Marto absolutely amazing during our visit! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and looked after us with genuine care and attention. His friendly personality, professionalism, and great recommendations really elevated our experience. Nice atmosphere, advertised happy hour for cocktails on website but unable to get onsite? Very disappointed with the false advertisement as would have spent all night in the bar.

Just visited for early dinner and drinks. Dean was lovely on the bar, checking for allergens before I had even ordered food. Great service, perfect pour on my pints. Hannah great floor service & lovely chat after our meal, making sure everything was good for us. Fantastic food from chef, best burger (Korean BBQ) I've had for a very long time. 10/10 would recommend :) thanks guys!

I came here with a friend who has a nut allergy and they were really accommodating with it - they made sure that the food was specially prepared and went above and beyond to avoid contamination. We both had the bacon cheeseburger and the burgers were really nice. The chips were a little overdone but for the price and in the area it was a nice meal.

One of my worst experience. I booked a table online, we waited at the reception for 5 minutes to be seated and no one came, although employees were obviously not busy. At one point, an employee came close to us but acted rather rudely and did not talk to us or even care about us. We left and found another much nicer restaurant where we felt welcome.

Hannah was the only reason I’m giving 5 star review, she was amazing! When we didn’t get our drinks, she literally went and made them for us!

Me, my girlfriend and some friends went for bottomless brunch on Saturday 26th April. The food was way better than I expected it to be, and the portions were ver generous. The portions were delicious, but beyond that our member of staff- Hannah- was out of this word. Very funny, and made sure we were looked after incredibly well. Give her a promotion!

Anton most outstanding Bartendender/Waiter who showed excellent hospitality skills for our party this evening. Thank you - we will return!

Really not a good experience!! There were so many items not available on the menu, there was no ‘reasonably’ priced wine available so we had to spend an extra £10 (making it £40 for a bottle) just to get a bottle! We were told that owing to the lack of options on the food and wine menu we would receive a 20% discount when in reality the total amount was reduced by 2%!

Attention ⚠️ the appearance is deceptive. The atmosphere is really nice. Accordingly, the 2 stars. For everything else, it's honestly a bit strange. We ordered food and drinks. The food was brought to our table, but strangely enough the drinks weren't. These were ready to serve on the tray for 20 minutes... no one felt responsible. We ordered at the table using the QR code and payment was also made there. What surprised me was that since we also gave tips, no one felt responsible for us. I then brought the drinks to the table myself and they didn't taste good either. Neither the cocktails nor the draft beer. The food just wasn't good either! Sorry, no recommendation here!

Served by Jimbo, the big boss. Great knowledge of wines. He guided us through the extensive menu and asked us lots of questions to work out what would suit our palettes the best. Ended up with a lime cordial

A rather cozy and subdued atmosphere despite the size of the room, honest fish and chips, and above all attentive service provided that evening by Lisa, who was able to advise us on beers and was particularly attentive to our comfort and any possible food allergies. Thanks Lisa, you've been so nice to us!

Ordered the chicken and bacon focaccia from the lunch menu. Bread was wet and not toasted and had been defrosted. The chicken was dry and uneatable even with sauce. Ordered the Mac & Cheese omg that was totally vile. Plastic cheese melted in the microwave. Wouldn't use this place for food again. Moses the shift manager came over to discuss the issues raised from the quality of food and asked for detailed feedback to give to the kitchen. He was amazing with his customer service and honestly was unexpected but appreciated that he wanted to listen and take on the feedback.
