Went with friends as well as a couple and it was a great experience - food is authentic and the ambience is great. Will go again.

Went for a meal with friends tonight to Chachaz. Despite the restaurant being very busy, (always a good sign) our drinks were ordered and food order taken from in an unhurried manner from the unflappable Lee. Our food arrived in a very reasonable timeframe and once again was absolutely delicious. We had a large variety of items, including chicken jalfrezi, chicken dhansak, prawn masala, several rice and vegetable dishes accompanied by the most delicious naan breads. The restaurant has a good feeling with a wide selection of diners, both young and old. Service is excellent and the food is amazing. We will be back!

Ordered a takeaway. Chicken was chewy and rice was slodgey. Really disappointed as had heard great things about this place. Curries were labelled either which made it a bit difficult to know what was what.

As soon as I entered, I was greeted with the smiling and friendly face of Sukhi. It was very busy and she kindly found me a table. I ordered chicken tikka and a garlic naan, The food came out sizzling and smelling amazing . The chicken tikka was full of flavour and soft accompanied with green chutney and chilli sauce. The naan was fluffy , fresh, and soft. Overall, it was a great experience , I even forgot to take a picture because it looked so good I wanted to eat it , highly reccomended

Amazing curry and sides from cha Chaz. Wish we started using this place rather than the other local! It’s so much better! Food has so much flavour, well priced. Would highly recommend

We love the food at this restaurant normally. However, recently we have had some bad experiences. This visit was for a celebration, and we were served warm beer, our egg rice was fried instead of what we ordered, dishes that we have had before and love were just not up to their usual quality (dani murgh and chicken Bhuna). Don’t know what’s going wrong, but it’s really put some of our party off returning.

Small local Indian restaurant in Feltham. I have been to this restaurant a couple of times now and the food has always been top notch. The restaurant from outside doesn't look much and on the occasions I have been there it has never been that busy, but the food has always been great. I have only visited the restaurant at lunch time but expect it has a good evening trade. There is some parking outside but these spaces are limited, though there is always available parking on the side roads, just be aware it is right on the boundary of the new ULEZ zone (restaurant is outside, side roads for parking are inside)

Yesterday I have been with family.. great Indian food. Mixed non-veg Biryani is awesome. Try malai chicken tikka as well. We all loved the food and it's not expensive quite reasonable. Next to bus stop. I can say Jewel of Sunbury. Great food.. Great service.. A must visit for food lovers👍🤝

I was badly craving some Indian food and the reviews for this place were hit and miss. But as they had a 25% off offer and the prices were reasonable I thought I’d take a punt! The food does take a while to arrive. So it was a bit tepid. I had the lamb curry, chicken on the bone and mutter paneer with paratha and roti. The portions are generous and the food is really good! I was pleasantly surprised how much i enjoyed it. The reason for one less rating is that the food was slightly on the oily side. Especially the lamb. Definitely will order again if I’m around.

Coming from a curry connoisseur, the lamb dansak and chicken tikka masala more resembled school dinners. I think I would have “ChaChaz” slid out of the restaurant to be honest.

I recently visited Chacha'z restaurant and was blown away by the delicious Indian food they serve. What's even more amazing is that the prices are very affordable, making it a great option for budget-conscious diners. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to make recommendations and ensure that you have a great dining experience. As for the food, I tried several dishes and each one was better than the last. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the portions were generous. Honestly, one of the best indian food I ever had in UK. Try Chicken Saag and Lachha Paratha. It really satisfied my Indian Tastebuds.

Omg it was cold, I had to heat the food, I only live 5 mins away, no veg curry with dish, it was horrible as cold, onion bharges was like shop brought, never again

Simply Amazing!! Have dined here at least 15 times over the past 3 months and everything in this place is fantastic. It is so consistent, the spices and flavours used are to perfection. The staff is extremely hospitable, the food comes out piping hot and always within a reasonable time. Chilli garlic mushroom, julpuri bhindi, chilli chicken, malai kofta, veg manchurian, Tandoori Tilapia Fish are a must try!!!

The spring rolls were really flat and it took a really long time for the food to arrive. The food is decent.

