Been here several times and had a nice curry ! I have just had a takeaway Vegtab

Food very bland and tasteless, no spice in Bhuna, tasted like chicken in gravy. Told the waiter who showed little interest.

Food arrived very promptly and was all very nice with the exception of the poppadoms which perhaps could have been a little crispier

As always, great food, good portions, excellent quality quickly delivered

The food was clean spicy and extra tasty Jungle curry if your brave.

Onion bhajis were brilliant but veg samosas the worst I’ve had. Pastry was really tough - like it had been microwaved and then put in the oven

Curry was extremely watery and the mango chutney was extremely vinegary

Best Indian for miles around.... no wonder they call the queen of spice "The Cardamon "

Completely different quality to the ones we have had in their restaurant. We have been to the restaurant about 10 times and this was the first delivery service.Very disappointed in the delivery and will not be ordering as delivery again unfortunately

I haven't been to the restaurant but I certainly will be doing after the amazing food I just had delivered. Lamb saagwalla, pillau rice, Bombay potatoes and naan. DELICIOUS!!! And was delivered by a lovely gentleman 🙏 I'll definitely be a regular customer of the Cardamom at the Bridge from now on. Also fantastic prices.

We went on a Sunday night so we were the only table in there (plenty of takeaway going out though). The food was absolutely delicious, up there with one of the best Indians we've had!

Food was delicious. We'd saved Cardamom for the last night of our holiday due to positive feedback. The food didn't let us down and the waiting staff were attentive. Unfortunately we were placed upstairs on our own, despite there being free tables downstairs. I'd recommend booking so you've not got the whole of upstairs to yourself!

Was expecting good things for the price. Disappointed unfortunately. Butter chicken sauce was split and jalfrezi was just a bit average with chewy lamb.

First time here, nice selection on the menu. We were booked for 6.30pm but it filled up really quickly. Really tasteful and will be back

Would not recommend this restaurant for a takeaway service. They are on JustEat, and accepted our order for delivery. Before paying the app asked us to pinpoint our location on the map which we did, and the order was accepted by the restaurant. I periodically checked the app and it said it hadn't left the restaurant yet however a voicemail was left on my phone (signal poor in the area) to say couldn't find us and returning to restaurant. Upon phoning the restaurant they refused to come back out despite us now offering to guide. Staff member was also condescending to my partner during the interaction. Customers will need to be cautious when ordering from this restaurant for takeaway as they may have similar issues both in terms of delivery and interaction with staff.

Smart clean restaurant serving well cooked bland curries aimed at people who have been brought up on English food. Service was efficient but not warm or friendly. Prices are reasonable. Not a bad place to meet friends but there are better and cheaper and tastier curries in Calderdale. Pretty good for veggies.

Food is absolutely disgusting. Easily the worst I have tried in over 20 years of living in the area.

Take away on Tuesday 20/02/2024. Chicken Roghan Josh, onion rice, onion bhagi and pashwari nan-£23. Food awful! overwhelming garlic smell, but not smelling like fresh garlic. Onion rice undercooked. Main dish as totally tasteless. This is my third dreadful takeaway from this place. I'm done! When I have eaten in it has been a totally different experience. Two different chefs? Not recommended!

We had a great experience on my wife's 60th Birthday. The staff were amazing and service excellent.

Service was terrible, no side plates for the starters. Chicken tikka masala was like microwave chicken and tomato sauce! Rogan sauce was ok, but packed out with tomatoes. Been to many Indian restaurants around the uk, Could be a good business but improvements needed.

Ordered a couple of curries to be delivered the other night, arrived in the time given and was an amazing meal for an extremely reasonable price, definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for a decent curry!

Tried a meal I had never tried before, Bahar-E-Murgh. Very tasty, medium heat, but with some lime pickle, perfect. Will definitely be having that again in the future.

Amazing food but I never received my poppadums. I did get the pickles - but they were pointless without the poppadjms so a waste of money

Service was terrible. Delivery driver didn’t know his own area, food arrived cold and language off driver was very unprofessional. We had to throw food away as was stone cold by the time he found us. Spent £35, complained to shop and they were not interested. Can’t comment on good apart from it looked very oily as emptied into bag Stay away much better locally I’m sure

Tasteless, soggy, oily prawn puri. Swimming in oil, tasteless matar paneer- couldn’t eat it. Chilli chicken masala good. Really poor quality meal compared to previous orders.

Ordered here a number of times. Always ask for spicy - it never is - sweet at best. If you like spicy, don't order. Otherwise nice enough.

Food is really nice but we had one particular dish several times after being told on two occasions that it was vegan-friendly, then were told it actually had cream in. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went one more time and got served chicken in our veggie curry, and they did not understand why we were upset by this. They do not seem to understand vegan/vegetarian requirements or take adequate care

The lamb was cooked to perfection, so tender. However, the food was a bit bland. Ordered the Akbari which is supposed to be hot, but had zero kick and little flavour. The Tarka Daal had a very odd texture and the pops were quite stale.

Clean and modern restaurant, friendly staff and great seating areas both up and downstairs, starters were spot on, but the mains 3 out of 5 of us just thought it was okay, nothing special and the ones that had coke were all flat I'd recommend people in the area to try it but wouldn't go out of your way.

Our first curry at Hebden Bridge and we loved it. The mango lassi was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my Chicken East Indian Jalani. Would definitely eat there again.

I wasn't expecting the food to be delivered that quickly because the restaurant warned that it could be late because of a hold up, but it arrived early which was ok with me. Only had the starters tonight, which was very tasty, leaving the main meal for tomorrow.

Mixed grill was great. Comes with plenty of onions. Try a smaller portion as starter if you're curious but still prefer a proper curry.

Group of 4 blokes, didn't book but managed to get a table. Modern clean decor and seating areas. Clean toilet (which is always an indicator of an establishment in my opinion). Service was friendly & efficient and had good banter with the staff. Food however was perfect. There was no dishes laden in oil as you sometimes encounter. I had mixed masala which was full of flavour depth, others had karahi dishes. The mushroom rice was one of the best I've ever had. Topped off with cobra lager, this meal was a great experience for our last night of a walking trip. Would definitely go back!!

Never ordered from the restaurant before, but even thou it's slightly dearer, the quality of the food is just incredible, and certainly worth that little extra, I will with out a doubt be ordering again on many occasions

Incredibly delicious. My friend and I went twice in our three day stay because we wanted to go back for seconds. Highly recommend the garlic (and chili, if you like a bit of spicy) Naan.
