Costa Coffee in Cardiff

well.... where to start! first of all Absolutely no carpet in sight, I am simply not qualified to rate the flooring situation. awfully sorry, I've also not sat on the floor either so its harder to judge BUT, I will say its always a good coffee! but... there is one time i had a bad coffee : ( actually I had two in a row which I was like uh huh :( but its never eww, don't worry it could be worse! you're so welcome, Best Odeon costa whoop Bridgend can eat dirt yah I said it >:( (I've been there once 🧍)

Tables remain cluttered with previous occupants’ detritus. Everything is sticky. The service is slow despite not being particularly busy. The Costa loyalty programme is not accepted though points are awarded. I guess this is an Odeon franchise judging by the age and lack of experience of staff. This may not be correct and I apologise if I’m wrong. A very disappointing experience.

AMAZING SERVICE: It is exceptionally busy here today , (Sunday) it’s 2.30 pm. , there are abandoned trays on most table, the 2 young men serving are so polite & efficient it’s just fabulous ! You need more staff , but all credit to these 2 polite young men !

Enjoyed a nice sausage sandwich and cappuccino whilst the boys were in the cinema.

Nice place , very good staff , but they not offer rewards on your Costa App , also furniture needs to change

Greasy toasted sandwiches and cold tea. There was a continuous queue so I didn't take the tea back but I will never waste my money or time here again. It was a Saturday and other food places were full so we had no choice but to eat here.

Decent place, nice location. Came into the place when it was very busy, staff was nice and the coffee was served very quickly.

unlike most Costa outlets, had the full barista experience here. overall, a better coffee (mocha) than Starbucks. excellent service, although we did visit during a quiet period

A bit more expensive than usual Costa, friendly staff but unable to zap the amount to get the beans as their machine broken. As only visiting coming back when the machine is working is not possible.

Worst customer service by Megan this morning. I always enjoy Costa coffee but very disappointed this morning.

Staff were lovely but the place needs a refurb.

Really helpful member of staff in Costa Coffee Red dragon centre , his name was Hassan , absolute gem wish more were like him , well done and thankyou Hassam 😀

Good coffee and tea options, with a large selection of brunch sandwiches. Served by a highly trained barrista.

Ordered to two frapps and we had big lumps of ice in are drinks the staff wasn’t very friendly at all

Friendly staff and open until 9pm.

Wouldnt go there again, went for brake fast was charged 35p for one single marmite we go to Costa often and have never been changed before, when I spoke to staff and manager(that I could bearly understand coz his English was so bad) about this was made to feel stupid. Won't be going there again