Excellent authentic Indian food around Ashford, Sunbury, Feltham etc

Absolutely delicious. It can be very difficult finding high quality, authentic Indian food as being Indian myself, I’m guilty of being very critical. ChaChaz is 5 stars from me. Will most certainly order again and I’d suggest anyone reading this questioning whether or not to place an order should too.

Lovely food. Have been ordering from here last couple of months but lately the prices on Just eat and Deliveroo has been inflated by 25% while the prices on their website and eat in are so different.

Visiting Cha Chaz for the first time after seeing this several times whilst attending the dentist next door and safe to say this place is AMAZING. Really worth a trip here for sure. Each dish tastes different to the next and perfectly seasoned and spiced. The venue is pleasant and the staff are superb. Service is prompt and really attentive. Will definitely come back again. Job well done to the owners and their staff.

Don’t even bother ordering with them, my food never showed up - they kept fobbing me off when I called them and so now I have no food and no idea if I’m going to get a refund. We live literally two minutes from the restaurant but they lied and said our food was on its way.. I’m still waiting for it after an hour. Completely unprofessional. Edit - it finally came, about 2 hours after I ordered it, after me chasing them up again and it was awful, I’ve been to India and have many friends who make amazing Indian food. This was trash

It's a hit or miss type restaurant, I had few of dishes which were just awesome but then few dishes were a little off. Go for Chef specials and conventional indian dishes and yes don't forget Indo Chinese.

Food is always, always late. They lie about when the food leaves for delivery. You have to call them so many times, you end up waiting forever for the food to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous and not organised at all whatsoever. Will not order ever again. Not worth the hassle and will go elsewhere. Terribly disappointed with the service and telling lies.

The best curry house in the area and I would go as far as the best curry I have ever eaten. Very authentic and always on point.

Wow Saag Chicken was the best amazing flavour with red & green peppers & onions & saag was so creamy soft & tasty I recommend just that item 5 Stars or 9.5 out of 10 I will have to order different items from the menu next time to give more reviews 👍

After reading the good reviews here all I can is I was underwhelmed by the overall quality of the food and value for money. My Vinadloo was ok, a bit oily, but the onion Bhaji was rubbery and tasteless. The naan was average. The price I paid was also higher than what was indicated on the online menu. A bit unprofessional...

Big Liarssss.....I ordered food from just eat. They didn't even arrived with food after more than an hour of delivery time. I called them so many times and they were keep on saying 10 mins. My little kids were so hungry. They had to go to school as well. I end up making Maggi noodles for them. Poor service....I want my money back

Ate here on a Sunday evening when it was very quiet. Staff were attentive & emphasised that the cuisine is North Indian, so a little different to the usual. They offered to make changes to the dishes of I preferred but I wanted to try it as is. I had a chicken biryani served with thick yoghurt. The food was excellent, cooked to perfection & very tasty. I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

We went as a family of five to ChaChaz in August 2020 utilising the Governments "eat out to help out scheme" Everyone chose different dishes and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The restaurant was fully occupied so the kitchen must have been very busy. Nevertheless the service was wonderful and the food didnt take long to arrive. It was all cooked to perfection so we were really pleased and made for an enjoyable evening. We will be visiting again either to dine in or take away.

In my list of the few good indian restaurants in london. Dishes seemed very authentic. Total diners 3. Total bill £70. 3 starters+ drinks 3 main course 3 accompaniments Must try the dal makhni with plain rice. Best so far in london. Must try if in the area.

Ordered food via Deliveroo on 25th Jan Was meant to arrive at 8.10 pm (which was already 1 hour after the order at 7.07pm) It arrived at 8.28pm. No apology from the driver, or the restaurant, food was cold. I've ordered from Cha Chaz once before and the food was great but if this is how they treat their repeat customers than frankly forget it. Arrogant service, cold food and no apology. Will stick to Lahore Karai Feltham. At least i know what I'm getting. No delivery - pick up but amazing food on time. A simple "sorry its late, we were really busy and its a one-off" from the driver would have stopped this review. Yet there was No eye contact. No explanation. Just handed the bag and walked off. To the restaurant: In this day and age with social media it goes public. You've signed up publicly to provide a service. I had to contact Deliveroo chat who contacted you. You delivered cold food late. What do you expect?!!!!!!!!!!

