Really really bad service, got last order after 3 hours of arriving. Small portions for any paratha order i.e. paratha rolls.

All show, no substance. Honestly, this is one of the worst street food places - food wise. I ordered online and what do they send - mini samosas - honestly, they are 1/3rd the size of what a normal samosa is. Ok, next item - dal makhani + paratha. I thought how could one get that wrong, but I was so wrong. Their daal makhani is made not from black daal, but from some other brown lentils - why on earth then you call it daal makhani, call it something else please, if you don't even know which lentils to use. Ok, on paratha, they do a maida version of it, similar to a kerala parotha. This dish is supposed to be a Punjabi dish, and they take it all South India! nothing wrong, but when you are expecting a wholewheat simple plain paratha, and you get a distant cousin of it - it's not worth it. Order / Go there for ambiance, just not the food. They need to change their chef..

A lot chai places in Hounslow now. This one is decent though. Flashy decor with an eye catching logo and big TV screens at the front window and the back. Menu wise lots of options we went with Halloumi loaded fries, these were amazing. The kashmiri chai was superb but at £3.75 a cup not the cheapest. Overall a nice place.

applaud by service in KFC Chiswick. Firstly served stone cold chips, told the girl behind the counter, surely she knew how long they had been sitting there as the shop was quite. She cooked some more, I couldn’t believe it. She only gave me one hot portion and one cold one back, but she was cunning, she put the cold one underneath so I didnt realise until I got home. This person should not be serving food to people and deliberately trying to piss the customer off!!! I really hope head office read this..

397 Staines RoadOrdered 2 pizzas for 3 people a month ago, pizza was stale and no taste at all. Rang the store and requested to take it back as only had a slice each from both pizzas . Delivery guy came back and took the whole meal including unused bottled drink confirming the number of slices being returned. Since then contacted restaurant 4 times for refund and everytime a guy picks up , takes my name and number down for manager and never returned any call or received any refund. They are fraudsters and unhygienic. Stay away from them.
