my food didn't turn up . I required a refund . very poor

would have gave it a 4.5 if possible. salad wasn't the best but everything else was spot on.

The food was early but that was good. My son enjoyed his meal more than i did. I have ordered from here many times but it just seems to be getting poorer quality. I ordered cheesecake and it was frozen solid so couldnt have that for almost two hours. Its 3.50 for two pieces and the cheesecake is such poor quality. I was really disappointed with my meal tonight. Sorry to have to say that ☹️

The food has been amazing we have tried different meals me and my missus and all been excellent the only thing is donner meat is a bit chewy needs to be fresh but still get 5* from me because Guisborough doesn't have a good parmo shop and it was outstanding and that is coming from a parmo critic. Very well done 👏✔

We have always used Castellos & enjoyed the food. However the last twice we've ordered online & both times there's been things missing. Didn't let them know the first time as I put it down to being a one off mistake. The second time it happened I'd even placed a note on the order to ensure it didn't happen again but they missed something else off. Contacted them this time as the money adds up when they're charging you for items not being recieved. They asked us to take all of the food back so they could rectify the order. I advised that with a hangry family who had already got stuck in that I wasn't taking it all back for the sake of a topping being missed off a pizza. This seemed like over kill as the rest of the food would have been ruined by the time we got to eat it. The guy I spoke to advised me to put a note on the order next time. I told him I'd already put a note on today's order & it made no difference as it seems nobody reads them. I asked if they could refund us (on principle) or deduct it from our next order but advised they couldn't do this. No good will gesture offered. Even a can of cola would have gone some way to smooth things but on the back of the poor (repetitive) service we will be going elsewhere in the future.

Food very nice just was not hot enough but other than that great

Part of the order was missing, but was sent out later, food was very bland, all 3 meals went in the bin.

Not too happy with the chicken wrap and chips. Just 4 pieces of chargrill chicken in a wrap and that’s it for £6 was a disappointment.

Delicious kebabs. Chilli sauce tasted super fresh and zingy definitely recommend.

Always order from Castellos, however this evening was very disappointed, Chicken wrap had hardly any chicken in it and the salad was literally lettuce and Babbage, no where near the usual standard of food that I receive , extremely unhappy !!

I have been ordering from castello for some time and this has been the first time they accidentally sent a wrong item, i rang the restaurant and they were extreamly polite and apologetic and sent the correct item within 5mins i was very impressed with the service the food speaks for its self its very nice but the service is also excellent 👌

Only downfall is you can't pay by card in the shop. Theres no mention of this when ordering. Luckily the cash machine outside was working

The food was horrible. Chips not cooked properly. Some were hard in the middle!! The Parmesan well where do I begin. The chicken breast was hard in the majority of the parmo, in which it put me off the rest of the food. The bechamel sauce was runny. Very disappointed as have ordered from here in the past an never had problems with the food! Thought we had finally found our new favourite take away. Looks like we will be looking elsewhere now!

CUSTOMERS ALWAYS WRONG . Ordered chicken kebab for collection drove 4 miles to collect it and then 4 miles to take it back to my parents only to find they not put any garlic sauce in and instead 2 chilli which I don’t like. I then phoned and complained after making sure it was wrong order. I spoke to staff member who ordered to replace the chilli for garlic which would mean a 8 mile round trip and my chicken kebab freezing cold so I asked for replacement kebab so it’s hot and I’ll bring old one back but was told no we won’t do that for you so basically enjoy your nice cold kebab but don’t worry we can change your sauce pathetic service avoid and will never use these again unreal customer service 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Enjoyed a chicken and donner wrap, the donner meat was the best I've had in ages and the chicken was delicious too. Needs a bit of tomato and a few onions in the salad not just lettuce. Very good though.

Meal took well over 1 hour when app said 45 minutes... you need to update the time on your app... was cold when arrived so maybe too many meals given to 1 driver? Nice meal tho other than that sorry 😞

Asked for only half of pepperoni on my Parmesan and it came with pepperoni on all of it. The Parmesan tasted horrible and the salad had a fowl smell and was stale.

The only thing letting it down was the chips, defo had better from here in the past, must have been an off day for chips. Normally delicious!!

Always order from here and not usually a problem today was different , 30 mins late , pizza stone cold , free bottle of coke didn’t arrive and after asking driver politely about it he said he would drop one off and you guessed it that never happened. This was the result of a 16:45 timed order which I don’t believe will be rush hour so I don’t really know what’s gone wrong today ! Will try again with them one more time and if same thing happens I won’t be using again I’m afraid. Poor compared to normal .

Pepperoni pizza was spot on - not greasy, decent base and very tasty. Really enjoyed the food and will definitely be ordering again (came highly recommended by a friend and they were right!).

Can't comment on food quality as still not arrived! Contacted restaurant who advised it was on route. Still waiting

2 hours 30 minutes and still no food arrived

Waited two hours for food,. Delivery driver rang to say he was here, wasn’t actually here, gave him basic directions to house (had deliveries from here a few times no issues) and he just didn’t bother to come at all!

Thought I would try this,after getting recommended by several people,and being fed up with my usual takeaways quality going down. I got a meal deal, parmo,tomato garlic bread,and extra chips. I should have seen it coming,as I opened the bag,and was greeted with a carton seeping fat/grease from the jebab meat..but undeterred,I went along,and tried to enjoy the food. The tomato garlic bread was not bad..but I can honestly say that everything else,swimming in grease,the parmo,with burnt crispy bits,and topping like mush was without doubt THE WORST i have ever had. I tried,and failed to eat my bit of parmo,and slices of pizza..and my stomach has been churning all night after. Very disappointed,and I am pulling up my son and friends on their recommendations..did I just get a really bad night?,their worst ever?..my stomach says never try again.. honestly

Unreal! Food came early which was a bonus, parmo was piping hot and spot on probs one of the best I’ve had in guis, pizza was really good too and Order came 35 mins early too which was a bonus, all round real good and will be using again

the food was awful , the chips were cold . the garlic bread was stodgy even though i asked for really thin , it was burnt on the outside and not cooked in the middle .The pizza again was stodgy even though i asked for thin , faw to much tomato base on that took away the taste of the meat

I always ask for delivery ASAP. Its always a quick service. Food is excellent and I prefer Castellos to the other pizza shops in Guisborough. Friendly delivery service too.
