Carlos coffee kitchen in Milton Keynes

Saw this spot awhile back and decided to give it a shot, well worth the trip. Pros : -well priced -superb coffee -delicious food -great location -lovely staff (very friendly) Cons : -can't think of any other than quality of life improvements (greedy wishes) that might be outside of their authority to implement i.e. indoor charging sockets, outside outdoor seating and thats it really it. A very pleasant first visit, will be returning as the coffee and food easily rival mainstream coffee spots

The older lady treats the staff awfully. Shame as its a nice place with good food.

Fantastic hot chocolates I must say, probably the best I've had. I tried the iced coffee and I wasn't blown away but it isn't bad. The pastries are lovely and make for a good breakfast. Service is always friendly and the workers are cheerful!

Definitely the best coffee shop in MK. My family is that annoying one with medical allergies/intolerances (gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, low fat, low sugar, caffeine free etc etc), and we're pretty used to the rolling eyes and sighs but Carlos is the exception, didn't even blink at our order, even double checked everything before starting to making the drinks. Always well priced, great service and dlovely coffee - the sandwiches are really good too.

Very nice for a quick lunch break Cozy, fresh and friendly staff. After 1pm you will not have the full range of options available. But believe, there’s a reason for that! food is fresh for a fare price!

Within the cbx building in a smallish unit serving expected range of fresh coffees and some cold drinks. Prices are reasonable,the coffee for me was a little on the mild side but they have a tempting array of panini and flatbread to eat along with a selection of cakes. Not a very big seating area primarily confined to a corner but there is a few seats outside in the cbx concourse .

Coffee was great, staff were phenomenal and the professional pride put into the work was incredible. Just wish it was local to me

The best hot chocolate I’ve had for a while. So chocolatey and creamy. I’ve heard amazing things about the food too.

Cozy modern coffee shop in central Milton Keynes. Great for grabbing your morning coffee and some breakfast. Stopped here on my way to work when I was in town and the friendly staff easily put a smile on my face for the rest of the morning with their friendly approach and great service.

Been shopping from Carol's coffee bar almost exclusively for the last two years, and not once have I had a bad experience. I'd happily recommend to any coffee fans in the Milton Keynes area

Arrived early, croissants were fresh out the oven, Americano was perfect drinking temperature and bean was nicely extracted. Would return again.

Lovely chai latte this morning. First visit... As the saying goes... "I'll be back"...!!

Visited here last week with my girlfriend. Very nice independent cafe that we had no ideas was here. I asked the staff how long it had been open, expecting an answer of less than a year but no! They've been here 3 years! They have a small but well stocked selection of cakes and savouries. We had the croissants filled with cheese. Accompanied with an iced coffee, tea and banana loaf. All of this seemed freshly made and was very nice, it marked around £12 but for an independent place I'm happy to pay that much, which may be similar at chain coffee houses? The staff were chatty and genuinely friendly and polite, will be coming back! I think they should do some more advertising, either Internet, local radio or TV as I say I had no idea it was here and wouldn't if I didn't subscribe to a blog called whats the squeeze (mk based)

The sandwich is great and the horseradish demands your attention, making this a sandwich not for the faint of heart. I also upgraded my fries to the dirty fries, $3 well spent. The house made Sriracha ketchup compliments them nicely. I washed down my entree with two Russian River Brewing beers: Pliney the Elder (almost always on tap her) and their Sanctification.

Great little coffee place, slightly hidden and out of the way. You probably wouldn't know it was there if you didn't work in the CBX but seems to have a loyal following. Owner run I think and staff are all extra friendly.

Tenía un americano muy buena en este mercado chicos separadas. Él asados su propia frijoles y ellos moltura. También se proporciona información sobre lo que él está usando actualmente granos.
