Just came into your shop last night at around 9.30 and ordered tea and 2 portion of veg pakora .you made them without any salt and therfore they were tasteless! secondly, only five pieces were in each portion and they are suposed to be 6!!?? When I came in on my own on Friday evening to order 2 portion you said they were 6 in each portion and yes they were correct amount and tasted very nice too , but sorry to say whoever made them Saturday evening does not know how to make properly no salt no spice nothing ! And you had the cheek to charge us £7 for something tasteless and for less amount . Discusting!!!! Wish I had checked them b4 leaving your shop last night but it was too late as we wanted them to eat in sehir time.

Sip and Dip @wakefield—I am a true chai lover, and the word "Sip" itself reminds me of chai. However since the changeover to Sip and Dip the taste is quite disappointing. It felt more like a hot drink overloaded with elaichi flavor rather than a well-balanced chai. If the taste remains the same, I wouldn’t consider visiting again.

first time visit to cha cha chai and it was absolutely EPIC! We had the cha cha chai breakfast and parntha with and chana and pink tea and desi tea. The ingredients are fresh and genuine, the cooking is perfect and the overall enjoyment is just simply beautiful. The atmosphere is homely which is bouns. Take trip to cha cha chai and simply enjoy unique foods and excellent service which is something we dont see often. highly recommend tha parntha with chana and desi tea. Many thanks to all, see you again.

we got order aloo parntha which i would recommend, The parntha with daal. Which my hussuband loved, The dounts which was good. Everything was honestly delicious and i cannot wait to go back.. “samina and her crew served us a fantastic breakfast! great food and atmosphere- highly recommended!”

Not sure if these people know what desi means… bland is not the word very disappointed, am very surprised this place is still running. And don’t get me started on how rude the girl on counter was. Thought I’d have a little banter just to lighten the mood up, WOW the way she acted, as if I swore at her. Honestly overall I was sad that I even wasted my money on this place. Disgraceful

Foods good but service is shocking got told 10mins on phone waited 30 mins the owners needs to hire better worker who can understand and speak english

Called up and asked how much are veg samosas... The woman said £5.50. I replied; how many do I get for £5.50 and she said "£5.50. So I tried asking 2 more times in a different way and everytime she said £5.50... If you can't speak basic English or understand it on a phone working at a restaurant or takeaway, why work their.... In the end, I went elsewhere where they could actually provide customer service...

I always have my favourite desi wrap, never get bored of it. I tried the Kunafa bun which is new in and it’s so delicious and not too sweet loved it. And service by Nimra is 10/10 she is the most lovely humble person ever x

Very expensive poor quality desserts. Half of them shop bought, tasteless and double the price. Milk cake is not traditional milk cake and a total rip off. Don’t bother

The food prices is expensive, chips arrived cold and no spices or salt on it as well as kebab meat sandwich arrived cold

I'm really disappointed with with my order tonight. There was a tub of ice cream missing and the waffle I ordered was so dry it was just falling apart which made it more like a bush tucker trial to eat. I'm not sure if it was over cooked or the fact it was delivered on a push bike and was practically frozen. I've eaten 1/4 of the waffle and given in. I also ordered the biscoff waffle and for some reason it's smothered in Chocolate sauce instead of biscoff sauce which I hate.

Usually have an amazing experience here . Today my cheesecake was completely frozen 🙁

Stopped by this evening for a cup of chai and doughnuts, after seeing chai go viral I have had a craving and can honestly say it was the best cup of tea I have ever had, more than fulfilled my expectations, great customer service as well. Thanks

We ordered a cheesecake and received a milkshake, we ordered a normal choc chip cookie dough and received double chocolate with out ice cream. Not the end of th world but not what we ordered

Tried the meat samosas and chicken biryani, tasty and nice flavours, nice clean environment, polite and accommodating staff, great service and professionalism, would try again.

Got to love pakora, soooo goood! Also of my favs are milk cake and samosa chaat. Tea is delicious! Kind staff. Always coming back!

Got 3 samosa chart this evening and doughnuts The samosa in.the chaat was burned. Unfortunately all 3 samosa chaats had to go in bin. Really disappointed as we are regularly customers..

Was absolutely delicious the first time we ordered it,and raved about you to friends and family,however this time round it was very poor, the loaded chips had no mince on them and I'm not quite sure what the rice thing was supposed to be as we got plain rice with a slimy kind of sauce on it and about two tiny pieces of chicken in it, the samosa was absolutely beautiful though! very disappointed after looking forward to it all day!! sorry for the bad review 😕

My tea never arrived by the delivery driver. The owner was very friendly and tried to make it up. but customer service could be massively improved as it took 2hr30min for the issue to be dealt with. I was a regular to the place but this experienced has made me doubt to return.

Portion sizes are small in comparison to price. Ordered a smoothie which I can't safely drink as it's not properly sealed/made safely sealed so people can be sure nothing has happened with it. Waste of money there. Shame as a previous order was a really good portion size for the money.

