The service is excellent, the vibes are great and the food is tasty! If you're vegetarian/vegan I would not recommend. However if you love meat this place is a really fun experience.

Went here for an evening meal with my family for a birthday. Lovely staff and service all round. Delicious food and great music! Lots of tasty and beautifully made drinks. We enjoyed our visit and extend our thanks to the Casa Brasil staff.

I used to love going there prior to the pandemic. But since then, the quality of the food and the service has been declining at the time the prices have been raising to the point it is not worthwhile. I went yesterday and had what was meant to be the full range of meats from which we got 4 least than in the list and most of it was overcooked. When the manager was not around, the waiters were just grouping chatting and doing nothing. They couldn't even get the side dishes and the dessert order correct and we had to reorder. It's a shame because the place is nice and the quality used to be spot on, but now... 😟

Had a 10 minute wait at the reception because they were busy it was understandable so we waited, finally got served. Once seated at the start was good with being served drinks and sides as time went on, the service became poor the place started on having less people so the servers no longer came around we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come around to us we physically had to get them or they would have just stayed standing there. It is absolutely absurd with the amount of money you pay for it.

It was for my first time visiting and the staff and food & service is perfect good music, guys you should try 👌 they have kids menu You need to book. Otherwise, you might be unlucky ,I got there without booking but they offered me a table without no problem because they had some free table. Enjoy

Great place to experience a different way of dining. It's like a posh all you can eat buffet but they bring everything to your table! Friendly staff and great choice of food.

The food is not bad it’s okay, but it’s very expensive sorry

Group of 11 people full all you can eat Staff friendly but not organised very well (been to a viva Brazil u get a card with what you have had ) serving half the table then walking off again a few meats missed totally. which we had to ask for, also some meat had to be cooked more as pork was definitely way under cooked which a lot of us became unwell. Pineapple and cinnamon was cold ! I mean for over £48 a head not a great experience, Would I return NO Staff was not helpful at paying had a service charge of 10% on the total bill 💵 which we asked to be removed (not mandatory in this country but would be happy if the service was met) They did eventually I wouldn't recommend it wasn't over busy in there either

Enjoy visiting here but often quiet when I have visited. It is expensive in the evening but the lunchtime prices are reasonable. There is also a loyalty app that's worth downloading to get points and money off future purchases. A couple of the cuts were a little dry on this visit but normally it's very good. Service is always good and friendly and they regularly come around to carve the meet.

We dined on a Saturday evening and was very disappointed with the food as 9 out of 10 of the meats were dry and overcooked. It was hard & chewy. The gammon & sausages was really over salty. Even the meatball in sauce was dry. After the initial serving of meat & sides, we felt like we were left on our own. We had to keep calling for service. The desserts was just as bad. It came in little tiny plastic pots. Everything was just unappetising & unappealing. It was the worst place that we have ever been. Too expensive for the type of food that they serve. To be honest, I can't believe they are happy to serve that kind of food at all. Doesn't deserve even a 1 star rating!!!!

We visited on Saturday 6/4/24 the service was very slow - the staff unfriendly & most of them didn’t speak English or understood what you were saying - the meal wasn’t worth the price & the staff were reluctant about giving you all the food or more of what food you may of wonted. My own experience the service was very poor & very expensive the only good thing was the food was hot when being served. And other issue was they was not good about communicating & we needed to ask back for our deposit ! Not sure if we didn’t what they would have done with this because everyone still had to pay £35.95. Overall service was Rubbish & very expensive.

I went to try the all can eat, for a true Brazilian it doesn't meet expectations, but the food is delicious, there aren't many varieties of meat and it also takes a long time to cook, I would say the meat is ok. Service is good, polite staff, very characteristic and beautiful place.

