Had to send food back as eggs were cold but Sarah our waitress did a fantastic job of resolving the issue

Whilst the food still tastes good the prices have gone up ( mushroom soup 9£ ) but the portions have nearly halved. So today was the last time I went to Carluccios . Madhus next door at the Sheraton isn’t cheap either but the food&service is another level.

Ray makes a smashing bloody mary, and Gabby(i think with a y) was such a great server.

Not bad for an airport: good menu of traditional Italian maps, quite good and very fair price for London. I regretted the completely overwhelmed service (serious in an airport where everything is timed)

Restaurant with Italian dishes inside London Heathrow Terminal 4. Pasta cooked to perfection and seasoned without exaggeration. The waitress who served us was kind and helpful. Overall a valid alternative to sandwiches and pre-cooked food.

Harinder was an outstanding host and the service was great!!

Restaurant was empty as we arrived and were very grateful of the peace. However we soon noticed there was a lack of oxygen/air in the atmosphere - they kept the air conditioner off. The first staff member ignored us, the 2nd stayed behind the bar, it took 20mins before our order was taken. The restaurant started to fill up and 45mins later we were still waiting for our food. Other customers food arrived and they started to look at us wondering why our food hadn’t arrived. The member of staff wrote our order on a napkin and never passed it. Have eaten at Carluccios on a number of occasions over 10years - this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered a carbonara that was far below average. It arrived lukewarm. The sauce was watery and the pancetta was fatty and chewy. For £13.80 I really expected more especially from Carluccio’s. They obviously don’t have to worry about repeat customers at the airport so the quality has really slipped - if it was ever there.

It was the worst pizza of my life. It looks and tastes like frozen pizza, even frozen pizza tastes better.

The most average Italian food I had in UK. Also the pastries had small flies around it. Not worth for the money. Staff and service was not bad.

Great place to grab a meal at Heathrow T4 before a flight. Nice wide ranging menu with good kids menu too. Service a little slow, but friendly staff.

FAST service and more than friendly staff. At an airport you are always in a hurry and to be able to sit down, relax, enjoy amazing Italian cuisine and forget the time for just a little while, makes your next flight so much more better.

Took an hour for low quality food. Really bad service, forgot our order and made us late for our gate. Skip it.

First lasagne was burnt. Second one had cold spots from the microwave. Carbonara was bland and lukewarm. Half the guanciale was just fat. Cocktails were bad. Too expensive. Staff seemed like it was their first day on the job. Antonio would be ashamed. The garlic bread was the only good thing.

The spaghetti was cold. The worse food I have ever tried in England.

I asked for water without ice. When the waitress brought a glass with ice I mentioned I had asked for no ice. She seemed displeased, went and emptied it and brought back. Unfortunately, the glass had smth stuck inside. When I showed her and asked for a replacement she just snatched it out of my hand as if losing patience and without uttering a word of apology. She then brought it back a few minutes later and placed in front of me with the words ‘here you go’, and gave me a sideways evil eye. Well, thank you very much for your service. To top it, the minute steak I had ordered was absolutely inedible. It didn’t taste like meat, more like paper, was chewy and strange looking.

Really nice staff and a full menu but the pizza was one step up from Iceland frozen pizza and the beans had more salt on them than that salt mine in Austria they have been excavating for 7,000 years. The Sicillian Chardonay was mediocre but acceptable and they had a good grappa.

Harinder is very kind and helpful server for us. She is very accommodating and cheerful too. I want her to serve us next time we visit.

I have no idea who had the audacity to run this restaurant. Apparently, the chef has serious issues, or he is underpaid and just hates his job so much that he intentionally messes up basic dishes “supposedly authentic Italian”. Where do i begin to explain my bad experience? First of all, by the time I visited this restaurant, most of the pasta choices were not available or the sauces just ran out. So we were forced to get whatever was available. Second of all, our waitress was extremely unprofessional and doesn’t seem to be interested in helping at all!. Now the fun part, which is the restaurant’s manager, literally gaslighted my friend because the chicken in her pasta was so bad she couldn’t swallow it. What kind of manager would tell a customer that if other people didn’t complain, your complaint isnt valid? Which is basically what he said. Our “goat cheese salad” was so bad that the goat cheese was chewy and tasted fishy. I hope you don’t waste your time here because I guarantee you that you will regret every penny you’d spend. Absolutely horrific experience.

The food is the worst food i’ve ever had. I don’t know how can you make a pasta and a salad this bad. The chicken and sausage tasted fishy and when i sent it back to remove the chicken the waitress called the manager, the manager came and gaslighted me and said that no one ever complained before?

The staff were lovely friendly and helpful made some adjustments to my meal as I’m Vegan Which was so delicious.

Harinder helped me so much as I was running late for my flight and I was really hungry. Thank you very much Harinder.

Service was incredible, Aleksandra went above expectation, willing to seek a change to our menu because it contained a dietary ingredient that we could not eat, although we did not request it and it was our mistake of not mentioning it. Definitely made our day.

So glad Carluccio has opened at Terminal 4! Setriya has been a great waitress and definitely made our wait so much more pleasant!

The carbonara spaghetti was a bit too thick for my liking but everything else was great; made me forget about the all the stress of flying.

Decent quality food particularly for an airport, and the server Loredana was top class - so hospitable and really made our dining experience worthy of this review.

I wanted something quick and filling at the airport. The service was great - really lovely staff - but my pasta was probably the worst spaghetti I have ever had. The tomato sauce had no flavour and the addition of dried fruit (raisins or sultanas??) didn't complement the olives and capers in the sauce. Very disappointing.
