The food was delicious. But it took so long to make the food, 1,30 hours😐. The music is great if you don’t want to hear anyone that is right next to you.

I recently had the pleasure of dining with my family at Pianillo, an Italian gem located in Chertsey, and it was an experience to remember. The restaurant boasts a modern and stylish interior that perfectly complements the exquisite menu, creating a vibrant yet cozy atmosphere. The seafood dishes were truly delightful, showcasing the freshness and quality that one expects from authentic Italian cuisine. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s expertise and passion for Italian flavors. The pasta was another highlight. It was prepared to perfection, with a variety of sauces that truly captured the essence of Italy. You could taste the authenticity in every strand! To accompany the meal, the wine selection was impressive, featuring delicate wines that paired wonderfully with the seafood and pasta. The cocktails were also a nice touch, adding a sophisticated flair to the dining experience. The hospitality and service at Pianillo were superb. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure that every aspect of our dining experience was enjoyable. And let’s not forget dessert! The homemade tiramisu was heavenly, with just the right balance of coffee and cream. The banoffee pie and lemon cheesecake were also exceptional, providing a sweet finish to a fantastic meal. Overall, Pianillo is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Italian food in Chertsey. The combination of delicious seafood, perfect pasta, delightful desserts, and an inviting atmosphere makes it a standout choice. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their offerings! I went for my 21st birthday and the staff, venue & food were all just amazing. Even being a slight delay of about 2 minuets on my dad’s food which we would never have minded, they brought out two small plates to make up for the delay! Extremely lovely authentic Italian food. Thank you for making my 21st so special!

Arrived at midday Sunday for an early lunch. Everything was amazing. The food was great and the staff were lovely. I recommend the banoffee pie.

The food was so nice, and the singer, Johnny Quattro was so much fun we will definitely be returning soon!

Very good food, and fantastic service, the live singer was a bit loud for our hard of hearing guest, but we spoke to the team, who were happy for us to move to the bar area.

We came in tonight whilst visiting family in chertsey all the way from Sussex! I thought it was a fantastic evening and atmosphere with the live singer. Unfortunately, it was too loud for the elderly family members we were with, but staff were more than helpful and set up a table in the bar area where it was quieter! The food and service were phenomenal and staff were so friendly!! Being management in hospitality myself, if ever you open a restaurant in the Worthing area, I am happy to manage this so you don’t have to travel down!!

Such a shame. We love this place and I always choose to come here over anywhere. However, walked in as the doors opened and asked if it’s possible for a table of 3 as we didn’t book. The manager said well we have a 2 parties coming in around 18/20 people and then reluctantly said yes but you have to be quick. He then said to his staff quick quick quick at us. We were slightly taken back but understood he was going to be busy. We ordered our drinks immediately and then the waitress was taking our order. It took around 15 mins for our food to arrive. At this point no one was in the restaurant. By the time we had eaten and asked for the bill there was another couple and at most 3 others people there. One of our party went to the bar to pay the bill to be accommodating. Asked for the ‘optional service charge’ to be taken off. The manager then went very rudely why? And the party said because we’ve been here all of half an hour and we were very rushed. The manager then responded quite loudly, your lucky your even in here. As you can imagine some of the party were very upset with the way he spoke to us and cross words happened. We really do love this place but he was very rude to us and it’s such a shame. The food was amazing as always but service like that was not appreciated.

Nice place and good service but the food was average. Over cooked spaghetti that didn’t seem fresh and the sauce was bland.

What a lovely place. Would definitely recommend that you spend an evening here. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they have done a terrific job with the decor. The staff cannot do enough for you, to ensure you get a great experience. Well done guys! 10/10!

Our family has always loved this restaurant in the days of Caspari, and now it's called Pianillo, it has upped it's game. The staff as ever are amazing and are so very sweet to sing happy birthday to both my parents (separate times) and offered them desserts on the house when I called up from abroad. On top of that, the food is absolutely excellent!

Absolutely adore Pianillo. It's the only place my partner and I dine at with ease. You can be assured that the service will always be top notch, the food will be impeccable and the atmosphere is divine (with nice complimentary lighting.) We look forward to our one of many returns!

