Terrible, under cooked chips, poor quality meat that was burnt, no salad even though asked.

My favourite pizza place! The pricing on everything is fantastic value for money, especially in this economy, and the food has never disappointed me, always tasting great! The staff are friendly and you get served very quickly. I definitely recommend!

Very good value. I'm staying in the area and got a meal deal with pizza, garlic bread, donner meat, salad etc. We were really impressed, dough tasted fresh, plenty of toppings, cooked to order. The derna pizza was so nice, the garlic butter really make it unique, would highly recommend! Thanks again!

Decided to try this one tonight for a change, ordered a bbq base chicken & donner Pizza deal, which included cheesy garlic bread a portion of chips donner meat pitta bread and a sauce, the food was very well presented, pizza first taste was OK, the only disappointing thing was it was 95% done some parts are softer than others, and I didn't recieve a BBQ base I had the tomato normal base which I can't stand, none the less it was tasty I did eat it, chips well who doesn't love cheesy chips ( I asked for this instead of garlic bread) which wasn't charged for, chips tasted good chunky chips cooked decent, the kebab meat was pretty tasty as was the garlic dip. Rating out of 5 I'd give it a 4* slight room for improvement but I would eat out here again, thanks guys only thing I'd ask is next time I get a BBQ base 😂 but in all fairness it was decent! Cheers

Probably the best pizza I’ve had

Food was ok. Had a mixed kebab with chicken and doner. Chicken was nice but doner wasn't great. Cheese chips were also not great. Just an average kebab shop nothing really bad but nothing great either.

Can’t beat castle pizza best pizza shop in Barnsley hello castle pizza

Arrived in Barnard Castle at 10pm, having skipped dinner on the drive from York. Castle Pizza was one of the few places still open. Ordered chicken kebabs and a pizza for our group and they both were delicious. Wait time and pricing were both reasonable.

Castle Pizza never disappoints. In my opinion the best Kebab and Parmo in Barnard Castle. I don't do Pizza takeaway but I'm confident they will be up there with the best. The staff are friendly and the service is quick so give them a go you won't be disappointed.

Always use Castle Pizza for our takeaway nights. Staff and food are brilliant every single time. Plus the best garlic sauce I've ever tasted! 😋

Richmond is a lovely town and Castle Pizza food is lovely too.

We had a takeaway from here over the bank holiday weekend and the food was absolutely great! Service very friendly and the chicken wrap was just amazing. Definitely give these guys a try if your in the area!

Nice staff... But food below average... kebab meat was dry and possibly days old as it was like cardboard. Would not recommend for the price and others available...but staff again we're nice.

Best pizza shop in barnard castle

Great place to eat. Lovely people and great service. Very nice and hygienic in the building and a regular paint job is often done which makes the place great whenever you go in more times. Great menu for those who are picky with what they want, lots of options including a side menu for vegetarian options. Not too sure why people are getting upset with the service, I live in barny and i go know the people well and the place is busy 24/7 so you have to cut them some slack if they are rushed as they are dealing with lots of orders. 5 stars, great place.

I can see why no-one else has submitted a review, but I'll admit my mistake. I just wanted a straight forward takeaway pizza, nothing much. The staff were less than welcoming. One walked away part way through taking my order. Another took over and just shook her head and kept saying 'are you sure it was here?' How difficult is it to understand that someone walks into a high street pizza shop to order a pizza? But clearly few people stumble in here, and orders all come via phone and apps. There's a long menu, lengthened by the variety of kebab and parma options. The ubiquitous green food hygiene rating sticker was remarkably absent, but I'll assume that it had one or two stars as it was still open. The toppings were fine ... sadly the base was rather chewy. Maybe I called in at a bad time.