I visited with my husband on a Sunday lunchtime and was really looking forward to the whole experience, but it was all rather bizarre. The staff worked hard, but generally seemed pretty miserable and not overly friendly. Our welcome was lukewarm at best. As it was a,Sunday lunchtime, we had to pay the most expensive fixed menu price, which was a bit annoying, but on checking, this was on the website-, so my own fault for not checking carefully. Once seated, you basically don't need to move, as everything is brought to your table bit by bit. Often, a waiter would appear with a big hunk of meat, and between you and the waiter, you carved off what you want. It was all a bit strange - as everything came at different times, and not necessarily in the order we would have chosen. For example, my husband's favourite meat is turkey, but this came last, when he was already full! I think it would be better to either have a buffet or to be able to order the meat when you want it. It was all rather disjointed and stop-start. That said, the food tasted nice and you could definitely eat a LOT if you wanted to! I'm not sure I would rush back, but I didn't not enjoy it - if that makes any sense. It was fine - I just think I was expecting more... especially for the price paid.

Probably one of the worst restaurants I have been to in the UK, if not the worst. Starters were beyond awful, even the fries which are quite basic, tasted bad and very oily. The mains were equally horrible, some of the chicken wings we were served was hard as stones and tasted diabolically awful !

I will Reduce my review from 5 stars to 4, even though I would like to Reduce to 3 but have points to be considered. The food still well cooked, and still DELICIOUS AS EVER. However the beauty at this restaurant was the buffet, you could check in and could help yourself at the buffet without be in need to ask all the time for a reffil. Also even though you can still eating as much as you can, the portion of food which is served is at very small quantities and with no extra curterlery to serve the food at the table, which can ended up in a mess especially if you are with children's. It has been 3 years since my last visit at this premise, so after 3 years we went again yesterday and made in a very politely way those observations to a member of staff and asked to please to pass to the manager. Hope they will see these comments on a constructive way. Ps* the desert also was quite shocking when the Waiter came around with 2 small size plastic cups and dropped the desert at the table. Hope the comments could help in some way to bring back the times when this restaurant was open with a Buffet table and also the nice and beautiful way that the dessert was served on the plate with a nice touch of decoration with the smile and the welcoming from the staff that was always the special touch that always left the sense to come back.

One of the best places to eat, in Bristol! If you go there ask for Amir, he offered us an amazing experience! I totally recommend this place!!!

Do not come here. The meat is dry, the sides are microwaved and they charge £2 for hot water!!!

Amazing service, delicious food

Meat was hard from being over the fire all day, service was keen but poorly trained. Asked for a feijoada they thought u wanted a sandwich. Nothing that could be called 'Brasil' there

On a quiet day the skewer food was so dry which was such a shame. The beef and pork options were inedible The tapas was alright but not massive on flavours Drinks are very expensive but service was good though The desserts were also very good

The food taste nothing like Brazilian food, the rice is terrible and Mac and cheese is hard and old. Not all items ordered arrived . I have dined in and had delivery, both times very disappointing. I am honestly not eating there again, very upsetting as it is the only Brazilian place close enough to deliver to me.

Service was very late and poor. Employees were very rude. Not paying attention while ordering.

This one's for the guys out there with a hangry partner, take them to Casa Brasil and you will have the happiest night of your life. The food is fantastic, the staff are brilliant and the atmosphere is very warm and friendly. My hangry girlfriend looked at me with love in her eyes for the first time in 6 months due to the quality and quantity of the meat. Check this place out, you won't regret it 🙂

A woman who didn't even speak Portuguese left me for hours to be seen, others arrived and she answered. The meat only came to my table with my daughter about 5 times, in short, we paid to eat rice and beans. The service was horrible, but the table in front with an English family was served beautifully, but my daughter and I, my God. After we ate the rice and beans, a dark-haired girl arrived, and apparently she worked in that place, the guy who served the meat, my God, just mercy and I don't even need to talk about that other one who doesn't even speak Portuguese. Horrible simplicity of the place. I'm never going back.

Very disappointed in the food. My vision of loads of barbecue meat like sausages, and burgers and kabab meat dripping in sauce was replaced by staff walking round with different meats to be sliced off for yourself to then put on your plate with no sauces, dry and dull. Won't be back thank you...

Had to wait a long time for drinks and tapas, even though a table was booked.

