Caspian in Allerdale

Food arrived quickly, but when I got home I found I had a deconstructed kebab. The pita bread was extremely hard and inedible, I ended up using a tortilla wrap at home. There was a lot of Donna meat however this was sweaty. The salad was okay but on closer inspection there was a water in the salad which made it quite bland. The garlic sauce was nice and the chips were bang on! I would say don’t try it sober, have a few pints first!!

Left it a little late to find a dog friendly pub that wasn’t heaving or still serving so we decided on takeaway at our lodge. Very happy we happened upon Caspian’s driving through Wigton, easily the nicest kebab we’ve ever had

The food that turned up was decent, but not all of it arrived. Tried to call the shop immediately but it had shut as the delivery driver got lost and then blamed us at the door for putting in the wrong address despite it auto filling from the postcode and causing no issues for any other delivery service - including themselves in the past! If you do order, order collection - and make sure you check your order in front of them.

Absolutely disgusted With the state of the pizza I was served. Burnt and I mean charcoal burnt but raw underneath, taken straight back to be told oh not good will do another, no sorry, no refund offered. Absolutely disgusted and won’t be returning. How they can think it’s ok to let a pizza leave looking like that is beyond me. Avoid at all costs!!

They accepted my order and didn’t deliver it after 2 hours the shop was shut still no food waiting for a refund off Foodhub since Ahmed left the little man running the spot has ran his shop into the ground all he cares about is putting money in his pocket and yes this is named at rezah avoid this shop at all costs

Ordered a take away over the phone and didn’t get delivered said was gonna be half an hour and didn’t come

Last week ordered 1/ 2 cheese burger 1 lot chips and portion of doner meat price 10 pound got the same this week and cost 12 pound and the doner meat did not arrive with my order so i rang in only to be told the cost should be 12.60 and that is with delivery on both times

Absolute joke of a spot ordered a pizza and kebab at 9pm and no show tried contacting them several times and nothing I'm glad it was cash on delivery I'd rather chuck the money away honestly stay away from this spot

Ordered two 9 inch pizzas that cost over £18 delivered less than a mile away. the pizzas were 7.5 inch.

Shocking, how they get away with this. Astounding, my burger turned up and someone had taken a bite out of it. second time this has happened after we thought it had changed hands. Same greedy worker....... Plaque burger anyone? tipped the delivery guy too.

Disappointed tonight every Friday I order chicken bacon and ham pizza. Tonight after my usual order of chicken ham and bacon. I got home pepperoni pizza so disappointed .

Got delivery tonite.....overcharged .....food awful.....greasy......pizza looked like had been shook about ...topping all to one side....will not use again

Always quick delivery whenever we order, either via phone or just eat. The specified delivery time is always met, not like others where you have to constantly ring up and waiting for ages. One of my favourites is the fries and popcorn chicken with a garlic mayo dip. Haven't really ever had a problem with Caspian and think the service is better than the other takeaways in Wigton.

ahmed a star beat all the others in wigton cheaper better and much friendlier, wins hand down to me, wrote this after my chicken wrap.....

Cant really go into too much detail, food is what it is, nothing spectacular, just fast fried ,fatty food.Staff always helpful and pleasant ( apart from 1 very rude employee who has a reputation for his poor service skills ) Price ok , use it regularly for convenience
