Really cool and funky interior, brilliant food, excellent service (especially from the doctor, best waiter ever!!!)

Stopped by for a leisurely lunch, and it was delightful. The relaxed vibe and attentive service made for a pleasant break in the day. It's a lovely spot for catching up with friends or enjoying some quiet time. Will definitely return.

Really wonderful decor and ambience. We tried all of the courses and really thought it was all good to excellent. Veal tartare antipasti alone is something I would go back for. Amazing flavours. Ravioli was good but perhaps a little lacking after the amazing starters. For mains we had the chicken Caesar and the fillet steak. The fillet was of excellent quality and melted in your mouth. Loved the chicken Caesar flavours - probably would prefer the chicken without the breading as I don’t think it adds anything to a very good dish but again - the attention to flavour made it stand out from the ordinary Caesar. An untraditional cheesecake - believe them when it says very creamy- topped it off with beautiful vanilla tastes. One of the strongest espressos I ever had - it made my ears pop! Excellent waitstaff as well. Will definitely be back.

Lovely looking restaurant but the food is average and there are hidden fees. The burrata starter doesn’t come with bread for example and a lot of the mains require sides that aren’t included, so you end up feeling a bit ripped off. Wouldn’t recommend.

GO IF YOU WANT FOOD POISONING !!!!! - terrible service, disgusting food hygiene , beautiful decor Ordered chicken Caesar salad and chicken came out raw …..management argued that the chicken was “safe” to eat however tasted off, colour was pink and texture was rubbery! Me and partner got food poisoning shortly after and have reported to food agency hygiene standards because of the disgusting experience !!!! Will never go back to any bigmumma restaurants chains again !

Went for my daughter’s 21st birthday meal. Wow what a great choice! The food was amazing. Completely surpassed our expectations. Literally everything we all ordered was delicious. We had the pulled beef crochetta & burata to start, spaghetti & meatballs (devine), past alla vodka and steak. And of course we couldn’t leave without having the signature Carlotta’s Wedding Cake which was simply heavenly, not to be missed, and enough to share! The loos a very quirky with lots of mirrors and red lighting! I have been to many of London’s top restaurants and Carlotta easily matches if not outdoes them! We were looked after by Antonio who was fantastic, attentive but not intrusive. Thankyou Antonio & Carlotta🥰 We’ll be back.

Thank you Carlotta for looking after us so well. I booked in advance as a birthday treat surprise for our daughter (recommended by friends) and it was super easy. Great food (truffle dishes were delicious), superb service, fun bar, even the loos decor was an attraction on its own. Thank you !

This could have been sooooo much better. First of all welcomed and told to get a drink. Ordered a drink and then suddenly told table ready. Not a problem. But then weirdly whisked away with some other people and paraded through the upstairs restaurant in a snake of people walking meekly behind the server to be taken to the lower quarters. Demeaning at best. Taken downstairs - cool venue but would have rather been upstairs. Felt like we were just shoved downstairs to be forgotten about. Ordered food. Food was good. Not great. And vastly overpriced for what it was. Cocktails amazing. My husband ordered a steak which had a side of romaine lettuce. He doesn’t like nuts and hadn’t noticed when reading the menu that there were nuts on top of the romaine. It arrived and he said ‘oh no’. Waitress panicked and he explained he didn’t like nuts but it was fine - no allergy - he would take them off and eat it. Waitress then weirdly proceeded to scoop his romaine off his plate and say ‘you must say sir’. We explained he didn’t like them and it wasn’t an allergy, he would just take them off. But she took the romaine away when he still wanted it. We waited thinking she might bring some back seeing as she had just taken it off. Nope. No romaine lettuce. Just a steak. Very poor service. No apology for running off with it - does she have an obsession for romaine lettuce???! This place COULD be great. It isn’t. The service is a bit off and the food over priced. Downstairs vibe not great - wish we had been upstairs. We paid via the qr code on the table which felt oddly impersonal - it asked you to pay that way. The weirdness of the waitress running off with the romaine spoilt the whole meal to be honest………..

Nicely decorated. Some, not all, of the staff jut not interested in giving any form of service. Food poor. Worse Caesar salad I've ever had - breaded fried chicken and grilled/blackened leaves served on a chipped plate. The Vitelli tonnato poor. Such a shame.

Härlig atmosfär. Maten var bra men hade helt klart kunnat bli bättre. Vi fick maten bara en minut efter vi fått våra drinkar. Vi fick dessutom då be om att få det vin vi beställt till maten. Hela upplevelsen kändes lite stressad, en i sällskapet hade inte ens hunnit äta klart innan dom tog tallriken. Kändes som att dom väntade på att bordet skulle bli ledigt.
