Canton in South Lanarkshire

1st time trying this restaurant, tastes delicious and a great variety

Canton is your bog standard Chinese resteraunt. I would call it a safe choice. Some visits have left. I'm a bit disappointed, and others quite surprised.My biggest gripe is that their card machine seems to be broken more than it works and the nearest cash machine is not free.

Curry sce a bit runny , but tastes amazing . Pancake rolls for the price were a bit expensive . All tasted great to be fair . Good job 👍🏻

Ordered salt and chilli munchy box and it’s a box literally covered in salt and no other seasoning with random chunks of onion and carrot. Gutted with the price it is for the quality I’ve received.

Ordered.sherred beef wae piking sauce disgusted with ma meal the shredded beef was mostly batter a disgrace ma man ordered a special.fried rice says ots the 1worst one he has tasted n he is a pro at special fried rice would not recommend this place even though their prices are cheap no wonder food a total.disgrace

Amazingly fast !! Food was hot tasty and flavourful! Great service as didn’t check a box online so Called to double check which was appreciated a lot ! Thanks be back soon !

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Canton and the same dish. The roast chicken is delicious.

Salt and chilli box was inedible... it was covered in sugar. Couldn't eat it

It is so good tp see the Canton on just eat. I love this place, the food is second to none IMO. Freshly cooked, tasty and large portions. Absolutely love it all.

Tasty, authentic food but beware misleading prices. When questioning why I was charged way more than what I saw when I looked up at the display board for dishes, I was told "old menu" and handed a new leaflet. I asked why the board hadn't been updated and they replied "Too high" (to reach the board!). On next visit, assuming a dish that used to be about £5 might be around £7 now, I was charged over £11 just by adding some prawn crackers. Trades Descriptions might be receiving a phone call.

Really poor. Spare ribs came with a disgusting sauce. Can't even describe it, it was that bad. Ribs were dry and probably reheated. Curry was bland and greasy. Even the prawn crackers were disgusting. Stay away from here. There are loads of better options on Hamilton.

Order form here on a regular basis but almost £16 for a salt and chilli box that is nothing but chips two ribs two small chicken wings and two extremely small burnt chicken balls is a disgrace

I went in with my daughter but when I was ordering my daughter wasn’t here she was in dolce cravings getting cookie dough, and I went in and asked her to watch my chinese then she tells me that she opened her ice cream tub to see if it was melting. Then a lady working at the till shouted at her and kicked her out. I’m truly devastated, I understand my daughter shouldn’t have opened the tub in the place but it’s not the lady’s job to shout at my daughter i would like to say the food was fine just customer service needs to be thought about more.

Always top quality food I've tried quite a few different dishes from the menu and never disappointed Good service at a reasonable price

our order was definitely re-heated from last night , the rice was just dry , all clumped together just terrible and the noodles were drowned in soya sauce, chips were rock hard, chicken was dry and felt reheated like everything else. used to come here a few years ago and was amazing and we were passing so thought we would try it again. but wouldn't recommend.

It's ok just another Chinese takeaway.

Fantastic food and service... Highely recommend and in the top 3 chinese takeaways in the area.

Had what I call a "munchy box" There was enough delicious food to feed an army !!! Very tasty and a really good price. Highly recommended, yes we will be back.

The arritude from one of the staff members was shocking. The food was nice but due to her attitude wont be back to the place.

My favourite chineese takeaway. We had the meal for 2 people absolutely delicious Could have fed four.

Got aspecial chow mein. Noodles meat and prawns. sauce separate waste of money tasteless

Terrible,ordered a hot chili beef which looked and tasted like they added a squirt of supermarket sweet chili sauce to gravy,also the curry sauce was amazingly bad,best part of the meal was the chips. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