Got served yesterdays tea and microwaved lid was not put on properly split down my top, cake slice was nice

We ordered this as a take away! I have to say the food was some of the best I've had! I ordered on uber eats and unfortunately it won't let me leave a review! But we will happily be ordering again, chicken curry and rice was lush my only issue was all the salad but that's my own fault I shall ask for it without next time! And the milk cake me and my partner was fighting for the last bite it was amazing.

Delicious Desserts and amazing quality. Food is prepped freshly while you wait and the taste is amazing. I had the vegetable samosa chaart and the taste was sublime, followed by desert and desi tea again delicious. Could not fault my visit there. Staff member Tas was very friendly and attentive to my needs and friendly.

Asked for a cola can the original one not barr think you should make it clear food was cold and box’s was wide ways so the food was just everywhere

Wakefield's favourite Chai spot. Great tea desi and pink. Lots of great authentic desi snacks to choose from. The staff is always very welcoming and courteous too. Great for a quick chai stop or a bit more.

Had food from here for the first time today. Myself and my son really enjoyed it we'll definitely order again. Highly recommend.

Milk cake and samosa were good but I ordered cheesy fries, specifically said I only want fries and cheese sauce on it, and it came literally drenched in mayo, every single chip was covered in it. Couldn't eat a single one because I hate mayo, and the lady behind the till was so sweet I felt rude sending it back. Left hungry and food went to waste. Absolutely bizarre to cover a meal in a condiment when you have no clue if the customer wants it.

Call into cha cha chi quite frequently, The staff are very nice and helpful, All staff that is. The food and drinks are lovely, it is the best food takeaway on Westgate in Wakefield, The food is so tasty, it is 10 out of 10 If you like quality food at good prices you should call in to cha cha chai. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that work there, your Boss should be very proud of you all for how hard you all work and how helpful you all are. Thank you.

Stopped by on Sunday morning, lovely atmosphere food was just delicious! The paratha and Channay were very authentic, no frozen parathey here. Samosa chaat was epic, the breakfast burger was on point. Couldn't fault anything. Donuts looked and tasted amazing. Service was perfect. Great Sunday brunch!

Food was good but paid for ice cream with the waffle and didn’t receive

Place is ok and the staf nice too other then a one big Asian lady who claims to be manager she was on till charged us extra and she was asking very personal questions i hope you know what i am saying and she was also very rude to our kids.we had really bad experience so won't be going back there again.

Hi, placed an order for donuts on Just Eat 15th November ( for collection ) it made me select 6 donuts, but only received 5 donuts ? Which is quite disappointing, it is quite misleading saying I had a choice of 6, but collected only 5 !

Pleasantly surprised got a coffee while working and very nice latte to say it’s a tea shop lovely ☺️

This the second time ordering from chacha chai samosas were nice but cake was burned at the bottom, chicken and rice was ok but asked for the sauce seperate as its a bit sweet but they put it on anyway. Also i dont understand why i had to pay a delivery charge and a service charge, not sure what service im being charged for when in not sat in the restaurant. Overall bit dissapointed for the price.

I've used this place a few times now, on first visit would have been 3 or 4 stars. The thing I liked was that the food was quick and tasted good and is good value. Service was decent as well, the food isn't anything special most of it prepared already just needs reheating but for the price you couldn't go wrong. The last 3 times I've been however the service has been terrible, first of the three I was standing waiting for someone to serve me for 5 minutes before they even noticed anyone was in the shop. Too busy talking in the kitchen, I chalked it down to a one off. Next time I went the same again, this time I was in a rush after a few minutes and no one in sight I left. The latest time last week again I went in and this time I could see the staff in the kitchen talking. I waited 2 or 3 minutes then I waved and said hello at which one of the women glanced at me and yet still no one appeared and they carried on talking. Maybe she didn't see me and she glanced at something else in my direction. After a further minute I walked out again without any food. 3 times having to wait over 5 minutes to be served 2 times didn't even get any food and they weren't busy. Just too busy chatting. No one else in the shop. As much as it was decent value and half good food I hate terrible service and unfortunately I won't ve using again. I usually review most places after 3 visits. Glad I waited a few extra for here. Advice to rhe biss either get staff to stay in the front or get a chime on the door so when it opens they're alerted.

i came here with my family during Christmas holidays and business was surprisingly slow as we were the only customers there. we had a 3 year old with allergies as well with us. the cashier was extremely kind and explained what was in each meal and was very accommodating. our food was presented very quickly and was extremely well done. we all truly loved our experience.

Food was awful milkshake tasted off as if they used out of date milk/cream. Ras malai was also a joke for the portion it came and also tasted awful

Enjoyed the street food though my kebab sandwich seemed a little pink in the centre ? Ok as a snack. Dessert though tasty , Ferraro cheese cake, was clearly commercial complete with aerosol cream 😁. Staff really friendly. Overall good but a bit overpriced for the portion size and the fact dessert is commercial.
