Not brilliant, not terrible. Average food, delivery time isn't bad, staff are friendly enough 🙃

The jacket potato was nice but wasfull of grease the pizza was spot on but the kebabs and chips tasted like yesterdays wasn't nice at all I also found a hair in my food I me and my husband usually always go here but they seem to have gone down hill would recommend getting a pizza but not the kebabs

Food portions were nothing short of gluttony. Just a lot of meats all thrown together with salad on top and then drenched with sauce. Moderate portions with more focus on quality and taste would have been more valued and appreciated... We ordered a Family Kebab & Mix Kebab & 12 wings. After 5 of us eating the food, we could have fed a further 15, sadly we threw away 75% that was left over 😳 Disappointed. I can see how some might favour quantity over quality, maybe it's a Derby thing. But surely for business to prosper you need to turn a profit too...

Pizza was very greasy and the chips tasted of nothing asif it was rewarmed. Wouldn't order here again.

Ordered a calzone but apparently they were unavailable. Got a pizza instead. Overall food was pretty good

Ordered pizza and chips from Uber Eats The chips looked like they were barely cooked and very yellow brownish colour !!b. The kids didn’t entertain them!! Pizza was average

Pizza and chips for here are amazing. Wouldn't advise the chicken strips though as they lack flavour and are very dry. Overall very happy and delivered early.

The chicken was very nice but the naan breads were tough and very over cooked the shish meat was burnt and dry and only a show of Mayo and nice fresh salad

Phoned to check on order after 45 mins late shouted at by shop employee , driver turned up explained a few people complained he’d got me mixed up .. 🤣🤣🤣 innit blad or whatever he said

Rude driver who swore when I was late to answer the door to an order that arrived 45 mins early. Food undercooked after he advised me the shop was now closed “we’re closed now why have you ordered” never again

Went straight in the bin. Big chunks of fat all over the kebab! The kebab was swimming in grease to the point the nan was soggy! Will never order from here again! Meat was dry like it had been left out for too long. The food is normally nice from her but never again!

40 minutes late with no explanation. Called them to be told it was on its way with no apology.

Terrible service... Waited two hours for food that turned up stone cold had to bin the food. Got over charged from them when phoned to ask why got no explanation and no apology. I even got shouted at by the delivery driver... Absolutely disgusting service to a very regular customer. Absolutely rubbish service! After ordering through UberEats, our £30 order did not arrive until at least an hour and a half after we ordered it. I rang after the expected delivery time had been passed to find that the order had not left the shop yet and was met by a lengthy list of excuses as to why they were taking so long. I was told to wait another 20 minutes and that I would receive a free drink. After another half an hour had passed so I rang again to find the order had now just left the shop and a promise that the food would be fresh and warm upon arrival. Expected delivery time was 20:05/20:25, the order did not arrive until 21:15! The food was only slightly warm and overall disappointing. I found something hard in my kebab meat which resembled a piece of bone or chipped tooth. Will never be ordering from them again and i wish I'd requested a refund!

First time ordering from here. Chips missing from order and the kebab was absolutely swimming in grease. So much so that when I unwrapped it, it ran all over the kitchen floor! Most of it went in the bin.... Couldn't complain as phone number wouldn't connect....

Some of the food was cold but other than that it was good.

The food delivered was cold and not enjoyable. The kebabs appeared to be covered with to much sauce. The sauce should in a separate container, the bread was rubbery, not enough salad. Overall very dissatisfy, where most was left uneaten. Hope the restaurant takes note to improve their service.

Doner kebab was average, decent portion size and taste. Tandoori on chips was horrible, old overcooked chicken and chips. Very disappointed with the chicken.

The worst custmer service ever.. i rang to place an order only he cut me of oh wel plenty food place in chad.. i wil let everyone knw abwt ur terrible phone service is the worst ever... n the food lets not evem go there... such a shame... the boss is reali good but the staff need to go bk to school to learn the basic....

Such a shame....used to love the kabab but ordered tonight and it took over an hour to deliver. When it did arrive, it wasn’t what we ordered... rubbish! Don’t promise what you can’t deliver

Never had a problem with the food here. But we ordered a meal and i was not impressed with it at all the Madras was way to hot more like a vindloo or more like petrol. And some things were missed off the order.

Wow We ordered 2 curries with rice and nan It was delivered exactly when they said It was hot , very tasty and generous I had lamb shashlik which was tender and tasty Will definitely order from here again

we had to wait over an hour, then when it came we had the wrong order they gave us someone else's food!!! Then the delivery man walked off with my change!! I most definitely will not be ordering from here ever again!

Both naan breads were burnt on one side. Chicken tikka was either over cooked or old. No free bottle of pop as menu mentions. Tend to only order from here as always quick delivery.

I placed an order to chad kebabs and they didn't call me back on my number to say it was here as we was in the garden. And then they noted it as delivered but I haven't received it so I would like my money returning!

Chips and onion rings were soggy. Curry on chips cold and clumpy. Burger needed salad and sauce option. Kebab and garlic bread both lovely, all round nice food!

Ordered food came super quick and was in bath son answered door and could here conversation with delivery driver. He added extra money to price of food than what was first quoted when placing order. My son didn't query it and paid and excepted food. I just thought maybe delivery charge in addition. Realised was missing a dip so rang to ask were it was so asked why was extra money applied. Guy on phone said no extra charge should be made at all and said he will send delivery guy back down to me. Delivery guy turned up called me a liar and showed me the receipt. I asked why he added money and said I think he took advantage of a child answering the door he said he didn't I showed him the change that was given , he still said he hadn't. he was rude and walked off with the dip that I paid extra for. Rang up and the guy on phone was totally embarrassed about the service I had received. And will pass on to owner. This is such a shame as food was hot and fresh delivery was quick but customer service was very poor and now overcharged as no refund for dip or additional charge. So left 2 stars to reflect this 😕

Ordered BBQ special kebab and it probably was the best kebab I've ever had in any Derby takeaway.

Food was fresh. Had a tandoori chicken and lamb shish kebab. Chicken was spot on but the lamb portion was on the small size. Will probably give them another try though.

I always order kebabs from Chad kebabs, and they are always quick and delicious - fantastic portions so you feel satisfied

We've had several orders from Chad Kebabs. We've never had any bad problems but sometimes the kebabs are greasy. Chips soggy. The customer service has always been spot on.
