Amazing pizza!! We had a salami pizza slice for £5. The dough was delicious and crispy, perfectly worked and cooked. The tomato sauce and salami were also incredible. Because the dough was thicker than Neapolitan style pizzas, the slices are quite filling, so the price is very decent. The lady who attended us was very lovely and attentive, so I’d definitely recommend visiting if you want a taste of Rome in Manchester.

Wonderful authentic pizza. One slice is more than enough, it’s so filling! As we’re vegetarian we went for the Margherita and the lady was super helpful in letting us know the available toppings to spruce ours up: they included kale, peppers, potatoes, courgettes, and mushrooms. It was scrumptious and I’ve never had a pizza like it before! One thing I will say is with the generous amount of heavy toppings it is quite difficult to eat, so I’d recommend taking it home and eating it with a knife and fork so you don’t waste any of the toppings.

Saw this place on Manchester Finest. We decided to nip for a quick lunch. The staff are all lovely, they do romano pizza slices to take out. At £18 for 3 slices it was quite expensive for what we got. I could have gone to lucky mamas and got a better full pizza and 2 drinks to eat in for less. The pizza was ok but nothing to rave about. Don't think I'd visit again.

My go-to for a beautiful lunch! Absolutely gorgeous focaccia sandwiches and pizza and they are all customisable as you can add anything you wish to them. Always perfectly fresh, full of flavour italian produce. The prices are perfectly reasonable considering all the produce is imported from Italy and everything is hand made in small batches with lots of love and passion. The staff are some of the most friendly and welcoming people I know and always put a big smile on my face.

Tried this place for the first time today after my brother kept on recommending it to me and I have to say its hands down the best two slices of pizza I've ever had! Had the Sasuage and potato and the margarita. Incredible pizza dough. Will definitely be heading back again very soon! And the staff are just wonderful 🤗🤌

Wow, this place is incredible. Tried five different slices and all were exceptional. Never had this style of pizza in Manchester and I was very impressed at the quality of ingredients and flavours. The owners seem lovely and friendly too. Fantastic addition to south Manchester food scene, this is now my go-to reason for travelling to Sale Moor!

Was walking past on the way back home, and spotted the focaccia in the window. The friendly owner beckoned me in, and explained the history and background to her shop. The pizza was incredible! And the cannoli are the best I’ve had outside Italy. Very reasonable prices as well. Can’t believe this wonderful place is such a a short walk away. Will come back with the family.

I’ve been waiting an year to go to Ceresis and it was totally worth the waiting. I live in Manchester, but I’m from Rome like Marco and Valentina, the owners, and it was like going back to Rome for a moment. They’re friendly and professional and the food is great, pizza’s as light as air. But the best part for me is that their shop is precisely what I would expect to find in my hometown. If you ever want to experience real Roman street food without spending money on a plane ticket, go to Ceresis.

I'm from Rome, and finally here I am at home, authentic food truthers, the lady named Valentina knows more than the cookbook, their pizza is fantastic, I recommend the porchetta because they make it themselves and it is better than that of Ariccia, high recommendation if you like to eat well

We’re very lucky to have this little gem in Sale Moor. We go back as often as we can, the last time we went we had three different delicious pizza slices (toppings including courgettes, Parma ham, potatoes, sausage, broccoli and pumpkin!) and an amazing lemon Italian profiterole. Very friendly and authentic Italian experience, feels like a little holiday every time we go!

Had heard really good things about Ceresis. Popped in for the first time after my lad had done his athletics training nearby for a couple of slices. The pizza is incredible, absolutely delicious and what a nice bloke that runs the place, really friendly and a good laugh. We will be back for sure, pretty sure my lad will try and get me to pop in every Tuesday on the way back from athletics now!

Best Roman pizza you’ll find in UK. the owners are really friendly and always open to have a chat but the pizza is the best thing you can find. I go from Leeds to Manchester just for the pizza.

We only moved to Sale Moor a few months ago but Ceresis has become a weekly habit. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We have essentially tried the full menu at this stage but particular shout out to the pizza, coffee and focaccia. A real gem within the community

I went to this shop which represents a small space of Italy in the heart of Sale Moor. The characteristics of this shop are the Owners, Valentina and Marco because they prepare specialities and run their business with a lot of passion. They are very friendly warm and genuine. You can feel the true taste of Italy when you try their specialties. They prepare an authentic Italian Rome Pizza from Bonci School, focaccia ( spelt focaccia is the must) and amazing sweets.( Nutella croissant or Crema Croissant) Ceresis is the best place in Manchester to find these kinds of specialties. I highly recommend visiting this shop and trying everything! Thank you Valentina e Marco!

A truly authentic taste of Italy with warm friendly service. Located in way system in Sale Moor, this little gem sells the most amazing authentic Italian, street food, coffee and breakfast. It’s also very well priced. Marco and Valentina are incredibly friendly and passionate about the food they provide. If you are in the area or just want some amazing Italian food, Ceresis is a must visit. After living in Italy for over three years, this is my new favourite cafe.

Just popped in for a little something for breakfast. I have just had the best chocolate filled croissant I’ve ever had and the chocolate and orange blossom cannoli was to die for! I will be a regular customer from now on! Not tried the pizza yet (this will be remedied very soon!) but I believe they are exceptional. The owner is a bright bubbly beautiful Italian lady who shows real passion in her produce. Well worth a stop off in Sale Moor to sample these amazing treats. What a great find

First time we’ve tried Ceresis but definitely won’t be the last! We had gorgeous pizza loaded with salami and n’duja, an incredible porchetta and potato sandwich on focaccia, and a huge fat cannolo. The owners were so lovely and welcoming too. Just perfect

In an unassuming location tucked into a row of shops in the one way system in Sale Moor is the most amazing pizza take away. Pizza as you have never eaten before. Authentic, homemade by the Italian owners and SO delicious. If you have room I can recommend the homemade cannoli too! The downside, once you have eaten this pizza you will never again be satisfied with pizza from one of the pizza chains or supermarket.

Absolutely amazing quality food at a reasonable price! The pizzas here are incredible and you can have basically whatever you want on top. The staff are extremely friendly and although it can be a bit overwhelming with the choice, you’ll be in safe hands! I’d suggest going with that they recommend as they know best 👌🏻we did and have no regrets. Also the desserts are absolutely amazing, you might be a bit full by then though!

This is the third time we have bought pizzas here. They are absolutely delicious and unlike anything you buy from the usual pizza shops or supermarket. If you haven’t tried them yet, authentic Italian pizza, I urge you to try them. You will taste what you’ve been missing.

Was fantastic. The lady behind counter was very kind & friendly, excellent customer service. We had margarita & mushroom pizza, both delicious. The base was crunchy on top and cakey in the middle. Plus they were reasonably priced. Will come again very soon.

Nipped in here for a quick on-the-go pic nic lunch today, it looks so much nicer than Gregg's next door, and I had been intrigued since it opened. I bought 2 slices and scoffed one in the car, it was delicious cold. So nice, I saved the other slice and went back for 2 more to warm up for tea. We will most definitely go back, looking forward to trying other items off the menu than pizza.

Nice Italian people, they can put anything you like on the pizza. There are a lot of food I have no idea what they are, and I would like to try them all. Pizza dough is spongey and crispy outside, cheese from Italy taste amazing full of flavour, it is like a concentrated mozzarella cheese, with tons of flavour. I would highly recommend it, but it takes 20mins to make a pizza, may get some of the ready ones if in hurry.
