Caravan Fitzrovia in City of London, Westminster

Yo para desayunar a Caravana en Fitzrovia esta semana con mi hijo, por segunda vez, y fue tan espectacular como la primera (la primera fue para cenar y beber). Todo estaba impecable, desde la comida y bebidas hasta el servicio y el ambiente. Personal muy amable, servicial y bien informado.

La comida estaba bien. No hay nada especial que escribir en casa. El servicio estaba bien. La decoración es agradable y los precios son decentes para el centro de Londres precios

Buen menú pequeño que tiene lo que quieres. Grandes sabores de ingredientes de calidad, el café era decente (no de primera categoría para mí, pero bueno). Precios justos para Londres. Recomendaría

Gran espacio con increíble comida y servicio. Estábamos buscando un lugar con un gran ambiente , en el corazón de Fitzrovia pero también a poca distancia de la estación de Euston. Caravana era de primera. Desde el momento en que entramos nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y la comida y el servicio era increíble. Si usted está buscando una comida deliciosa y un gran servicio situado en la aorta de Londres, Caravan Fitzrovia es una gran opción.

Un ambiente animado con un servicio eficiente y amable. Buena relación calidad-precio. Hubo relativamente poco retraso, a pesar de que el restaurante estaba lleno a su capacidad. ¿Mi única duda fue que la pizza estaba tibia, tal vez esperando demasiado antes de ser sacada?

2 / 10 aparte del personal. Comida muy común que estaba fría cuando se sirve. Carta de vinos horrible, mal seleccionada, muy cara. Nada que recomendar. Probablemente está bien si quieres una pizza y una cerveza de lo contrario no te molestes.

Menú extraño con opciones aleatorias. 3 currys rojos y una pizza llegaron menos que Lucas caliente. 1 pizza llegó sin queso. Todos queríamos besugo con nuestros currys, pero solo les quedaban 2 porciones en una noche tranquila de sábado a las 8 pm - sucede. El servicio era bueno y trataron de compensarlo - no es su culpa en absoluto. La opción de calabaza vegetal era prácticamente incomestible para el vegetariano en la mesa. Ordenar 2 zumos - resultó que eran golpes de zumo .. probablemente mi malentendido, pero definitivamente no está claro en el menú. Los artículos fueron eliminados de la factura, pero preferimos pagar el importe total y tener una buena comida relajante. Postres muy limitados. Parte de la comida que llegó era sabrosa y correcta, pero principalmente los entrantes.

Gran comida, gran servicio. Todo muy fácil. Y un gran ambiente. Cerca de Oxford Circus que hace Caravsn muy accesible.

Fuimos con un amigo y compartimos 3 platos pequeños (croquetas, burrata y las albóndigas de bacalao) y 2 grandes (chuleta de cordero y curry de pescado tailandés). La comida es muy agradable, con el curry de pescado siendo el punto culminante particular. Esta es una gran zona de comedor, pero se las arregla para mantener un buen ambiente y no pone mesas demasiado cerca que se volvería incómodo, como algunos lugares de moda tienden a hacerlo. Con una botella del tercer vino más barato a £ 38 , este lugar no es exactamente tan casual como le gusta hacer ver, pero la comida era buena y el vino también era agradable. La única queja que tendría es que no aceptan tarjetas American Express. Eso está bien para un café local de una banda de hombres con márgenes delgados, pero en el lado más caro de casual, con múltiples ubicaciones, parece innecesariamente ajustado no aceptar todos los tipos de tarjetas. Afortunadamente mi amigo y yo teníamos otras opciones para pagar. He disfrutado de los reyes x ubicación antes y esta fue mi primera vez en Fiztrovia ubicación. Sin duda volvería y probar algunos otros platos también.

Me encanta este lugar. Desayuno o almuerzo. Consistentemente bien. Platos saludables y sabrosos en un ambiente vibrante y agradable. He estado aquí muchas veces y nunca me han decepcionado.

We had a nice dinner at the Caravan. All of us enjoyed our food. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff were friendly. I was not 100% happy with my dish, although it was delicious. I had a halloumi, quinoa, grilled courgette and edamame bowl. The dish was nice but I felt that the balance of ingredients was wrong, there was too much quinoa and not enough vegetables.

The restaurant has a rather cold ambience and the music was way too loud. We found it hard to talk. The food was good without being great and the service lacked efficiency and warmth.

