Caprinos Pizza in Hertsmere

Delivery order. Pizza cold, so we reheated it. Chips cold, tried reheating..... UGH! they went in the bin. We had to ask the driver for the two ice cream tubs?? The three dips were missing! You are invited to call the branch (Potters Bar) if you're not happy we tried and tried but no reply. £31 for ONE pizza and chips with ice cream....... you bet we're not happy NEVER AGAIN!

Is this even a Starbucks? Not a smile....Warmth interaction or even a Starbucks looking shop. Shop looks actually empty. Like an office seating area. 0 Starbucks feeling and atmosphere. Except for the merchandising wall. Staff: I swear I didn't see anyone smiling. Everyone bland or chattering away. Only one serving. I can see other people here have shared the same experience as me. I suppose the managers, took one of biggest high up tables and were doing their paperwork there, which I personally found not very pleasant whatsoever and unprofessional. She also looked at me with the weirdest rude face. This is a very busy area, with loads of take away and drive thru requests, I get it. However, if you want to call yourselves Starbucks, I advise you to have more training, more research and even go to a proper Starbucks to see how the customer service is. Complaint is going to the head office.

The service was friendly but the breakfast rolls weren’t very tasty. The bread roll was slightly hard and tasteless, the sausage didn’t taste of meat (or of anything, really) and was slightly yellowish in colour. The egg was OK. The streaky bacon didn’t have much meat in it and was £6.95. Even the coffee was weak. I wish I’d gone to Pret, Starbucks or one of the other outlets instead.

Just had this at 12pm today. Its not 11pm and my wife and I both have food poisoning. Thanks a lot guys
