Central Park Cafe is such a beautiful place filled with such kind and passionate staff. It’s the perfect location to bring your furry friends and I am not joking when I say that your dog will be treated like royalty! Their coffee and food is fabulous, nothing is ever too much trouble and the constant smiles on all of the girls faces just says it all. Special mention to Katie the business owner who never fails to brighten up my mornings!! X - Han

Cafe is wonderful the girls that work there are so friendly and welcoming but today a woman with blond hair in a bun and wearing a green dress made me feel very unwelcome and couldn’t even force a smile or good morning and basically looks at everyone like cat poo Learn some customer service skills like the other lovely girls that work there !! Such a shame and cheer up !!!

Celebrated my little doggies 3rd birthday here and it was so good. The staff had kindly decorated the table and provided party bags for all dogs invited! Food for both us and the dogs was excellent. We were even able to order a doggy cake! We had such a lovely afternoon. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Central Park Cafe is a lovely friendly place in Chelmsford Essex. They do really nice food and are very dog friendly. 🐕 my friend helped organise a Pawty at the cafe for my 16yr old dog Tessie and it was wonderful ❤ banners, balloons, cake, party hats etc. Katie and her girls all love dogs and make you and them very welcome. We even had a 'peanut butter + sausage' birthday cake. Even if you have no furry friend to take with you, it is a lovely place to spend a relaxing meal 😌 thankyou Central Park Cafe xxx

Lovely cafe in a sweet location. A real asset of Chelmsford. I've been here a lot and every single interaction with the staff has been lovely; they really seem happy to work there. Food is lovely and menu is great. Kids boxes in particular are great value. They sell duck food as well which is lovely for the neighbouring lake. We often go to the park, visit the cafe, and then feed the ducks. It's a lovely loop if you've got young children. They are (very) dog friendly and even have a dog menu I think. We aren't dog people but have friends that are and appreciate that it's nice to have this place to take them. Just know there are always lots of dogs there if your child is nervous around them like mine is, so you can pick them up or keep them at a distance from the dogs. They do get really busy but we always try and avoid peak times and have always got table inside or out. If not then you've got the park or plenty of benches and can get a takeaway to have a picnic instead. Oh also the Ferrero Rochet hot chocolate they did as a special at Christmas was INSANE and please do it again this year!

Great for lunch when the weather is good- delicious sandwiches and very good service in a lovely park location. Dog friendly

In Chelmsford with a friend for the first time in 40 years! Great spot for a coffee particularly on a sunny day. Nice atmosphere and noticed that it was also very dog friendly if you have your pooch with you.

I went there to meet a customer who recommended the cafe. What a great little place . The staff were so friendly and the food was great. Well worth a visit.

They hosted my dog Teds 2nd birthday and laid on a wonderful Pawty with a cake and pup cakes for his friends! Can’t recommend this place enough they also cater for adults and in the summer open late for pizza in the park.

This is a fantastic cafe in the park that I visit most days. The coffee is great, and so is the food, by the highlight is the brilliant customer service and dog-friendly environment. Would recommend for anyone enjoying a peaceful afternoon in the park
