The food was great! We didn’t have to wait long for the food to come! Moses served us, he was very friendly! We would recommend this place to eat and we definitely would come back to this place when we’re in London

Nice place, good food, fast service and really nice people

We are visiting London for a few days and chose All Bar One instead of the hotel breakfast. On the first day we both had a Full English and it was delicious but could have been warmer for my preference. The coffee served is Lavazza. On our second day I had the Bacon and Maple French toast and it was unfortunately a little disappointing with only one piece of streaky bacon. The second days full English breakfast was really good. Atmosphere is perfect for a festive time of year and the place has lovely stylish festive decorations. The staff are friendly and Moses was so polite and personable. Our 20% off Blue Light discount was an added bonus!

The manager was exceptionally rude! Our table had been given to another party (as explained by another member of staff, and as evidenced on their booking system), but the manager was aggressive and rude when our party of 8 said we weren’t happy with a booth fit for 6 people (max). Took ages to get our drinks (don’t order at the bar, it takes forever!). A hostile and unpleasant experience!

Came to All Bar One Waterloo and had Amazing and Easy time. Loved my Latte made for me. Was able to crack on with my work and enjoy the lovely atmosphere. Thank you so much Team! XX

An abysmal experience yesterday. After finally tracking down a menu and, being told to stand at different sections of the bar to order, Prakhar served us and was clearly struggling with trying to do too many things at the same time. I repeated my order and table number several times and still had to make numerous corrections as drinks were made. He'd already started serving another customer before I even had my receipt and offered nothing from a customer service point of view. This became even more evident as the wrong food was brought three times, each occasion with no napkins, cutlery or asking if we needed any sauces / condiments, etc. Staff seemed absolutely bewildered, there's clearly underlying issues impacting the processes in place at all stages. ~£5 post-mix large soft drinks are 75% ice, a nice little hustle. The final problem was the basic focaccia with oil that came as some kind of chicken sandwich. When replaced the "focaccia" was like a dry crust of basic white bread cut into four, an absolute joke. Even basics like the fish finger bun were badly made, overcooked, dry fish fingers with a sponge-like centre, nachos came as a miserly portion bereft of toppings and, £70+ down for lunch for 4 we all left disappointed. All the staff seemed miserable, overwhelmed, undertrained and unable to deal with issues. Even the music was bizarre, an alternating playlist of "banging dance" and generic Christmas stuff, just odd. If I hadn't already paid I would have considered not doing so, it was that bad. If you're in the area I would seriously recommend avoiding this place. They're apparently offering free drinks to customers in return for good reviews, hence the 5* ones from first time contributers that name specific staff members, a shady practice to boost their average rating. Don't bother with your generic copy and paste lip service response All Bar One, you clearly don't mean a word of it.

Came for bottomless. Good food, service took a moment to get going but once drinks arrived the waitress Amma was good at keeping the table topped up and was very attentive.

We went in there to shelter from the awful storm outside and probably so did half of the city as the bar was packed. The drinks were good but unfortunately they ran out of espresso martinis and it was quite early in the day as well. The staff kept trying to take chairs away from the table even though we were a bigger group and some of us were already standing. Haven’t tried the food but the rice crisps and olives were yummy.

Food is absolutely disgusting. Cold, over cooked king prawns. No garlic and chilli sauce. No cutlery, serviettes of check back given. Fries were edible though 😂

The food was quite good, but after waiting a long time for someone to come with our food, bringing the drink, they dumped it all on me and my little son, they apologized and that's it, everyone is happy. With how cold it is outside I have to be wet outside. They should at least be more friendly and ask us if we are okay or something.... Terrible service

Really nice atmosphere, really nice cocktails. We had a couple of the signature ones. Looked nice and tasted just as good. We had some small plates. Really nice and filled a gap before moving on. Service was good too, I thought the ‘free shots for a review’ was a bit tacky though. Besides that it was really lovely!

scam It is a complete scam, very expensive, about 60 euros for three pieces of toast that were sweet on top when we ordered bacon. We also asked for scrambled egg on each piece of toast and they put nothing and less. On top there were only two slices of bacon. The juice was bric, it wasn't even natural, 60 euros for this, a shame and a scam

We’ve stepped in by the chance for the rainy evening, we have a friend who’s celebrating the birthday and visiting London. After a very stressful day Anton is the man who made our night ! Even if the kitchen was closed he made ( with the approval of his manager Grace ) a brownie just to make our friend celebrate and happy. I work in the hospitality and I very well know how some days can be heavy and Anton is definitely the right attitude everybody should have in this field. Was pleasantly surprised AllBarOne did food. They have an online allergen menu, so I knew before booking they could cater for gluten free. Food was delicious, nice atmosphere, but not too loud for a catch-up. Also had a lovely waiter Rishi serving our table. Would recommend

Bit disappointed with the food and service this visit. The steak was a visibly low quality stringy fatty thin piece of meat. A side with my main had run out which is fine, what's not fine is others on my table had finished their meals as my main arrived 40mins later than theirs and being told as I'm handed the plate I'd have to go to the bar and ask for the side to be refunded. This then involved waiting at the bar to be 'served' and a further wait for a manager. Querying something about my plate the waiter advised he's not the chef - weird.
