All Bar One Waterloo in Lambeth

Going to be careful with review as lots of 5 stars so might have just gone at wrong moment Called in for a quick beer, no table service visible, went to bar, got a beer (3.80 for a half), many of tables had dirty glasses on, looked like after a party, music loud, wifi login was impossible as needed 4G to get email to complete etc. (and could not get mobile signal) Toilets were clean, it was busy Maybe I'm just not used to London

Compliments to Amma and the chef, excellent customer service from Amma, she is a credit to your team and the food was amazing. Thank you again.

The food was overrall good but the halloumi tastes so much like fish, we had two servings and both tasted the same as if they were cooked in the same dish as the prawns

During our visit to London, the service at ALL BAR ONE was excellent, especially for the service provided by Moses when he welcomed us.

Waste of time and money, ridiculously small portions for an exorbitant cost. Worst restaurant I've had in London, and I've had some catastrophic ones...

No warning before looking at menu but on trying to order finding they did not have half the food items available and shocking variety or options for those who are vegetarian, vegan or food intolerance. Staff look dead inside and would rather be anywhere else. This is worst bar one I have ever been too

We came to the waterloo branch & was warmed welcomed by Rishi, we booked for bottomless brunch, everything spot on cleanliness staffing and food nothing to complain about 👌🏼

The place is nice and the food is good but it took them 40 minutes to bring us two brunch dishes and 4 coffees… The entire service was very slow. Plus you order from a QR and they charge you before, so you can't leave. Very bad service, not worth it.

Came here for the bottomless brunch with 3 of my friends and we had a great time! Rishi was such an amazing waiter and made sure we were looked after the entire time, we can't sing his praises enough! The food was good and had lovely experience overall. Very impressed for bottomless brunch of a random Wednesday!

Rishi & Martinhe provided great service. Food and drinks were all great. Would recommend for anyone needing a spot of lunch or a drink near Waterloo.

Great venue...more business oriented venue but it's lovely. Have had breakfast and lunch there and it is really great. Good food. Great service definitely recommended

Very slow service, rude bartenders and overall mediocre experience. Not worth your money and not worth the 35 minute wait for a drink.

Very chill, nice vibe. Dimly lit and not crowded at all. The food was good as well as the music, however— it took an oddly long time for my food to come out when the bar/ restaurant was barely full of visitors. My fries were not hot by the time I received them and the bun of my burger was a bit soggy as if it had been sitting. Moses, was extremely helpful in making sure our table area was cleaned and prepared before dining. He was very kind and personable overall.

Great environment and vibes for a impromptu night out. Our bartender provided great service and looked after us all night. Highly recommend!

Good to see a number of vegan options on the menu. I opted for the pulled Oumph! laksa coconut curry with sticky rice. It was great - really tasty and filling. The team were friendly and helpful, especially the young lady at the bar who kindly provided us with a carafe of water with lots of ice when I placed our order. She thanked me for being pleasant with her. I was shocked to hear that many customers can be rude and ill mannered. Good manners cost nothing, and those who work in hospitality are on the receiving end of some pretty nasty behaviour and attitudes. Come on people, do better. It can make a big difference to someone's day in the way you treat them. Be kind.

My friend and I visited a bar today and had a terrible experience. I had placed my office-branded bag aside, as there were no hooks under the table to hang it. Unfortunately, a group of two to three people set up a trap and stole my bag. There was no security present at the bar at the time. Thankfully, someone alerted me, and I managed to chase down the robbers and retrieve my bag from them outside to the bar. Trust me it was horrible, hotel management can check on CCTV, I hope at least they have that working, I can't trust. This incident happened in a prime area and at a well-known bar, which made the experience even more shocking. I reported it to informed the hotel manager, but she was surprisingly nonchalant about the whole situation. Instead of taking proper action, she casually offered my friend and me a Coca-Cola. It’s unbelievable that such an expensive establishment lacks basic security for the bar, allowing something like this to happen in broad daylight around 5:30 PM. The bar management showed no courtesy or concern for the situation, they ahem to hire security on priority and have two look at this incident as it might be life threatening been somehow managed.

Poorest Old Fashioned in a long time and very expensive £11.50 each, we ordered 3 to the table all short measures and lots of ice and extremely sugar syrupy.

Our server and host was Amma. Jolly and wonderful lady. We had bit confusion and she helped us resolve the issue.

Food was lukewarm and sub standard our drinks were brought and just dumped on the edge of the table no hello here’s your drinks no smile nothing and we didn’t even get glasses with our drinks?! Would not recommend or visit again.

Group visit. Great hospitality from the team. Kyle was looking after us and did a great job. Ambience at the outlet is fun. I will definitely use this venue again to meet a group of friends.

We do regular meet up here and always had a great time. Always get our reserved spot and the service is impeccable, hence why we keep returning

Very enjoyable visit for good cocktails and tasty food that was well presented, served fast and sensibly priced. It's a busy place and could do with more staff as the team were chasing their tails on service. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and there was obvious attention to detail, which is impressive given how much was going on.

We popped in for lunch as e were in the area. We hadn’t booked but were seated in the table service area without question. The restaurant was pleasantly cool and our waitress was polite, attentive and prompt in taking our orders, clearing the table and bringing our bill on request. The food was very tasty and absolutely as billed. The desert to share was excellent value for money.
