Cha Sha in Hounslow

Really really bad service, got last order after 3 hours of arriving. Small portions for any paratha order i.e. paratha rolls.

All show, no substance. Honestly, this is one of the worst street food places - food wise. I ordered online and what do they send - mini samosas - honestly, they are 1/3rd the size of what a normal samosa is. Ok, next item - dal makhani + paratha. I thought how could one get that wrong, but I was so wrong. Their daal makhani is made not from black daal, but from some other brown lentils - why on earth then you call it daal makhani, call it something else please, if you don't even know which lentils to use. Ok, on paratha, they do a maida version of it, similar to a kerala parotha. This dish is supposed to be a Punjabi dish, and they take it all South India! nothing wrong, but when you are expecting a wholewheat simple plain paratha, and you get a distant cousin of it - it's not worth it. A lot chai places in Hounslow now. This one is decent though. Flashy decor with an eye catching logo and big TV screens at the front window and the back. Menu wise lots of options we went with Halloumi loaded fries, these were amazing. The kashmiri chai was superb but at £3.75 a cup not the cheapest. Overall a nice place.