I really enjoyed my time here and I felt that it was better to have the starters served fresh at the table than at a salad bar as they taste nicer when they are fresh and cooked to order. I am happy to return here in the future.

Pineapple was lovely 😍. The meat was tasty but the carving servers were really shy and mumbling, so I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. This place would be better if they offered more of a variety of different sauces to go with the meat.... it was OK, but probably not worth the money.

Had a really good experience at this restaurant. Was a last minute decision to eat here. The food was good value for money and meats are cooked well (I prefer mine well done and so asked for the darker parts) All servers very friendly and efficient service. The tapas was good value and unlimited. Enjoyed all of what we chose. I would give this a 5 star for food overall if the desserts were better (I decided to try them all lol) the only 2 that were OK were the Oreo Mousse and the choc brownie the others were not great espec the "tirimasu". I also loved the cinnamon pineapple and deep fried banana (think this should be added to dessert menu instead and take others off quality over quantity) My overall experience was positive and I'd definitely recommend for solo couples or with families. Good value for money, plenty of food nice ambience . We will definitely be returning

My first Brazilian bbq. Loved the meat and the atmosphere

Such a disappointment... I went one year ago twice and I was impressed. Today a massive downgrade. The service was slow and quite inattentive, waiting when the variety of meats to come, and when they were coming it was always what was left on the skewer .. the rod mostly and not the crunchy or nicely roasted parts. After our cocktails we asked for sodas, and when they finally brought them they were with ice cubes melted, hence we drank watery coca cola, no fizzy.. We asked 3 times to bring some extra side mushroom, and 3 times the garlic bread as there was none in rounds, which never came while dining, but only when the dessert was ordered... No it's not worth it and I do not recommend it. No, it was not that crazy busy. Sad really, but now we've been given the opportunity to go elsewhere.

Reserved a table for 6:30, we weren’t seated until 7:15 and weren’t served until 7:45. Food was delicious when we were served, but we did feel like we were being missed as we were at the back of the room. When it came to pay the bill, there was a discretionary “service fee” of £40 added to the bill which when questioned, the waiter said was mandatory until challenged by one of our party, which he then said “well if you want, you can pay 50% of that” Wouldn’t have had any issue paying a tip had we not been kept waiting for our reservation as it made us late for our plans after.

Great value at Saturday lunch. Unlimited food with no pressure to rush. Portuguese and Brazilian drinks available.

Update Feb 24: open salad bar now replaced with order from menu, still unlimited but somehow I preferred pick and mix, also with desserts. Dona Ermelinda cabernet was excellent but very expensive at 12.50 for 250ml.. Still very good value for the lunch BBQ.

Been a few times and it’s always been ok, never anything standout but ok. Went for lunch today and it was horrendous from start to finish. Got seated then waited ages for someone to take order then waited ages for drinks. When the food came round we only got some of what was supposed to be on order and clearly missed on other stuff that was going round despite them serving it to the table next to us. The meats were overdone, chewy and tougher than Ronny Pickering on a bad day. The beef was just fat and gristle, chicken dry, pork so tough it was inedible. Then the waitress came over cleared our plates despite us still eating (and wanting more) demanded we chose desserts, when we said we wanted 5 Oreo moose (between 3 of us) she said no as it’ll be wasted and then said we will have 3, so I made a point of reminding her we are eating it not her and it’s an all you can eat and we ended up getting 4 instead of the 5. Staff are just disinterested, no personality, incredibly slow, and serving up overdone food and not offering the full lunch menu to everyone while offering it to others. And then they try and whack a service charge on for the privilege of a crap experience.

Very expensive for what it was. All the meats were very dry over cooked and salty. I suspect the saltiness was to encourage customers to purchase the extortionately priced drinks. The sides were processed and prepared in advance. Coleslaw, potato salad bought in and not that nice. I've had better meals at cheap budget pubs and paid half as much. Staff were attentive and friendly and deserve better. Cleanliness was good. The puddings are a joke and even staff apologized. Over priced over processed waste of money and produce.

