Went all the way here after seeing the reviews of people but i believe whole heartedly they are all fake went with husband expecting great food and great service was deeply disappointed as got neither ,there was just one boy who didnt have much to say or ask us any preferences for our desi breakfast order ,all the food was old and reheated even the matki chai was reheated we wanted some more paranthas but the boy had disappeared so we had to make do with what was given ,pay and leave Very disappointed to say the least people should really stop writing fake reviews.

1 shisha was ok 2 matka chai was amazing 3 the virgin mojito used a syrup not using natural ingredients + I think they use the same chopping board for onions and mint so the mint had an slight onion taste to it. £4.99 is unjustifiable 4 music way too loud 5 shisha service was ok they did fix the shisha

This place claimed to have made fresh donuts and i opened the box to staled hard donuts i could not even cut with a knife. Never mind eat. The customer service was very rubbish and they did not take accountability for their actions and did nothing in return.

Spent almost 3 hours in here for an amazing breakfast with the husband and baby sister. I didn't catch the poor young workers name, but he was so patient and polite and dealt with all our requests with a smile, and the food and drinks just kept on coming! I had the anda omelette with matka chai, which was just as if i had got it from a bazaar back home it was spot on. The other two had desi breakfasts which they finished off no problem with matka chais.. my husband decided to have a mango lassi... then we noticed there were gol gappe on the menu 🤪 and then had to order... and then order again... and then to make sure we dont get an upset stomach we finished with a pot of mint green tea. The only preference or change I would make would be to have hand made parathas rather than the frozen ones to make it more authentic. No comment on the shisha, I am a good girl. 😁

5 stars no doubt about that. Been several times and always polite and friendly staff with food and chais given to a high standard. Lovely shisha too. Affordable and fast turnaround. Check out the biscoff milk cake definitely worth trying 👌🏾 Would recommend 100%!

Amazing! the service is fantastic! last night the owner was so hospitable and provided such excellent customer service. The ambience was great, the staff paid such attention to detail and really looked after us, they close at 1am on Sunday but stayed open till 3am for us last night. Wonderful place to visit!!!

Placed a order with these, they accepted order and 25minutes later then refused to deliver so they cancelled it just after money cleared my account. Ridiculous Why accept if just gonna refuse to deliver in first place ???

Just randomly visited this place and all I can say is wow!! I don't know where to start from. The tea was fantastic the staff was soo friendly especially Ali. Then I decides to have a sheesha which haroon made and I can say it was the best sheesha I've had in a while. No more going to Manchester or Bradford I think I'm sticking to this place now. They made me feel soo welcome as if it's my own place. Don't be put off by the negative comments all I'm going to say is come down and check it out for yourself.

If I could give 100 stars I would - the negative reviews are absolute nonsense. Wonderful staff who provide such amazing hospitality, they couldn’t do enough for us. It’s a great vibe with great music, lovely shisha and the best chai I’ve ever had, I don’t have a bad word to say. We’ll certainly be back, thank you Chai Shai!!

Ignore the negative reviews, they're fake. The place was having a refurbishment during those reviews. Great place for Shisha, attentive staff and friendly service. Good vibes as soon as you walk in and make you feel welcomed. Even went out if their way to provide free food! Definitely returning, can see this being a regular place to visit.

What a beautiful place They Just refurb the place and it was back open last Saturday … i was there with my Famly And shisha food and service was on point There were very friendly and service was second to non I just have seen few negative reviews but it’s funny this place was closed for 5 weeks for major refurb How these people went there for shisha Jealousy on the peak ….. ganduiooo where u went for a shisha And they dnt do alcohol Omg Why people are full of Sh……..t

The matka chai is a must have and the pink kashmiri chai is also pretty good.. the homemade samosas are also highly recommended.. Nice choice of sheesha too if that's what you like... Nice outdoor seating area with heaters for the chilly nights .. the owner is really friendly and knows how to look after you. I go there regularly. A++++

Absolutely fantastic service! Been there just for some tea only for me to stay there for 2 hours in the parking lot watching a movie (You can also pop in and tell the staff what you want to watch!). I thought "let's try the shisha too" and let me tell you with the price point and the quality of the shisha, you simply can't go wrong. On top of the shisha I was offered 2 portions of biryani (probably the best I tried), a samosa chaat, a cup of pink tea and some desi tea in a wonderful clay cup COMPLETELY FREE! Better than VIP service no doubt. 10/10 for me🙌

Used to do very nice Karak chai and Biscoff Cake, unfortunately new owners have made into Sheesha bar with Belly Dancing/Strip tease events for Men (On the blessed night of Eid). Not very family friendly now........ Bringing a lot of Trash to the area sadly. Not my Cup of Tea now! Batley Sharif has gone so Woke that its Broke.

Chai shai make the best chai around, the service and quality is outstanding. The shisha flavours were amazing. The atmosphere was buzzing. It’s a great spot to chill out with friends. Ali looked after us all the way through. Made sure everything was perfect. Defo would be back 10/10

The best place in town where you can get the best pink tea (Kashmiri tea) that i never tasted anywhere else before. They have variety of biscuits and pastries. But my favourite is Ferraro Roche cheese cake. I would highly recommend to try this place.
