Casa Mofongo in Lambeth

Ha sido la peor experiencia de toda mi vida.La impresentable actitud del manager/propietario bajo los efectos de drogas y alcohol siendo su prioridad bailar en el restaurante creyendo que está en un club en vez de atender a los clientes como se merecen y no gritándoles con desprecio . Retraso de 1h en obtener las bebidas y más de 2h y media en recibir la comida e incluso algunos platos no llegaron porque no tomò la comanda e intentar cúlpanos de no haberla pedido.No permitió el pago indivual insultando a uno de los clientes al reprocharle.Se vió lo machista que es ya que una mujer le puso en su sitio y solo supo defenderse de esa manera tan cobarde. No perdáis el tiempo ni el dinero en acudir a este local ya que la calidad de la comida es malísima e incluso las medidas de sanidad dejan mucho que desear ya que encontramos una cucaracha pequeńa en una bebida.Deberían de investigar las medidas de sanidad de este local y la regulación.NO VOLVERÉ EN MI VIDA.Dedícate a otra cosa porque está claro que el servicio de hospitality no es lo tuyo.Más bien debería de trabajar en Karens dinner que es así lo que haces maltratar al cliente.

Te cobran más que el menú. Revisa tu factura. Nuestro lugar de trabajo fue para una cena de sábado, pero nos dividimos la cuenta y notamos que más ££ se añadió.

Este restaurante cobra constantemente de más, especialmente los fines de semana. Revisar su factura frente a los precios de menú, que añaden unas libras y cargos de servicio. Al plantear esto con el personal, se apresuran y se ocupan con otros clientes. No se recomienda en absoluto.

La peor experiencia de la historia - Organizamos una fiesta sorpresa de 40 años para mi esposa que es dominicana y le hicimos saber al restaurante que éramos 25 personas que asistían. No tenían suficiente personal y no estaban equipados para hacer frente a una gran fiesta. La mayoría de los huéspedes no recibieron comida que se pidió y esperaron más de 2 horas para llegar antes de salir con hambre. La comida que sí llegó era insípida y mal presentada y no refleja fielmente la República Dominicana que visito regularmente y de la que es mi esposa. Si quieres buena música y bebida ir aquí, pero este no es un lugar para comer o tener una celebración en grupo - Pero por el hecho de que mi esposa disfrutó de su sorpresa no había mucho más que era genial en este lugar y nunca volveré a ir - Horribles, baños sucios y mala actitud del gerente.

Me and my family finnished our night at Casa Mofongo and immediately went looking for holidays to the Dominican Republic i tell you the atmosphere the food and the music all was amazing the staff there was friendly and will bend over backwoods for all your need and requirements I recommend Casa Mofongo to everyone great place and one of my favourite restaurants

Our second visit and first to the new location. Walking though the entrance you are immediately transported to the Dominican Republic: the decor, bachata played in the background (bur not loud!) , friendly staff and a menu full of Dominican goodies - not least bottles of Presidente beer. The food and prices are excellent. A truly Dominican experience - throughly recommend.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the dancing the music but frankly I wish I hadn't come and eat there it has really good review so maybe I was unlucky but the cofondo was very tasteless with very little plantaina I wish thee chef had tasted the food they're serving frankly I wouldn't have served i if I was a chef I tried to taste the stuff but to know to the plantaina friters they were so dry. The restaurant was full maybe because of the 🎵 So next time I go round I will forget about the food and just have a drink there. The stuff was lovely but I tried to tell them very busy place

The food is delicious, home cooked but can be days old if you're not careful checking it. New restaurant in Cold Harbour Lane, but very very loud music. Not a place to go for a romantic dinner or a chat unless you sit outside. The biggest downside is the toilest - dirty, out of toilet paper and soap on several occasions. We fed that back, the owner looks like he will action it, but nothing happens. We stopped going there due to the hygiene and toilet issues.
