Caprinos Pizza in Cheshire West and Chester

Recently had a disappointing experience with Caprinos that left me shocked. The delivery driver was on time but was very rude. He couldn't find my house number on the street so called me on the phone. He asked me something which i dint quite catch, I replied with 'sorry?'. Out of the blue he called me a 'rat bastard' and hung up immediately. He then called me again after finding the house. Naturally, I emailed Caprinos about this but got no response from them. I called them up and the lady at the end of the phone didn't seem to take the situation seriously at all. She was dismissive and didn't even offer an apology for the drivers rudeness. She didn't listen to everything I had to say before she quickly cut the call too. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again if they don't take customer concerns seriously.

A really decent topped pizza, (which could be better with a little more oil in base) as a little powdery. Staff great, service great, price great, toppings great.

I use Caprinos a lot food is always good, Zack the delivery driver is always quick also great place. I recommend the bbq pizza

Had a delivery, two pizza's, wedges, chicken wings, cookies and a bottle of pop. Food was delivered quickly and hot on arrival. We had deep pan pizza which was lovely. The cookies were delicious.

Amazing food! Vegan options are incredible and good value. Quick delivery too and the lad devin was proper polite. I’ve ordered from here twice in the past 3 days! Big big recommend

I have ordered pizza at midnight 25 mins after was delivered by a very friendly guy who called me to meet me Pizza was FAB ,loaded Exactly as expected ! Curly fries to die for 😀😀😀😀😀 Great job!!!! You saved my night !

Phone line bad. Couldn't hear 5 out of 7 phonecalls, phone must have been dodgy.. Recieved ham and pineapple instead of vegetarian and then waited a further 20 minutes for me to not open it and them to come and swap it back. No apology heard and he hung up on me when I asked politely what was wrong. Chips and garlic mayo was soggy and garlic mayo on top of chips was minging not in a tub. No additional garlic mayo given either.
