I think under new ownership - no where near the levels they used to be! Terrible quality, wouldn’t bother anymore

Been ordering from Caracus since it opened and always had amazing food. Tonight though only same delicious food but in a box half the size and only then half full. Was very disappointed will not order again. Sorry but you lost a good customer today

Food was ready to collect right on time. Server was very warm, friendly and welcoming. Food was good, burger was fresh and loaded with salad and sauce. Meal came with 2 large Dips which was nice as they served more than half a box full of chips. Chicken mix box was decent, downsides were that everything was fried a little too long, still tasty. Not happy that everything was proper fresh food except the nuggets which were processed junk. Chicken pieces were tiny too, half coating half meat.

The food is different from before. Flavour is quite different. The chips are no longer crispy and you ou don't get sauce with your order any more. However, it was tasty enough. Just different. Food was delivered in good time and hot.

I use to love ordering here but now under new ownership they have changed for the worst!! I asked for Turkish donner meat and they gave me chicken donner, also after numerous time requesting garlic sauce they forgot to put it on. The quality of the food is very bad, sadly I will not be returning. I travel 30 mi tire because I use to love their food. Not any more

Unfortunately, I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I saw the low number of reviews as well as the low score - as I've been ordering from here for years, and the menu is almost exactly the same. Turns out Caracas is under new ownership and it really does show. Poor packing of the order which ruined half of a pizza, and just generally a lower quality product. A real shame as Caracas was my go to for a good, high quality burger or kebab. Not anymore.

Ordered it just after half 6 , should've been here latest 8:05 and it's now 8:45 and still no food, tried to call but the line was busy every single time. So I don't know if this food is ever gonna turn up🤷🏼‍♀️ but I'm starving so that would be great

I waited ages for my food then it hasnt come. The food hasn't been delivered to me. It's been delivered to the wrong address.

Started ordering from here again, since under new management, really enjoyed my food today , everything was just cooked right, tasted amazing... The food was really tasty , generous portions service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend to all 👍

The food, customer service and the environment as a whole was flawless. The food was 10/10 and surprised me as the quality of food is not the expected in shipley especially. Would definitely recommend!

10 years of excellence from this take out .. until last night . I know the business has changed hands .. for the worse . The Pepperoni Pizza I love from here was nothing like the previous owners .. Totally flat , burnt , tasteless & honestly disappointing. Chips were nice and onion rings were good but the pizza was awful.. time to call it a day with this once fabulous take out

Been using Caracas a few years and has been amazing, today has been a completely utterly disgusting £3.90 for 5 chicken poppers inordered these with Garlic Mayo, no mayo was sent, chips were all scraps. Pizza Nachos normally full to the brim, today not even half full no Salsa this will be my last time ordering from here. All I can think is it has changed hands ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Im always skeptical of takeaway kebabs. but I have to say (via an actual review) that I bobbed in on my way home for a 'Turkish Kebab' it was really really good. They added onions and peppers to the meat instead of a side salad which totally levelled it up. Served with chips which had a lovely crunch and soft mashy interior. will definitely call in again.

Best quality Donners in Shipley

First time ordering tonight and ordered the mixed Turkish kebab, looked and tasted delicious with cooked red onions and peppers, very tasteful. The delivery driver was polite so thank you and delivery was earlier than anticipated. I only wasn’t aware chips came with the kebab so I’d ordered extra chips to only realise on arrival of the food but nevertheless they were lovely just maybe something to tell customers when they order and check JustEat (I don’t remember seeing that chips came with it hence why I ordered a portion of chips) I would recommend to others - good food!! Thank you Caracas.

Wanted to like this place, but pitta was straight out of a supermarket packet, not even grilled or warmed up. Chips had that hard stodgy texture they get when they’re reheated. Lamb in Turkish doner was about the average standard of takeaways in the area - passable at best. Chicken in mixed kebab was dry chicken breast. Based on reviews we expected better. Disappointing.

Everything I've eaten from here is good. Except the donner meat. Why doesn't it taste like donner meat? It has almost 0 taste.

We use Caracas all the time and it’s always excellent service and amazing food! After being badly let down by another takeaway last night we called them in “an emergency” late at night with a hungry tired child! The food arrived super quick and was absolutely amazing as usual! Thanks guys 😊😊

Ordered from here after reading the good reviews but was left very disappointed at the quality of the food order a donna and naan, naan was more of a tortilla wrap very thin and very hard not like a naan at all. Partner ordered latino chicken fillet burger but was no chicken fillet at all there was five little chicken strips instead in the middle of the burger chips were not seasoned and salad had brown off bits in it. I am afood person and have many experiences and love food but this was no were near the standards of quality food sorry

Amazing food, great service and lots of freebies. I could live off Caracas! Unlike most takeaways these days, you don't feel ill afterwards. The jalapeño balls and turkish chicken donner are my favourites.
