Been twice now and had the best tasting pizza I have had in a long time and had a great mixed kebab tonight. Good prices too.

Please do not go with in 1 mile of this restaurant my food was not cooked properly and when I showed the staff member my chicken he said there was noting he could do after I bringing my whole family out for some food my child had to visit the doctor after eating from here doctor said he was sick because of food posion

This is the place to go if you like kebabs! The best kebab in cardiff and is always our go to for takeaway. Always order via their own website as its cheaper than just eat! Chicken kebab in particular is the best with yummy naan type bread (hate it when other places give you pitta bread!) Always lush salad options on top too. Great value prices too.

Horrible service! Shouting at the customer

Never come across a more incompetent delivery driver who short changed me, and when I called to let the store know the driver came back with an aggressive attitude, swearing as he left my front garden. Disconsolate to say the least.

Best kebab in the whole of Cardiff!!! Great customer service, amazing, polite and understanding staff. This place actually ruined all other kebab shops in Cardiff for me, because when you find the best one, you never want to have anything lower quality than what you've tried. Amazing, always fresh quality food. Their coleslaw is out of this world. We have a tropical kebab from this place every now and then throughout a few years now and they've never let us down, every order been done to perfection and every single time we felt like the last one was so much better than the previous ones, yet our first impression of this place was beyond awesome! Thank you to all the staff that do their job up to such a high standard and making our "take away special nights" better and better, from order to order!

An alternative to Domino's and other pizza places within Cardiff Bay. They offer variety of food including kebab so you have more choices. The prices are competitive and there are good deals but the pizza is not the best on offer in terms of taste

First time I tried it today and was fab. Hard to get parking close by but worth the wait! Ordered a pizza meal deal 1 and veggie kebab wrap. Was lovely. Veggie kebab itself was slightly salty but very nice. A lot of food in the meal deal too. Pizza, drink, chips, salad and coleslaw. 100% going to go back!

Yet again, undercooked dough. Long delivery time and yet another restaurant who takes no notice at all of my request to call when they arrive as the doorbell to the building doesn't work. Not the worst but far from the best.

The service, Food and delivery are absolutely perfect. Always use these guys and highly recommend them to everyone.

Lovely food. However as we live in flats it always makes me laugh as you order for delivery but you always get a phone call to come and meet the driver outside?!!

Love the food here, unlike most take aways - you actually see the food being made and prepared in front of you, and with a 5* food hygiene rating, it's clear to see why when you go to the shop it's very clean. The guys that work there are very pleasant too!

We order regularly and every time we get a phone call to come and meet the driver. We live in flats but we pay a delivery charge so they should come to the door!! Thats the whole point of ordering delivery!!!

Long story short. Best burgers in the world!

To be honest it's my first order in Carlos and have never been rating before. I ordered Tropical Burger, Chicken Kebab and Carlos Special Pizza. Burger is a poetry. It was the BEST burger I have EVER ate! Meat was nice and juicy inside, it melted in your mouth. Addons was good as well. Kebab was delicious as well. Fresh chicken meat, nice salad with lot of addons. Small suggestion. Sauce should be on the top of salad, otherwise salad is little "dry". And once again. Pizza was one of the best I have ate in Cardiff so far! Very tasty with a LOT of fresh toppings. I found my favourite takeaway. Will never order from any other than this one! I fully recommend and you'll be not regret.

Very regular customer of the Barry Carlos, as for this one I will never use it again! I had to wait 2 hours for my food when I finally found there contact number and got hold of them I then spoke to someone very rude!
