I just want to say an enormous thank you today when I lost my dog in Virginia Water and was missing for one and a half hours. As you can imagine I was extremely distresses but only thanks to your wonderful team of wardens, and they did act as one, I was reunited with Inca. A very special to Sarah who drove me around the lake and we eventually found her. Sarah could not have been more wonderful. She drove us back to the Pavillion and even walked me to my car. What an amazing team you have. With love from Adèle and Inca ❤

We went for lunch yesterday for my sons birthday I had roast chicken with was nice , my wife had lamb with she said was very tough and she left two thirds of it. Some of the vegetables were barely blanched and hard. My other concern was we obviously spent quite a bit for lunch as average price per Sunday lunch was £21.00 We Were charged £9.30 for just over two hrs parking which I belive to be a bit excessive even though we were eating there. A lot of people rave about this place but I think it's overated and very expensive ie in the gift shop a small soft toy £82.00 but what do you expect for a crown run business. Over rated and over priced.

The visitor centre is a blend between a National Trust visitor centre and Heathrow Terminal 5 with products that could have been made anywhere. With car parking £9 can be sufficient to cover a short walk and lunch. Crown Estates could do more to integrate nature into the experience and design of all the surrounding area. This doesn't need to detract from the commercial focus.

Great place for kids to play, although rather expensive Parking is quite expensive as well, which is not great. The food in the restaurant was actually really good. You would normally expect some Iceland half defrosted horrible dishes in that kind of places, but this one was really good and even nicer than some of the pubs I've been to. Service was great - quick and pleasant, so all in all, great experience

Dissapointing there is no discount for members in the restaurant and cage other than 10£ off in the shop. Either add a benefit such as free coffee each week or twice a month. Or create a benefit of a regular use amenity such as discount in the cafe and restaurant. Presently the car park and accessing the garden, which after doing once or twice there's no real need to keep seeing it as the remaining, free, open space offers better grounds for a walk. Additionally, please create a separate parent (usually mums) and child section. Garden centres and cages are the usual new-mum hang outs and the volume really ruins your day that you rush and leave, or keep moving about to avoid the ruggrats. Or separate inside cafe by adventure playground with people with babies in common. Also in the cafe you keep hearing the hand dryers go off. Whilst the bathrooms are really very nice, maybe a way of dampening the sound whilst making the facilities accessible, would improve the cafe experience.

Such a lovely little garden to visit. It is small, but the grounds and greenhouse are lovely. The service in the cafe was very very slow and it was expensive for nothing special, but the gift shop is amazing. I would suggest the smaller take away coffee in the car park instead. It's worth noting that you cannot eat in the gardens, so no picnics! We enjoyed the sculptures, greenhouse, autumn colour and water features.

We’ve visited numerous times before with our dogs, each time buying them a toy after there walk. As we were looking at what to buy them, we also turned to look at the displays they had on for autumn. Both dogs were siting beside us and even laid down to wait for us. We was then told our dogs weren’t allowed in. Even though there is a sign stating dogs must be on leash and under control whilst inside. A few others had entered with smaller dogs and nothing was said to them about not being allowed in. We left politely but noticed the staff staring at our dogs the entire time. Just find unfair how others got to stay and we had to leave with ours.

Small garden centre outside the shop with a good selection of roses and other plants. The shop sells all kinds of gift items, there's also a fridge selling venison etc from the Great Park. This is a wonderful and magical place for children. I would have liked to have seen more staff on and around the equipment to make sure children were safe as I did see a baby wandering onto the larger equipment with no sign of a parent. In most similar places, there is a reduced price for the grandparents/pensioners, which would be considerate. Otherwise, the Adventure Playground was well made and so creative. Well, worth a visit.

The adventure playground its was very enjoyable for the two children that we took. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We wanted to treated our grandchildren to a little gift on the way out and they picked the little wooden bracelet in a wicker basket, now the wicker basket was priced but not the bracelets so went and stood by the tills, which happens to be the exit too, there was only one person on the tills coping with the long queue of people coming in when a worker of yours approached us from behind and told us how to use the exit doors, in a very patronising way, we said thank you but we wanted to know how much the bracelets were and we wanted to buy them and that they didn't have a price on them. Her response was to huff at us and to say she could help us, she looked the price up, told us I offered cash, you don't take cash, even though its a children play park so they would be spending their pocket money!!!! I did say again it would be a good idea to get them priced, her response, " I'll pass that on". Wow some customer service you have there.

My family holds an annual membership at Savill Garden, which is common among locals due to the high parking fees. The car park is spacious, secure, and always has available spots. I entered for free as a guest, but the entrance fee is £16.50 per person, which is pricey. The garden is beautiful, offering a perfect place to relax and recharge. For city dwellers like me, the peace and tranquillity is appreciated. The entrance has high security, and members receive a 10% discount at the gift shop, which has some great items. The cafe and restaurant are separate; if you want a snack, the cafe is excellent and offers outdoor seating in the Garden Centre. Savill Garden is peaceful and blissful, but considering the cost for parking and entrance, I believe the Royal Estate should offer free access.
