No volveré.

Wasn't that impressed with this place until I had the Ortiz anchoives on bread. Wow. Had a lot of Spanish anchoives over the summer and most were impressive. This took it to a new level. These were simply served straight out of the tin on perfectly soft and simple white crusty bread. Worth travelling for.

Quaint little place ticked off the high street on Voltaire Road. Nice menu combining cheese, charcuterie and a fine selection of wines. I popped in for breakfast and sampled a fine coffee along with a ham and Emmental toasted sandwich served by a pleasant and sunny waitress. Easy listening music played over the quality sound system completed the effect. I can imagine this is a buzzy little haunt for locals as the sun sets and the cool set venture out to play, eat food and sip wine. Nice!

Great little spot. Lovely ambience and community feel, but most importantly a gorgeous wine list with a great selection of organic/biodynamic wines made by people who really care about wine. I can't believe another reviewer said the wine list was only suitable for a pub. Such nonsense! I would love to know where that pub is. Clapham is so lucky to have a wine bar like this.

I am reluctant to write a review because I honestly don't want everyone else finding out about this lovely bar. A lovely, cosy wine bar with charming staff that know the wines and what to recommend. It's great value, the cocktails are fantastic and the nibbles are delicious. I'm so pleased this is on my doorstep.

In our experience please ignore the one star rating someone gave !! - surely cannot be a serious review. This is a lovely cosy wine bar serving excellent wines. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Extra bonus : free cheese with our bottle of sparkling rose. Great start to the evening

Visited with my wife. We had been looking around Clapham for somewhere to eat on a Thursday night but chanced upon Cellar and decided to concentrate on a liquid dinner with snacks. We were a little worried at first. The only other occupants were two couples who were either interviewing each other or had been brought together by Match.Com. That aside the two staff members were excellent and we ended up having a really good couple of hours - a bottle of wine and the cheese board. Wine list was good and not crazily expensive. A cheese board which includes Comte is always a winner with me. My advice to Claphamers is to make sure this little gem is appropriately patronised. It would be a terrible shame if the internet daters stopped turning up and the pubs and restaurants consumed the attention of other punters.

My friends and I found this place for a few mid-week glasses of wine after work last year. It was a good location near Clapham North tube, and Clapham High St overground stations, it was a great location between where we all live. We now make a point to go back about once a month. It has a good selection of wine, and we often indulge in a cheese board or two! Great place for snacks and drinks, but not a restaurant.

I pop into Cellar SW4 quite regularly with work colleagues. The service is always wonderful, I've never been met with anything but a warm welcome and speedily procured snacks and vino. The wine list is varied and interesting, and the staff are knowledgeable. Their takeaway offer is excellent and my only wish is that there be more places like this for an after work beverage in in Clapham North!

Great little spot bringing some much needed sophistication to the Clapham High Street area. Will definitely be going back for a few pre Christmas drinks!

Loved stumbling upon this place two days ago - the mulled wine was delicious and came in some snazzy little porcelain cups with a gingerbread biscuit. We were tempted by a second round after only one sip! highly recommend!

Marto absolutely amazing during our visit! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and looked after us with genuine care and attention. His friendly personality, professionalism, and great recommendations really elevated our experience. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do and puts so much effort into making sure guests have a great time. Thank you, Marto — you made our visit unforgettable!

Bar s so great ! Garden is big and food is very good! Would give 5 stars but staff litteraly hate their job and give a bad service. Slow even when you are the only one standing at the bar

The SLOWEST service I've ever received. Confusion on orders between staff. Extremely laid back even though I said I was in a hurry to the airport. Their poor hospitality cost me £114 in a cab.

I’ve been here on two occasions and have had bad experiences with the staff. On my first visit, I was waiting at the till for quite a while, while the 3-4 members of staff pretty much ignored me. When one of them finally served me, I wasn’t greeted, just asked ‘what do you want?’ and then made to feel like I was being an inconvenience. During my second visit, I tried to pay by Amex, and was told pretty rudely by the middle-aged guy serving that ‘we don’t accept Amex, we shouldn’t have to pay for your points’. Don’t get me wrong, I TOTALLY understand when places don’t accept Amex, especially small businesses, and I usually always ask - but this cafe has an Amex branded umbrella stand and an Amex Open/Close sign in the door. You can also let customers know that you don’t accept Amex politely, the guys rude attitude really put me off ever coming back again (and isn’t negative experience with the service isn’t a one-off if you read other people’s reviews). Surely being rude to customers actually does more damage to a small business than ‘paying for points’ ever will.