Colleague booked t able for three of us to chat before meeting. We have 90 mins but they do want you out within 45 mins despite ordering breakfasts and drinks. Not if are only ordering one coffee! Seriously not impressed by the customer service. You should find another cafe to have good. This is not the place to consider. At all.

I loved the original Caravan in Exmouth market and it has now become more of a chain restaurant. Having said that this one is very conveniently located across from the Gillian Lynne restaurant so ideal for pre-theatre food. It was very busy on a Saturday lunch so I sat at the bar and had very good quick friendly service. The menu is brunch type which I enjoyed and I had a very good hot chocolate.

Monday night and 2 friends met for hots drinks and snacks. Restaurant was empty when we arrived and even though we lingered we were not in anyone’s way. Still a fair amount of tables available 2.5hrs later when we were asked to basically leave as our table was needed in ‘5mins’. Went to the toilet and returned with no one at our table nor was anyone waiting. Ridiculous! Food chips came over cooked with a burnt taste. When they returned they looked no different to before just hot! The spoon given was unwashed and filthy and the menu was not with a great selection! Would I return? No

Have been to Caravan Kings Cross many times, always a great experience, so was looking forward to first time at Great Portland Street. Impressive interior, great buzz. Food was exceptional, full marks to the chef. However, the service was bizarrely bad - slow, inattentive, super unfriendly, verging on the surly. We won't be going back.

Food was tasty on the whole but only lukewarm. I was basically told I was unreasonable for wanting it hotter and informed they always served the rice at room temp. My rice was cold - room temperature for a fridge! Anyway they warmed it through reluctantly and then it was much better but by then we felt like public enemy number 1. Then they overcharged me. Again this was put right when I pointed it out but with bad grace and a bad mood. Overall a nice meal was spoilt by staff who made us feel unwelcome and unreasonable. For nearly £200 for two people on a Monday evening I think they could (and should) do better. Luckily my dinner date (my daughter) made up for their charmless service.

Dropped in for lunch without booking. Place was half full. As a large group we got put on a queezed table and when we asked for one of the empty spacious tables were told they were reserved. Strange that 2 hours later no one had come to occupy them. Service was functional and efficient i suppose. Food was nice but very spicy - even the dishes you wouldnt expect to be spicy. That said, its fine if you enjoy some spice with your food. Overall you could do worse but i think next time i will walk further on and see where else is available.

Really enjoyed our business lunch, the fish dishes were cooked to perfection. Light lunch, great service, price reasonable.

What an excellent place....great food..balanced and adventurous. And an amazingly attentive team....especially Ben - a big thank you for helping locate our missing bag!! Do try the Masala Labneh; Lamb meatballs, Spiced cauliflower and the Schnitzel....you can't go wrong!

Myself and 5 friends visited for breakfast while on a trip to celebrate my friend’s 50th birthday. We were very impressed and returned for another breakfast before we headed home. The restaurant is so spacious and airy, and very tastefully decorated. The staff are helpful and efficient and the service quick. I had the ‘fry’ which came with black beans in a spicy sauce, and a filter coffee, which was delicious and had a very unusual flavour. I asked a staff member and it’s ‘the daily’ which I will order from their online shop! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The weekend brunch menu is good but avoid at all costs for mid week lunch. Overpriced, ordered the charred brocolli bowl and tofu as the protein. The tofu was a cube, quarter to half the size of a Rubik's cube for £4.50 !! Ordered a pizza and requested mushrooms on top-was told that they didn't have any mushrooms, I refuse to believe that. The staff are not friendly, in fact look pretty miserable. I don't recommend this place mid week lunch, you'll leave feeling dissatisfied.

I have been coming here for business meetings for years now and out of all your branches have been second to none but the food really has deteriorated in this branch, I was here for a lunch on Thursday and waited almost 37 minutes for just one edamame to receive something that could have been sat there for 30 of them minutes, food was bland and nothing to shout home about

A real gem for breakfast. Visiting London we found that most of the places where we liked to have breakfast had closed and so my wide and I set about looking finding an alternative. Walking down Great Portland Street we came across the Caravan and were more than pleased with the discovery. Two large parties were already having breakfast but the waitress, a very pleasant young woman, found us a table. We both had the scrambled eggs on toast and must say that it was first class.

This is a great place for nice tea or coffee, or to have something more substantial. The menu is nicely varied and contains lots of healthy, tasty options. Service is friendly and relaxed, and they don't rush you. All in all, an excellent find!
