How can you call that a large??????

People, even if you have crawled for ten miles on your belly, so hungry every movement makes you cry in agony, do your self a favour and crawl past this so called fish shop. I have never ate, well one bite actually a more disgusting sausage in batter, not cooked, batter was more or less still raw, if there was an option to give minus infinity stars I would, you should be ashamed of the quality of food you sling at people!!!!

not great....chips weren't nice they were hard and some of them were quite sharp .....purchased a potato fritter ...which didn't seem as if it was cooked properly the potato inside it was a bit on the hard side...the batter could do with more cooking as it seems raw batter inside and also cold...no longer accept card payment ...with COVID 19 still around who would want to be paying cash...contactless card is safer than handling cash... rissoles aren't like the Avenue Chippy was in the past....the breadcrumbs are too course ...they were previously fine and golden brown...change of supplier may be a good idea....won't be back again.

Served quickly but would have preferred to wait longer to get decent food! I DID order small fish but there's small and there's small! 5" long topped with barely cooked thick batter and needing a magnifying glass to see the fish. Plenty of undercooked chips! Won't be going back total waste of money.

Very friendly staff and very clean, who provide a quick service. Food is reasonably priced and the portion sizes are more than enough with a good variety of options to choose from. Would definitely recommend and visit again. BE AWARE it is CASH ONLY, however no need to worry there is a cashpoint right outside in the window.

Very friendly staff who provide a quick service. Food is reasonably priced and the portion sizes are more than filling with a good variety of options including jacket potatoes. It’s always clean when I’m there too. Overall good experience.

Came across this chippy in llanelli and I have to say ,lovely food ,homemade rissol are gorgeous chips are spot on ,,definitely recommend👍👍👍

I call here of a regular basis. The staff are a tonic and Carlo always has something to say. Food is excellent, fish especially, chicken bites are a delight. I'll keep calling for the laughter and the food.

Very clean, great staff. Always lovely fresh chips and brilliant Cod. Affordable prices and always keen to fit to customers wants. Definitely recommend trying it out

We stopped off lunchtime Saturday 3.9.22 on the way back from hols.I could see that the chips cooked lighter than im used to and had been cut differently throughout the portion which made them interesting and tasty. The cooking oil tasted fresh. Cod was white and moist and the batter crispy but soft on the inside. Felt like Id eaten a masterclass of traditional fish and chips. (Not a small portion of designer twice cooked restaurant chips). Thankyou Carlos you finished off our hols, well definitely drop in again.

Absolutely disgusting. Had really bad chips twice now from here, and wouldn’t risk it again. Thought after the first bad time I’d give them a second chance, wish I didn’t. Chips were soggy and greasy. Covered in oil. Freezing cold on the inside and hot on the outside. Inedible. It’s embarrassing that a chip shop who’s main product is chips, can’t even do that right. AVOID and go to miguels around the corner. Way nicer and cheaper

Too slow to serve and put too much slat on my chips. Can’t be ask to come back.

Cold, soggy chips. One big mush of congealed, inedible chips. Straight in the bin.

1st time I visited. Never experienced batter like it in my life. Tasteless cardboard, cannot belive they would sell it. Risolle was dry as a bone and not well made at all, frying it made it worse. Chips are thin, not crisp and have taste disgusting. From the outside it looks inviting for passing trade and plenty of local customers. Could be amazing, but long way to go

I'm giving it 1 star because the chips were decent.We just had fish bite and chips and a potato fritter and chips with curry sauce. The worst fish I've ever had.Dried up batter nearly 1 inch thick and inside looked like bread,fish was horrendous. The potato fritter was again extremely thick hard on the outside but soggy inside

This chippy is so friendly and I love it . I always pop in gorgeous lunch most weekends we are up caravan. I don't like a huge portion of chips and fish that looks like the size of a whale. They do small portions just nice.

Came here yesterday, (1/4/22) and was greeted by friendly staff.. Very tasty food, we had fish and chips and 2 small battered sausages and chips. Very generous portions and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Be aware it is cash only, however there is a cashpoint right outside, so no drama.
