An hour and a half late and food was alright at best.

food was late but would say it was worth the wait

rank rotten. worst pizza I've tasted and chips were soggy and the chicken stuff wasn't edible. avoid this place. absolute garbage.

Very late, food was bland, lamb was tough. Chicken korma zero flavour. Don't know if they sent correct Nan because with tasted exactly the same, could tell which was supposed to be garlic or cheese. Probably both were plain.

Delicious food, especially the new menu item potato fritters, with chipotle sauce. Pepperoni passion pizza was also great, as was the rest of the order as always from Caspian Tandoori. Thanks again everyone Caspian.

Food was frozen and wait time was ridiculous ordered at the back of 5pm and didn’t receive until 7.20pm

Wrong order received ,ordered kebab meal 2 , no rice,no chips,no cheese , but a pita with donner and chicken arrived

Both pizzas were burn and one had smell like perfume had been sprayed near it

Yet again an other meal delivered and it’s stone cold with makes my mind boggle as it literally across the road .

So I ordered at 18.20 said it be here 19.15-19.35 then said they needed more time, completely understandable but it didn’t come till 20.18. Some was cold and over cooked but still tasty. Won’t stop me ordering cz I love Kelly caspian.

The curly fries were good but Ive also had a pizza and ordered extra mushrooms (it already came with mushrooms) but there was barely any on it the pizza was soggy and gross as well. The garlic sauce delicious tho.

Abit gutted about the hoagie wrap, it had 4 chips when I opened it to put the sauce I ordered on. Kids meal was wonderful.

Food was cold and was sat under a heat lamp for a long time because the receipt was burned from the heat lamp (I work at a domino’s I have seen it happen when the pizza box is under the heat lamp for longer than 10 mins it will burn the receipt)

Just took delivery of a Calzone that had zero head in it and a box of chips so cold the korma sauce on top of them was congealed.

Ordered classic chicken burger on 3 occasions and each time I have received a dry bun with a dry burger on it. No lettuce or mayo although that is what is advertised. Other occasions I have ordered garlic mushrooms with dip and have received mushrooms with no garlic dip. There’s a pattern forming and it isn’t a pleasant one.

Food took over 2 hours to arrive. Missing items, wrong juice, meal deal was supposed to have chips there was a hand full at most.

Ordered at 7.15pm and arrived exactly 9.20 pm. Considering that I stay 5 minutes away me thinks l will just pick it next time......

Shocking customer service, delivery took over 2 hours. They couldn't care less when I called several times. Never again will we order from them.

Best takeaway I've had in a long time. Arrived bang on time and food was piping hot, I got the Arabian kebab (wasn't sure what to expect) but it was delicious, partner had the chicken korma and said its the best one he's ever had and filling, 100% highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!!!

If I could give six stars, I would. The Caspian is the only pizza shop for us. Great food, service and delivery.

Order was over two hours late and barely warm when it arrived. After speaking to the take away on the phone they told me they had too many orders and were busy! Not my problem I’m afraid, they should have stopped taking orders and fulfilled the ones they had. when I ordered at 6.30pm I wasn’t expecting to be heating up and trying to eat dinner at nearly 9pm. Nearly £30 for a Saturday meal that went to waste.

Food wasn’t ready when I went to collect. Got there then was told they didn’t have what I ordered. Ended up with something else which didn’t taste very good. Mixed kebab was very dry. Won’t be back

Delivery was delayed for 1 hour and 30 minute,When phoned was told we are working on it ?! Delivery is few minute down to road . Quality of the food is garbage . Some food has no salt some over salted . Couldn’t eat anything as horrible and Nan bread was like brick ,Should have checked the review before I ordered . Save your time and money order from somewhere else. This how these so called small takeaway lose regular local business .

Probably best quality of food in the area, but whether it’s worth waiting an hour and a half each time (on numerous occasions) I’m unsure..

Wrong food and wasn't friendly when called haven't received refund

Burgers are the only good thing, everything else is tasteless. Last time the buns were burnt so didn't order as much but after waiting over an hour for a pizza without a bbq base that I paid extra for and no drinks with the meals, I'm done with this place.

An hour + late at this time is ridiculous food was cold and rice with curry sauce was just rice £5.50 for rice! No popadoms and chutney and the mixed kebab large was more salad than meat

Got a kebab and chips. Asked for cheese and peri peri salt, never got these and was given overcooked plain chips. Delivery was late and was charged more than the order was. Never had credit to phone the restaurant to resolve this. Delivery Driver was pleasant though.

When ordering, despite having paid online it seems they only start making it once you arrive. Ordered from here a lot of times. Had a few that have been iffy, others really good. Today unfortunately it was pretty inedible. Rice was mushy, chicken was hard and the tub was just over half full with sauce. Totally put me off and won’t be ordering again

Got notification to say delivery was on its way. No sign of delivery after ten minutes and its only up the road from me, used just eat to ask for an update then it stated it hadn't even left yet. Was still over 45 minutes late. Same issue with this takeaway every time. Last time I order. Food was barely warm too.

The Tikka and Rice dish I ordered was bland and the pashwari naan tasted like a plain one, I stay a mile away and delivery was about an hour and 40 - 30 mins longer than predicted.

Missing chilli sauce! Thats 3 orders now. Missing cheese on CHEESEBURGERS , missing popadoms, missing chilli sauce. paying for food am no getting and what does arrive isn’t hot, just lukewarm.

Food was good. Shame they dont send you the full order. Garlic sauce was missing. It was only 90p but it adds up Have only just started going back to them because of this issue. Doesn't look like they've improved.

We were missing a chilli sauce from our order, I also ordered chili korma which had green chillis in it. I received a normal korma which wasn’t spicy and had no green chili in it. The rest of the food was good though and better price than others in the area