We had the lunchtime menu, you can pick a bunch of side dishes which were all good then different meat is brought around on a skewer every 5 mins you can choose to have some or not, the pork was my favourite and the cinnamon pineapple went down well too. The service was great too. Cocktails are a bit expensive and not very strong.

A strange per-person pricing model that changes according to the time of week. We paid over £30 a head on a Saturday for a family of four. Meat was poor to mediocre and the unlimited tapas and desserts are served in ridiculously small portions (two meatballs, a 3cm cube of brownie). My partner ordered the prawns and was told she must eat them herself and wasn’t allowed to share them with anyone else at the table, which was offensive and patronising. Feels like it’s a business model designed for stag dos. Avoid if you’re a family or are vegetarian.

Fantastic meal, whole family enjoyed it. Good value for lunch menu but we just stick to tap water as drinks very expensive. Coconut desert is really wonderful!

Meat was very dry, been chewing on steaks untill our 2 hours passed by. staff looked like they had no connection with us as guests nore they had even a little fun while doing their job. Sighing at every order we made. Every mcflurry i’ve ever had was better than the desserts we had here. Brownies tasted like the plastic cup they were served in. Staff asked how the food was and we told them it was too dry. They said “oh ok”.

This was a wonderful meal with the family. What I liked the best was instead of going up to the counter for various dishes, like we had to do the last time we went,the waiters came to you with your order. Then the staff came to your table with a fantastic selection of various meats. All in all a really lovely meal. We will certainly be going again.

Let's start with the only positive point - The sausage was great, the positive ends here. A place with heavy, negative energy, the people working there seemed sad, ok, acceptable... Everything was of poor quality, rice had nothing to do with Brazilian rice, beans tasted like nothing, beans that were several days old, rice and beans heated in a microwave -waves where the container was hotter than the food itself. We were already there, so let's eat, buffet rated 3. Then comes the meat, none of it was of great quality to be worth the price they charge, but OK, edible. Everything was going more or less until the time of the desired PICANHA... People looking at it weren't cool, so smelling it had a rotten smell, and putting it in the mouth then tasted something very rotten... We discreetly called the person in charge to obviously complain to the We had the intention of maybe roasting a piece of fresh picanha, but we were overheard by a rude lady, who promptly doubted our sanity and said that the meat was great (hahahah) and said that the chef smelled it and tasted it and it was great, Seriously people, the meat was disgusting, it looked, smelled and tasted rotten, it was a police case, a health defense case, you missed the opportunity to show a single professionalism from that restaurant in redeeming yourself and providing another picanha or even being humble if apologize and offer something else in return, but no, she defensively wanted to say that my friend and I were crazy and the meat was great. It's a sin for people without the slightest ability to deal with the public to run a restaurant business. Anyway, I recommended my friend to report the restaurant since it is exactly 2 hours after we ate and I feel nauseated, this certainly happens very often and I hope that some authority will inspect the place, if you think about going to eat at this restaurant I recommend you buy it any 5 Pound frozen food you make at home will be better, of better quality and no one will mistreat you. Restaurant worthy of being closed for several reasons. I regret doing a review like this, but given this situation I couldn't let it go. 79.64 Pounds thrown not thrown in the trash. If you ate at this restaurant on 12/13/2023 and felt unwell afterwards, please leave your review so that more people don't have the same bad luck as us and support a restaurant of this level. Delicious food coming frequently.

Never been before but was pleasantly surprised. Staff friendly and food was generally good and plentiful. All you can eat style and the meat kept on coming! You order sides separately and can order as many as you like. Pudding choice very limited and basic but after the meat courses you shouldn't need a big pudding! There is only so much food you can eat so if you're not a big eater this place would not be good value for money.

