Really good Karak.Chai. Hits the spot. Quite a bit of seeting but can get busy. Good doughnuts too!

An absolutely delicious meal- keema parata, eggs and chocolate too. They sell Dubai Chocolate and it is homemade, with no preservatives and very very tasty!

I visit this place more then twice in a week. The desi food is my favourite there. The staff is very nice specially Mahnoor . She always deal customers politely and smile on her face. She knows what regular customers always want.

The food was great, and we enjoyed our time there. However, the service at the till could be improved. The staff member lacked proper communication skills and addressed me in a way that was too casual, which felt unprofessional, especially in front of my friends. A little more customer service training would make the experience even better.

The donuts look nice and the place has a nice aesthetic despite being a small area. However, if you're a student looking for a nice place to be productive at, this isn't it. Was explicitly told that I'm not allowed to charge my laptop here. So if you're looking for a place to focus and use your electronics, this isn't it.

Tea is perfect here. Always tastes fresh and the same which is great. Can’t go wrong with fresh doughnuts either!

Came today and got desi breakfast,with good service from mahnoor who works hard and always smiling .. only let down was ,that was a suprise to me they did not have semi milk or alternative for full fat milk. Thank you mahnoor

Used to be a nice place, and we used to go there every week once or twice, now the staff has changed and the girls at the front counter don’t know nothing about customer series. Went in the other night to get some pink tea and the girl heated up the tea in a microwave I could smell the plastic in the tea I ordered and it was horrible. They need to get back in track otherwise it will be another shutter down soon

I along with my family friends ordered pink tea which was awesome and reasonably priced….. Additionally, they presented a beautifully decorated donut to toddler with us as a present 🎁, it was a cheerful gesture from the staff. Happy for the service and tea.

Went in for breakfast. It's a small place with only a few tables but looked clean and decent place to sit in. We only tried a limited number of items: Aaloo Paratha, Mooli Paratha and Masala Chai but they were really good! One of the better places in Manchester to get authentic parathas without the overtly thick and chewy dough that you get in so many places. Also, the parathas were massive: probably equivalent to 2 regular parathas. They came with a nice yoghurt dip and (asian) mixed pickle. Will try some other parathas next time. Certainly worth a visit. Note: Service is slightly slower than expected but I believe that is due to the time taken to prepare the parathas which is a worthwhile trade-off!

Unfortunately I paid more to get loaded fries but wrong order has been delivered

awful service. Got a call before collecting to say what I ordered was not available but they have marked order as collected and payment taken.

There is some sort of racist / discriminatory / abusive behaviour coming from the kitchen staff. I ordered a simple paratha with Nutella to take away as I was in a rush (also the reason why I ordered something quick to make). It took the kitchen staff 10 minutes to get me the parathe done. They looked straight into my eyes while I was worried about being late for a massage, and made sure I was late for the massage. Very pity behaviour that won't keep you clients. Used to be a regular, and now you just lost a regular.

They never put forks and spoons inside the package and also ignored the instructions by me.

Overall not a great experience. We walked in and found a table easily enough and it was not busy, ordered a waffle, milk cake and two mocktails. After paying, am told it would be around 15 mins. No issue 20 mins later no sign of anything. Then asked waffle is ready but they don't have normal kinder only white, no issue I told them. Waffle gets served with the mocktails, but no sign of the milk cake, which is always ready in a tub in the fridge. Staff is then taking another order and answering questions from the customer whilst holding to the milk cake, would make sense to serve your existing customers first. She was apologetic. The waffle was just a stick of waffle not what I expected and packed into a to go box when clearly we were going to eat in. We did spill one mocktail and had to move table, and she made a replacement for free of charge despite me saying there isn't any need. But overall not a pleasant experience. I also note, that they threw out rubbish away using the Council bin outside on the street. Is this a way of minimizing the waste disposal bill?

Absolutely mind blowing calm and beautiful setting. Prices affordable, fresh food from scratch. The parathas are so delicious and gigantic must try . Served by a lovely young lady named Sirat, amazing customer service and interaction 👍🏼 definitely recommend & will be back

The order came significantly late and customer service was appalling on occasions the phone was hung up when enquiring about when the food will be delivered, food was cold and not up to standard and there were missing items. I’m not happy at all.

Suddenly the omelette has vanished from the desi breakfast. No achaar either. So why is your price the same when items have been removed? A rip off.

Ordered hot chocolate to go and it was absolutely horrible. Very watery and hardly any coco just tasted awful. Waste of £3:50. Also service was sub-par.