After some extensive searching for a good local restaurant in Feltham to go to with a couple of friends - and being rather limited for styles of cuisine! - we decided on Cha Chaz. This was based on its overall rating and reviews, although I wasn’t overly keen on the hygiene rating of 3/5!We weren’t thrilled by the appearance of the place when we arrived, and felt it could definitely do with a good clean, potentially even a refurbishment at some point. But the staff seemed friendly and it was nice and relaxed. We ordered our drinks and were given some pappadums with the traditional sauces. Or perhaps not, it turned out...! The lime pickle and mango chutney were fine (albeit they tasted a little old and like they were from shop-bought jars), but the mint raitha was a real surprise... It tasted more like a mint sauce you’d be given for roast lamb!! Truly bizarre, and not great either.Probably the strangest part of the evening was how difficult it was to order our food. We must have mentioned to the staff five times that we were ready to order, before finally politely asking them if we could order our food before it got too late! When they did eventually take our order, I was pleased to find that they were more than happy cooking classic dishes not on the menu (saag paneer, bindhi bhaji and one or two others) and that they were very accommodating with other requests too. We haven’t always found this to be the case in a couple of other local restaurants recently, so that was very welcome.Once the food arrived, we were pleasantly surprised - it all looked excellent. Sure enough, we were not disappointed, as every dish was delicious. As well as those mentioned above, we had mostly vegetarian dishes including Paneer madras, Bombay Aloo and several others. Plenty of flavour, nice heat and good portions. We were impressed with the range of vegetarian options and all thought the food was great.The only other slight hassle was when it came to paying, as the card machine wouldn’t connect and they had to try to take my payment about six times! Checking afterwards though, it did only charge once and they were polite enough about it, so no harm done.All in all, this was a slightly peculiar experience, but was turned around by the quality of the food and fair value for money. I’d like to see that hygiene rating increased in the near future, along with more attentiveness from the staff and perhaps a slight improvement of the venue/atmosphere; but the most important thing is always the food, and we certainly wouldn’t complain about that. Excellent food, service and atmosphere

We went today for a spontaneous quick lunch, so only really ate the starters.However they were really authentic Indian street foods that were delicious and definitely we will be back to try out the full menu.It's a shame the parade it's on does not seem busy so not sure how busy it gets, though if you really want a delicious Indian meal with flavour and not just spice this is the local place to go. There were a variety of vegetarian options and also delicious too.

Really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant tonight with my son. The mixed grill starter was gigantic and delicious. Prawns, chops, kebab, three types of chicken. Even better, the restaurant serves pakora - the more scrumptious big brother of the bhaji. Chicken pakora isn’t “officially” on the menu but they will make it for you if you ask. It was tender and delicious, the batter light and delicate. For mains we had chicken achari and butter chicken - both good. Plus a lovely dahl that had been simmered overnight. Great breads too. The decor is attractive. Tablecloths, napkins and soft music add to the feeling of comfort. The restaurant was full of Indians, which gave us added confidence in the food and contributed to the sense that we were enjoying authentic home cooking. Everyone was having a lovely time and the vibe was very relaxed. Best of all, the staff could not have been nicer. Predominately female. The manageress was full of life - kind, sweet and charming. Overall we think this place is a hidden gem. The parade of shops it’s located in looks pretty lousy, so it’s not going to get many passers-by dropping in. But it’s worth a visit, without any doubt.

My husband & I had a fabulous meal here, food was amazing and staff are lovely, we were made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. We are not local and a return journey by train takes over 3 hours for us to get here, we would have no hesitation to make this a regular journey! See you soon.

While perhaps not the nicest place to go for a proper dining experience the food is absolutely magical and the service impeccable, always accommodating and smiley. Try the bhindi or saag aloo if you are veggie. But yes, take the food home with you 😂

Having been bought up on authentic currys from my next door neighbours in Southall finding this restaurant today was a joy. The food was delicious, full of flavour and not oily. It bought back memories of amazing home cooked food. The staff are also very attentive. A real find, will definately be returning! Thank you for a lovely meal.

Fantastic food and excellent, friendly service. We've ordered from them several times and the food quality, presentation and taste has been fantastic every single time. They are happy to customize in terms of spice levels without losing the authenticity of the dish. Highly recommended in the Feltham/Sunbury area for Indian curry.