We had booked a table for 2.45 and our group (10 in total) had paid a £5 each deposit. We arrived but then had no table as they thought we were not coming, which was strange. We had to wait about 20 mins for our table which was fine but no offer of a drink. When we were seated, our waitress was not very helpful. We had not visited before Ad were really unsure how it worked. We felt that we were a burden on her. They got annoyed with me when I refused a ‘gin and lemonade’ when I had ordered strawberry gin. She came back with it quite aggressively saying it was what I had ordered. We had to wait endlessly for items we had ordered and drinks. Some drinks were cancelled and they had forgotten to take them off the bill. I had ordered the prawn skewers. I was confused over the price structure and the waitress was really aggressive and challenging. I genuinely was not explained to how the buffet worked and that if I had ordered the prawns I could not have meat, even though the waiters were offering it to us. This would be an extra £30 on top of the £20. Then she refused to come back and take our money…… I gestured to the other waitress and she threw her hands up in the air at me. It was all very intimidating. The meat was lovely, the sides average. The experience poor. Such a shame as we had come along way to try it.

Disappointment! Disgust! The manager has no professionalism. The employees don't know how to cut the meat. It's a shame and disgust to say that what they were serving was a Brazilian barbecue! This restaurant does not represent my Brazil. On a weekend dinner, they serve leftover dried meat. No varieties! I don't even want to comment on the side dishes and desserts. Money and dinner wasted! I don't even want to go near the door anymore, shame!

We live in Exeter but really love this casa Brasil Bristol restaurant .. Normally we only come here as Christmas celebrations with my relatives from London..but lately we love it so much we’ve found we celebrate birthdays/anniversary’s the list goes on here. It’s a great restaurant experience with attentive staff and fantastic food.. Not just a restaurant it’s an experience.my teenagers now love

Stumbled across this place and what a gem it is. Great service and tasty dishes. Eat as much as you like and try different things. Particularly loved the creamy mushrooms and coconut dessert. Will definitely be back.

Really nice place to go for food with friends! Drinks are ridiculously expensive though!!!! We go in the afternoon as its £20 pp all you can eat and food is nice! Just drink water........unless you are not short of a Bob or 2 😆

I was really excited to eat there with my family as a birthday treat. Sadly for me the meet was very dry and seemed not great quality. Tapas were not special, just ok. We had some cocktails and the lemons were not fresh.Desserts are serve in disposable tiny plastic pots, which I found shocking. But the thing that I was more disappointed was that they wanted to charge us £17 for my son, who first at all is 5 and second he literally just had an order of chips. If he was over 5 I wouldn't want to pay half menu. I think it's absolutely unacceptable that they charge children over 5 half of the menu. Probably over 14 can be more realistic and fair. We don't think the menu is worth £32 plus drinks. You can eat well somewhere else and with better quality ingredients, meaby not as a buffet style...

Good food, plenty of hot and cold tapas as part of the unlimited menu. The meat service went table to table. They always start at the same table every time they come round. We were the last table to be served so sometimes they ran out of meat before we were served so we missed out a couple of times.

Great restaurant. This is an all you can eat, staff ensure that you are never without food and there is always a lot of choice of meats. Sides are good and you can order as many as you want. Cinnamon pineapple was amazing!!! Desserts are good, small but perfect size after eating all of the main dishes!!

It's a very special corner for Brazilians who are away from home for days. Delicious food and spectacular staff. Congratulations on the service provided by Eduardo and Fernanda. We came back the next day and definitely on another trip.

Great lunch today. The food was perfect. If you like grilled meat and lots of it. Try this place out. My favourite was the pork loin. You order your sides from the menu (Unlimited) and the meat is served by your waiter thoughout your meal. Great value. Our waiter Goncalo was absolutely amazing, friendly and very attentive. Very attentive staff, but mostly overcooked meat

All the meats in the carvery were super well done and dry. I didn't feel like they were seasoned. When the picanha arrived we complained because it really is meat that is best eaten rare. The waiter was super friendly and explained the situation to his superior and brought us another kebab where the picanha was redder. The side dishes were also satisfactory but nothing worthy of recognition. I didn't feel that the quality was up to par with a Brazilian meat rodízio.

Food is mainly processed junk. Cheap and not worth the money and pretty tasteless. I'd struggle to tell you what is actually fresh as it all seems like it's come out of a bag. Expensive drinks but staff are friendly and polite and the facilities looked very clean
