be an explosion of Chai places around town. I was in Southall during Eid and it looked nice inside so we popped in. The menu is varied with lots of tasty looking options. We choose sweet chilli chips, this was nice but boy was it spicy. I wasn't tempted by tandoori chai played it safe with caramel chai which was decent. The decor is nice inside. No free WiFi and signal coverage is poor. Still a nice place for a snack and a cuppa.

Union LaneFrom making my order over the phone, the chap was really nice and polite, food delivered on time by a lovely polite young man. Food piping hot and just delicious as always! Hence I've used The Tandoori for 20 years!!