The custard and cake was cold asked for it to be hot. I had to warm it up my self didn't read the instructions will not be ordering again

Very simple order: brownie and cheese cake both items which require no prep just to be put in bag. Served item while 1 of the staff gone to the fridge freezer section below and pulled out the cheese cake then had some conversation which i didn't pay attention to as i had been listening to music. Was advised to go leave for 10 mins. When i got home and put items on table i noticed label with date which had slightly been covered. Once i straightened the label i realised that the date was off by 2 weeks so i contacted them and they advised that yes it was the label for expiry and that it was fine product it just had a wrong dated label that they were aware off but too lazy to change a best before date label. Apparently its sposed to have this date 14/08/24 but it read14/07/24 which is what it stated. I just didnt have soo much faith in them and i decided to return it

Regular customer but today was absolutely rubbish and horrible food how can the samosa chat be that soggy and watery.

Missed out the chais included in the desi breakfast, called to ask & they said they will deliver in 30 mins as they are very busy, never got them.

lovely food ! Have come here twice and both times have been spot on ! Big filling portions which are served hot and quick with great prices . Also they are boycotting which is amazing ! Highly recommend ! Will be coming again .

Very bad customer service, I ordered chicken bariyani and i found a strip of plastic bag, i asked for replacement and the lady serving behaved very rude she was constantly raising her voice. It was very bad experience.

Yesterday morning, I went to this shop with my friends. We were craving some Pakistani vibes and desi nashta, so we decided to order 4 desi parathas. I was absolutely amazed by the size and crispiness of the parathas they served. The service was super quick, and the food tasted so fresh. We all loved it and agreed that it's the best in town. If you ever go there, make sure to ask for the lady named IQRA who makes those incredible parathas. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I had an amazing breakfast made by a lady called Ekra, food was lovely, service was really good and quick. Thoroughly enjoyed the desi breakfast 🙂.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience at this shop. After a long night shift, I walked in to find two girls who seemed more interested in their phones than taking my order after huffing and puffing one of them decided to get behind the till. They looked frustrated when I approached the counter. Eventually, one of them took my order for a specific chicken panini without salad. Unfortunately, she nearly accidentally overcharged me after correcting her she charged me the right price. But the real problem started when they couldn't decide who would make my panini. They argued back and forth, leaving me waiting. Finally, they both agreed to do it together but the one that remained sitting for up while really upset and frustrated to serve me. Furthermore, to my disappointment, they completely ignored my order and made their own instead. When I got home, I was upset and couldn't go back to address the issue because I was exhausted. I just want to warn you all that if you're hungry and hoping for good service, you might be disappointed at this place. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.

Got my order wrong, brought a coconut cake and I’m allergic to coconut so I rang the place and they said that if I want it changing go to the shop! The whole point off just eat is so don’t have to go to the shop and they got my order wrong

ordered the chicken biryani and was pleasantly surprised with the fresh salad and mint yoghurt sauce that came with it. perfect spice balance and generous portion. fresh coriander garnish. Great value for £5 and will definitely order again.

My daughter loves their cookie dough so much that I have to order it every time she does well in school. And I love the taste of the golgappa. I have not found any better so far.

This was the best Desi Breakfast I've had thus far as the Paratha was freshly prepared in Desi Ghee 👌 The Staff and service was second to none, we found the place to be pleasant and squeaky clean. The menu had a great variety to cater for young and old. I went with family and we throughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Highly recommend you cone along with friends and family 👍🏼😉

Cha Cha Chai is a hidden gem that I recently discovered. One aspect that stood out was the affordability. The quality of the food and service, and the prices at Cha Cha Chai were remarkably reasonable. It was refreshing to enjoy amazing food without breaking the bank. In fact, the affordability encouraged us to explore the menu further and try even more dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend Cha Cha Chai and indulging in the flavorsome food and cakes they have to offer. It will leave you wanting to come back for more. (Sorry I haven't written my review sooner )

Very insightful experience and delicious tea

They had no menus just on the board behind counter, they had so many lights on and relection on the board. We ordered the desi breakfast. It was nice but a lot for only one pratha. Breakfast was £6.99 and I upgraded to aloo pratha just £0.50 extra.

Love cha cha chai! Karak chai is the best here, we also got pani puri!

Nice little place with really fresh paratha s, rolls and paninis - light, tasty and fresh out of the stove. There was quite a spread of doughnuts and other sweets, which we would come back to try!!
