All Bar One Waterloo in Lambeth

Zero, I didn't like anything, I ordered 2 beers and a snack that took a while to arrive, I asked 3 employees about my order, none of them knew anything, in the end it came, it didn't exceed my expectations, I didn't like it and then I left without eating. Because I forgot something inside I went back. The manager apologized and gave me my money back.

Rishi was brilliant. Absolute star. Really looked after our party. Thank you. Made our visit memorable.

We had a lovely meal at all bar one today. The weather was wonderful outside and the service from Lindsay was equally as lovely!! Everything served with a smile and all requests met with consideration and ease. Would come back just for Lindsay’s service alone. 10/10!!!

Visited for drinks only, Warm welcome, staff were very friendly. Lots of choice of drinks to suit whatever occasion it is. Cocktails were awesome! Order via the website/qr code on the table, or you go to the bar.

For a bar that’s not either spoons nor a Michelin star restaurant, this place is right up your street. With great food and a good wine bar nice place atmosphere it’s the perfect place to be in the middle. The staff especially Lindsay (our server) are great, really good place to be for a relaxing Sunday evening. Thank you

Fabulous service! Especially from Anton & Angel, they were so kind and friendly! Wonderful place.

Booked a table on the day for 6:30 pm. Show up, waiting while 2 managers try to find the booking, eventually say it isn’t in the system (we did show confirmation.) We end up on a high top. Orders only taken via QR code and table number. Food arrived, no drinks. Server gets the manager who questions if we ordered any drinks with our food? Sure, we came to a bar just for the cauliflower bites. As they are scratching their heads, another server arrives with our wine- “Sorry, the ticket didn’t print up.” The systems don’t work, the team don’t seem able to sort out the glitches, just keep asking you to show on your phone that you booked a table, ordered drinks. The actual server was trying her best to be helpful but the leadership and the software were completely useless. Noisy, crowded and non functioning. It’s a shame. Cauliflower bites were nice.

Clean, comfortable and great service from grace and team. Had never considered all bar one for a business meeting (coffee shop across the way was rammed) so pleasantly surprised!

Grace is friendly and welcoming. She has excellent customer service and the best service I have ever received. We just mentioned it was my birthday and she came out with plate saying happy birthday and a lovely dessert on it.

Great service and seated quickly by a young lady, I was nervous being out with a 1 year old but Anton put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Showing us where baby changing unit was, taking our orders and helpful with the offers. He checked in on us regularly and was on it making sure every customer was tended to and the two other staff were ok too. Anton made our experience today and a big thank you 🙏

We have a monthly get together at All Bar One Waterloo with my Sailing family . We've been going there for over 4 years. Staff are always friendly and helpful, food is great and wide variety of drinks. 👏

Fantastic service from Lindsay at All Bar One Waterloo. Super friendly and helpful. Would come again. Was a quiet lunch time visit so atmosphere I’m sure is more present in the evening but couldn’t fault the food.

Went here on Monday 13th January 2025 for lunch with my wife and little boy. The food was really tasty. Decor is lovely. Lindsay who served us was fantastic, very polite and friendly. Really loved the chilli puffs, I think that's what they're called, they were like crisps, very moorish.

We are visiting London for a few days and chose All Bar One instead of the hotel breakfast. On the first day we both had a Full English and it was delicious but could have been warmer for my preference. The coffee served is Lavazza. On our second day I had the Bacon and Maple French toast and it was unfortunately a little disappointing with only one piece of streaky bacon. The second days full English breakfast was really good. Atmosphere is perfect for a festive time of year and the place has lovely stylish festive decorations. The staff are friendly and Moses was so polite and personable. Our 20% off Blue Light discount was an added bonus!

The food and my hot chocolate were very delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is super cozy, and the service is friendly and pleasant.

The manager was exceptionally rude! Our table had been given to another party (as explained by another member of staff, and as evidenced on their booking system), but the manager was aggressive and rude when our party of 8 said we weren’t happy with a booth fit for 6 people (max). Took ages to get our drinks (don’t order at the bar, it takes forever!). A hostile and unpleasant experience!

We had our work Christmas meal here and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was lovely and Lindsay our server was great.