My wife and I walked in but the restaurant was very busy, the staff was very helpful as we did not realise it was going to be so busy They managed to sat us, The place looks very modern and lovely, we both ordered tagitelle Prawn, the pasta was delicious, We'll definitely come back

My husband and I went to Pianillo for my birthday. The service was great. The staff are really nice. The food was also really good. I had the chicken risotto and my husband had spaghetti bolognese. Only downside was the spaghetti bolognese was a small portion. We would definitely go back again 🙂

A first class dining experience. From start to finish this place impressed us. Our waiter Saf couldnt do enough for us, was so professional and accommodating with regards to our baby girl who was also with us so great place to visit with famalies as well as a night out for couples. The food was delicious and such an attractive menu. We are already planning to come back on a night they have live music and to try more dishes on the menu! We cant wait! Thank you for giving us such a great evening out!

5 stars all round, if I could give more I would! How is this place not Michelin star? I had one of the best carbonaras Ive ever eaten, the staff were lovely, the restaurant very clean and a great vibe. Me and my family had the best time.

Hello! The service at Restaurante Caspari continues to be incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with a smile that made us feel we were in the right place. The food was exceptional (the crab ravioli and the ricotta pizza). Congratulations to all the staff, a special thank you to Esther who even had the patience to accept our request to take some photos of us...We'll be back!!! 😉👍

A group of us dined here for the first time as we were staying nearby for a couple of nights. I have to say the staff were soo friendly and accommodating. The choice of food was very good and it tasted amazing! Portions were generous, we certainly didn't leave hungry. The place has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. It was so good we went 2 nights in a row before we had to go home the next day. Thursday evening was very quiet, Friday was busier. We found the prices very very reasonable, very good value for money - given the size of the portions. If we are ever back here we will call in again. Thanks in particular to the waiter with the glasses (sorry we did not get your name), who was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Thank you again from the 4 golfers from N. Ireland! :-)

Pretty good place with Italian cuisine. Good quality for reasonable price. I had one of the best Risotto Frutti di mare there, and from comments of others each pasta, pizza or risotto were superb. There is enough room inside for bigger groups as well as couples having a romantic date. Enjoy!

The staff were very attentive and friendly, the main meals were delicious however the desserts were OK just nothing amazing. The drinks were a little pricey. This has not deterred us from coming back again. Recommended to anyone wanting a more up market evening!

We used to go every Friday which was great. They have now taken of the kids menu which is disappointing and bad for business and they are very expensive. unfortunately lost our business now

We just found this restaurant accidentally and it has been a truly lunch experience. The service was so fast and super friendly, the food amazing and the coffee just what we desired afterwards. Highly can recommend this restaurant

The restaurant is lovely. Very clean, with nice decor and atmosphere. The food is also really nice and not too expensive either. This place is only let down by its Service. I’m not sure if they have staffing issues, but the service is so slow and you always need to ask if you want to order something else or you want the bill.

My partner and I had been working late and didn't feel like driving home to cook. As we were in Chertsey, we Googled local restaurants and found Caspari, a restaurant we had not visited before. I called them to say we were nearby and to ask if they had a table free. We were warmly told that they would be pleased to accommodate us. Upon arrival we were welcomed and shown to a lovely table. Our first impression was that the restaurant looks amazing and was spotlessly clean. Service was both friendly and professional. There is an interesting menu of italian classics, steaks and even burgers. We ordered some garlic bread with cheese as a starter then for our mains my partner chose a risotto and I opted for the beef short rib with a side of fresh vegetables. Everything tasted fresh, flavoursome and perfect. We will be returning as soon as possible.

Went for a party lunch. Good food, and service was spot on. Sadly there was a mixup with the deposit and payments at the end, which resulted in a disagreement with the owner, who got very mouthy. Despite food and service won’t be going back.

Last minute where shall we go, caspari were able to accommodate us. Lovely staff, food amazing, had a nice chilled evening. We both had our mains from the specials menu. Food was just as perfect as the last time we were there pre covid.

Real carbonara has gianciale, not panceta, real carbonara has pecorino not parmesan, real carbonara doesn't have cream, but the biggest crime? Real carbonara has carbon. Pepper, black pepper and lots of it! Other than that, the food was good 👍

Have been to Casparis many times over the years. Their pizza is delicious...please bring back the Basilico pizza 🙏 and their pasta dishes so tasty. Friendly easy going restaurant.

Been here now twice. Service always good food has been good both times. Their pizzas are thin based with really good toppings. 5 mains 7 drinks 3 puddings £133 good value. Will be going again for sure.

Overall good restaurant, great decor and ambience. Nice family run, non chain Italian. polpette starter was nice. risotto was OK, but a little dry and the lemon cheesecake was nice very light texture and flavourful. Would visit again.
